I had an outstanding experience with this company installing my Tesla Wall Charger. They handled the entire process from start to finish--including permitting, installation, and setup--which made everything incredibly easy on my end. Communication was top-notch. They were extremely responsive over both text and email, answered all of my questions quickly, and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of work was excellent, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. It's honestly very rare these days to find a company that operates at this level of service and reliability. I found their rates to be right in the middle of the pack and frankly I just had one company reach out to me today, days after my install to "give me a quote". These folks are on top of it vs the competition. I couldn't be happier with the result and highly recommend them to anyone needing EV charger installation. I'd gladly be a reference for their work. read more

One Way Electric - Tesla Wall Charger - Electricians Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

Holy smokes! One Way Electric and Kevin Pozo remind me of how business used to be conducted in the old days. Totally professional, excellent communication and unbelievable follow through. He would answer questions rapidly, thoroughly and completely. He was on time, workmanship was outstanding and his crew was perfect. I can't say enough about Kevin and his team. I did get a few bids from other well known companies that seemed uninterested and even unknowledgeable at times. Thank you Kevin/One Way Electric for a perfect job well done! read more

One Way Electric recently installed a 26Kw Generac whole house generator. Kevin and the team at One Way Electric were fantastic to work with. They were very informative and addressed all my concerns. From start to finish the install of my Generac generator was great and at a very competitive price. One Way also provides regular generator maintenance to help with oil changes, filter replacements and testing. When looking for a generator Generac referred me to One Way Electric. I did not know the company but I assumed if the company was good enough for Generac it would be good enough for me. What I learned through the proposal, preparation, permit and installation process is that Kevin and his team are OUTSTANDING! I wish I could rate them a 6 out of 5--Kevin, Tiffany and the rest of the crew went above and beyond to deal with some tricky issues, all of which were resolved with thoughtful, efficient solutions. Please consider Kevin and One Way Electric for your back up generator installation and service. I'm a disabled veteran, and with the summer temperatures getting higher, monsoon storms and haboobs show up without much notice, and even hurricanes coming up our way from Baja. I thought it's time for peace of mind in case of a power outage that I can still have air conditioning, and use of my refrigerator for my insulin, and to power my cpap and other medical equipment. Kevin was my first quote for a new generator, and after meeting him I didn't need another quote. He was polite, but very detailed and took the extra time to answer all of my questions. He went through the whole process from start to finish, and I knew he was the right choice. During the installation Jeff and the electricians arrived on time and made sure to update me on their progress. When they were done each day they made sure to clean up. Jeff even noticed that I had a defective breaker for my smoke detectors and fixed that for me also. I trust that the installation was done right, and now I leave the annual maintenance to Kevin and Team also. Thanks guys. I'm glad I decided to have a generator, and even more glad I chose One Way Electric read more

Were interested in a back-up generator. Received three proposals. Requested quotation from One Way Electric. They were on time, reviewed our load, provided written proposal on time. Their price was competitive, not lowest, not highest. Worked around our landscaping company's schedule. Generator failed at start-up (would not generate electricity)! They removed it and repaired it in their shop. Re-installed after they tested it in their shop. Ran great & still looked new. Great support & service. Would recommend to our neighbors. read more

One Way did an amazing job on my home. Not only did they design and spec out exactly where everything needed to go they provided suggestions on lighting performance and automation. Over the years the One Way Team has done a lighting control system, panel upgrade, sub panel installation, and more. I could not recommend them enough and I was amazed to see a poor review. I suppose someone does not realize what it takes to run a business, provide certified quality employees at a fair price. I don't mind paying for quality over a "handyman" who can just get it done. read more

It's sometimes hard to find contractors who are trustworthy, credible and good at what they do. Kevin and gang score well above average. They not just fixed what they were hired to do (install a lighting fixture), but also fixed our electric shade with a simple adjustment saving us an unnecessary expense (vs. another contractor who had proposed a whole new costly motor). Highly recommend One Way Electric. read more

Four light fixtures replaced (not broken), 4 LED bulbs and 1 and a half hours labor, and was charged $550! Is that appropriate??? When I called Kevin for an explanation, he became very defensive and kept repeating that I agreed to pay $400 for 3 fixtures to be installed. When I explained that I thought it was much more involved than it was (each fixture took all but 15 minutes to install) he became even more defensive! He essentially charged me $550 for what a handyman could have done for $40/hr. And that was after waiting almost 2 weeks for them to give me an appointment?Would stay clear away from these thieves! I will apologize if my shock is unwarranted. read more
