We made the appointment where Alex was going to service our needs. We had a four hour window for the staff to visit. Alex texted us before arriving at the beginning of the four hour time. He wore protective shoe guards in the house. We explained the issue. Once the price was discussed and what was covered, we signed a contract. Alex got busy and told us to interrupt him if we had questions. He located the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. Not only was he professional, he entertained questions. He also provided a suggested work plan to consider. We will discuss that in detail before making a decision. The cost was high and the workmanship more than made up for it. However, I expected this since 75+ feet of wire is over $400 online. I also appreciated that he was able to go through the wall in the garage directly into the fuse box so there was no unsightly conduit on the exterior for the HOA to complain about. The hole in the garage drywall was cut neatly but Gary also took the time to add a patching compound to make it look perfect and seamless. Just had Jeiel Munoz from Orange Gator Electric diagnose a failed light circuit. He found the…read moreproblem and fixed it but noted that the circuit breaker should have popped. He then looked at my panel and saw that my Breakers were as old as the house so should have been replaced quite some time ago. It did cost more than the simple fix but I feel much safer now that the breakers will protect the house from failed circuits. He even added a whole house surge protector which I had wanted for several years. I really appreciated the professionalism of Jeiel and would recommend him for electrical work.
