I had an appointment with the at 2 Pm on a Saturday. No one showed up! I called and left a be, nothing. I tried texting, nada. I had to back through yelp to get their information. When I finally contacted someone, they lost my information and thought I got their number from thumbtack. They didn't even try to reschedule. This is completely unprofessional. I can't imagine how they stay in business if they can't even communicate. read more

I had a carport renovated by this company about 8 months ago, and unfortunately the main supporting beam they installed has already warped. This is a load-bearing structural component, so it should not be failing this quickly under normal conditions. When I contacted them, they acknowledged the issue and offered to redo the labor at no charge. However, they expected me to pay for the replacement material--even though it appears to be the same type of material that already failed. On top of that, the price they quoted for the material was significantly higher than what I found independently. I appreciate that they offered free labor, but I don't think it's reasonable to charge a customer for materials when the original installation did not hold up, especially for something structural. I also have concerns about using the same material again without addressing why it failed in the first place. At this point, I've chosen to go with a different contractor because I no longer have confidence in the materials or the solution being offered. read more

Alfredo and his crew were great. I needed to have some exterior baseboards on my manufactured home replaced that were rotting from rain and sun exposure. They showed up Saturday morning as promised and called when they were on their way, took some measurements and ran to Home Depot or Lowe's to pick up materials after assessing what needed to be done. they also caulked all the work they did as well as some other areas that they noticed in need of caulk. I'm not an expert but I thought the work was professionally done and that the communication and follow through were great. I would definitely hire them again and enjoyed meeting them. read more

We had a complicated situation. They came in and easily solved it for an affordable price. Looks amazing. Our patio pillars were sinking due to wood rot underneath. Not sure how this company has any good reviews, because it is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a Yelp referral and I gave it lots of time and even second chances. I contacted this company over 3 weeks ago with a fairly substantial job. I tried several times to get a response and was ignored. Then after being ignored for a week and several attempted contacts, I left a poor review communicating that on Yelp and and magically right after I posted it, I received a call from Alfredo. He apologized and said "he was not on his phone for days". Not sure what that even means. OK. Also, I had left multiple messages on Yelp which also were not responded to during that time. Guess that was down too. However he finally contacted me so I removed the poor review and would give them a second chance. It took a while for Alfredo to finally come out to look at our job. Once he got here, he asked about the job and measured. Then as he left said he would get an estimate to me right away. A week went by and no follow up by Alfredo. I texted him a few times and he finally got back to me and then said "I lost the measurements" and asked me to re measure them and send to him over him coming out and doing it again. Unprofessional but I did it even though I am not a construction professional and thought it was odd for him to ask of that. I then texted him the measurements I took and waited for a reply that he even received them. Nothing for over a week. I texted again asking for a follow up and again nothing. A third time and again nothing. Guess that pesky cell phone was out of his hands again. Sorry, but that is it, I am done. This company does not know how to run a business and communicate so I would be very careful in using them. read more

We had some water damage which affected a door way. Door was sticking and very difficult to open and trim was peeling away. Alfredo came out and took a look at it and quickly fixed the issue.
