Both jobs were done on time and to our complete satisfaction! Rosemarie the office coordinator was a real joy to work with, friendly and super communicative. Mike was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was done correctly, to code, and that we had coordinated with APS and city inspectors so that the work was done quickly and all within 1 day. Everyone that worked on these 2 projects was friendly, pleasant, and more than willing to answer any questions and address any small issues making sure that in the end, the jobs were done to our complete satisfaction. No doubt in my mind that I'll be keeping their contact info and using them again in the future! As a landlord and a home owner, it's super important to have licensed contractors that you can rely on. I had a bathroom outlet in my rental home that wasn't providing power -- it was newly installed about a year ago and this was the first time I tested it. I called to schedule an appointment, and the person I spoke with walked me through scheduling and availability but at no point mentioned that they have a $285 minimum service charge, regardless of how simple the job turns out to be. The electrician arrived and diagnosed the issue almost immediately: a switch/breaker in the main panel had simply been left off. He flipped it back on, tested the outlet, and confirmed it was working -- the entire fix took just a few minutes. Despite the simplicity of the issue, I was charged the full $285 minimum. I understand service calls have overhead, but I feel strongly that a charge this significant should be communicated clearly at the time of scheduling, not after the technician has already been to my home and the work is done. Had I known about the $285 minimum in advance, I would have asked more questions or looked elsewhere. I'm not disputing the technician's professionalism. My issue is entirely with the lack of upfront pricing transparency.

We made the appointment where Alex was going to service our needs. We had a four hour window for the staff to visit. Alex texted us before arriving at the beginning of the four hour time. He wore protective shoe guards in the house. We explained the issue. Once the price was discussed and what was covered, we signed a contract. Alex got busy and told us to interrupt him if we had questions. He located the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. Not only was he professional, he entertained questions. He also provided a suggested work plan to consider. We will discuss that in detail before making a decision. The cost was high and the workmanship more than made up for it. The work is guaranteed for the lifetime of our time in the house. Not many contractors can offer that. I highly recommend this company for your electrical needs and issues.

I went to review my estimate and noted that my estimate was materially incorrect. They stated things like installing a hood over my stove when all I wanted was an A/C outlet for a new above stove microwave/hood combo. They put installing a new switch in the bathroom when all I wanted was a bathroom switch to be rewired to accept control of another switch. They left off one of the items altogether (eliminating a 3-way switch). There was more. Now, all of this I accepted as an oversight because the techs were having trouble uploading edits as we walked through the house. This is not a problem--I understand tech. SO, I carefully reworded the estimate to make corrections and tried to respond via email. The email from which the estimate was sent did not accept responses. I then tried to call TrustPoint three times using the phone number at the top of the estimate. All three times as my call rang through, the system disconnected me. I do understand technology hiccups, but when it causes material mistakes, then doesn't allow your customers to resolve the issue, then your technology loses your customers, as it has done in this case. I hope you are able to resolve your technical challenges and get up and running. You seem to have a great company and team; it's unfortunate that I didn't have an opportunity to review you on merit instead of technical malfunctions.

I had Jon install a Tesla charger in my garage, and I highly recommend him…read more My electrical panel is on the opposite side of the house and doesn't share a wall with the garage, so every highly rated, licensed electrician I contacted in the Phoenix area quoted me a very high price to run the wiring through the attic. Jon came in with one of the best rates without cutting corners. More importantly, I wanted the charger to be mounted flush against the wall with no exposed wires or conduit. Other electricians told me my only options were to run a metal conduit down from the garage ceiling or cut open a large section of drywall to route the wiring inside the wall, both of which would have increased the cost and affected the finished appearance. For Jon, it wasn't an issue at all. He was able to run the wiring behind the wall without cutting any drywall, and he completed the entire installation in about two hours. The finished result looks clean, professional, and exactly how I envisioned it. You can tell he uses high quality materials and takes pride in his work. His years of electrical experience really show in the quality of his craftsmanship. If you're looking for someone to install an EV charger, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jon.
