During our recent home sale, the home inspection turned up issues with a double-tapped neutral in the panel and broken GFCI. Gary quoted the issue off of the inspection report quickly. He stayed in contact via text messages and email and arrived early on the day he quoted. He tested all of the exterior GFCIs for problems and installed a new neutral bar and rewired all of the problem neutrals. He also upgraded one of the breakers to match the existing ones with parts he had on hand. We needed an invoice with an outline of the work and Gary sent it over before the end of the day. The final price was less than initially quoted, very competitive, and affordably priced. I highly recommend Gary and Best Electrical Services! read more

Fast response with an estimate. Was able to accommodate the fast turnaround I requested. Did a nice job. Would use again.

Found Gary on Yelp and messaged him about an electrical problem. He responded quickly and was at my home the next morning. He is very professional, polite and it's obvious he is very good at what he does. He diagnosed and fixed my problem within 1 hour. Extremely happy with his work. Pricing is very fair given how quickly he can solve a problem. It is not easy to find a contractor of his caliber. I will use Gary exclusively from now on. Thank you Gary, I appreciate your excellence. read more

Quick scheduling and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended.

I asked Gary for a electrical project to upgrade the electric main panel. He gave out a very straightforward initial pricing after taking a look at the pictures of my existing panel and then confirmed the pricing after coming onsite. His pricing was competitive and service was great especially if you are looking for someone who can speak Mandarin. He was very efficient with his job, but there were times it's hard to schedule with him due to his packed schedule. However, he was always here for the important days like the inspection and the pge shutoff day. read more

Gary was fantastic! I called him and told him I needed to replace an old electrical panel in my garage. He said he was nearby and asked if he could stop by after he was finished with a job. He sent me a text when he was on his way. That night he sent me a quote. We arranged for the work the following week. He showed up on time and changed the panel. He also had to run a line for the evap cooler I was having installed. The evap cooler guy stopped by when Gary was working and he changed up what I told Gary I thought he needed. Gary was very flexible with the request, ran to Home Depot to get the extra materials, told me ahead that it would cost a little more and did the work. He was done with the sub panel and the cooler line in a day and did exactly what the evap cooler guy needed. I am having him come back soon to install some outlets for my new bidets. Very happy all around! read more

Thanks for the prompt response and quick service. Gary did an excellent job to replace the light fixtures in my three bathrooms and hallways. He also helped to add a ceiling light in one bedroom and replaced the ceiling fan in one bathroom. This ceiling fan was disguised as a light by previous owner. The inside is set up against the code. When he tried to replace the light, he let me know the situation and offered to replace with a proper ceiling light. It's a much harder job than to just put on a new light. I'm really grateful for his honesty and hard working attitude. I won't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and trustworthy electrician. We have worked with Gary for over 5 times over the past 3 years, so this is a long overdue review for his high quality services. After the first time he helped us install the EV charger, we immediately knew he will be the to-go person for any electric needs from then on. Communication and scheduling was a breeze. For the most recent job, he helped us diagnose and fix the exterior lights that stopped working after we redid our roof. During the diagnostic visit, he was able to effectively found out the root cause and came up with a solution and quote. During the repair visit, he carefully fixed the issue and double and triple checked to make sure everything was working as expected. Before he left, he also pointed out that we should get our gutter downspout (damaged during the reroof project as well) fixed as the electric meter box was right under the downspout. I am really glad we were able to do it before the following storm hits. We have been very happy with Gary's work. He is professional, detail oriented and comprehensive. Having a peek into his van, you will be impressed by the how organized and clean it is. This also reflects on the job he delivers, high quality, precision and efficiency. He just gets the job done with zero waste. read more

We had a bunch of our emergency lights out in our business. We replaced batteries but still ended up with many that were not working. Since they were over 12 years old, we decided to replace them. I reached out to our usual electrician on many occasions trying to get something scheduled (they even penciled me in but never showed up) so I decided to look for other options through Yelp. Best Electrical Services was one of the respondence. They were lower in price then some of the others that could provide proof of insurance which was necessarily since this is a business. Their reviews looked good, so I took a chance. They responded to my questions quickly, booked me for the following week, and actually showed up on time. They were very easy to work with and handled the installation quickly. I didn't have enough of the lights on premises so they told me to text them when they came in and they would fit them in. All in all, I'm very satisfied. read more

Gary did an amazing job installing a wall charger for us.
