Tried to schedule through Yelp ... they don't do it that way.Wanted photos and a phone call to decide whether or not they even wanted the basic fireplace service job. That's their right as business owners, but it also sounds like the cart intends to drive the horse ... and if they don't want my money, I am content not to give it to them. read more

We have used Eiklor twice for fire pit repair service and they have done an excellent job. The owner, Lisa, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Her technicians were on time and did a great job servicing our fire pit. I would recommend them without hesitation! read more

Wow, very impressed! Techs arrived on time, with 30 minutes advance notification after appointment had been confirmed twice in advance. Great communication! Techs were exceptionally polite, professional, and friendly. Very knowledgeable. Had my two gas fireplaces checked out, cleaned up and working properly very quickly. Cleaned up after themselves, no mess. Explained how to fire up the gas units (each one was different), and made sure I understood before leaving. Customer service like that is rare nowadays, especially from techs on first time visits. Would HIGHLY recommend Eiklor Flames West to anyone needing help with their fireplaces. 5 stars!!! read more

Lisa and her crew are absolutely amazing! We've needed their help several times. Twice to relight our pilot light and then help with organizing our new logs, embers and lava rocks. She responds quickly to my texts and always find space to fit us into the schedule. They are extremely clean, always on time and their cost is reasonable! Wouldn't use anyone else for our fireplace needs! read more

Fireplace would not light. On time, technically, very proficient, customer oriented, cleaned the gas fireplace so that it now lights and let me know that I needed a new transformer. Recommended an electrician for that. Very happy with service. read more

Great experience as a new home owner who know's nothing about her fire place! Lisa was very quick to respond to me via email and text. The techs fixed my fireplace and vacuumed/cleaned it great which I was not expecting them to do. They were in and out within an hour, very friendly and respectful of my home, left me with great tips & the price was so much cheaper than I had expected it to be. Highly recommend! read more

We had 2 gas fireplaces and a fire-pit- we are selling our home and needed some cleaning and repair, these guys are great - everyone from the front desk to the installation team. They did a fantastic job very reasonable and very professional! Highly recommend !! read more

Absolutely the most patient contractor on earth. I had issues with my house fireplace and they checked it out made some important changes that the previous owner had screwed up and then came back out twice (once at no charge) to test the system. Turns out that we have a fireplace that is not good with a vertical exhaust (right up the chimney) and that causes a draft that kills starting the fire. With great patience the service folks walked me through every facet of the issue and the solution for staring it (just keep trying). They were very familiar with the manufacturer and the product and it is a problem with this type of gas fireplace. Again, I learned all I need to know and the price is absolutely a bargain. Use the folks at EIklor--they are great. read more

I contacted Eiklor one eve after hours and they responded immediately. Lisa asked for pertinent info and called the next day to schedule my appointment for fireplace repair. The repairman got it up and running however I couldn't get it started the next day. Lisa spoke with the repairman and they decided to refund me my entire service charge as he felt he couldnt repair the fireplace due to some concerns he voiced the day of service. Kudos to Eiklor for their effort and honestly regarding the whole matter. I'd like to mention that Az Fireplace who sold me the unit cant keep it running so I'm thinking I got a lemon read more

I had visitors coming over and my gas fireplace wasn't lighting properly!!! Found these guys on Yelp and they were so nice to come out ASAP for me. They were a wealth of knowledge too! Turns out my burner was clogged and they got to work on it immediately. On time, very neat and tidy work, even put on their own shoe covers before entering my home which I LOVED. I also had them clean the soot off my fireplace stone, and now it looks like new! They mentioned the logs weren't placed correctly by whoever built the fire & this is what was causing the soot buildup...who knew?! I then asked the owner, Erik, if he knew how to covert my gas, log fireplace into one with the more updated crystal rocks. Turns out he designs the coolest custom fire art I've ever seen!!! We'll definitely be calling Erik & Buddy back out soon. Highly recommend & fair pricing! Love a family owned & operated business too = trust! read more

Called for service on our gas fireplace in February which is the busy season for these folks. The unit is 20 years old and the manufacturer is out of business. They were able to schedule a technician to come by within a few days (I had called two other service companies, one of which never replied and the second needed 6 weeks to schedule a call). Brandon showed up on time and was extremely familiar with my make/model. Within an hour he completed a thorough trouble shooting, isolated the problem, and was able to fix it without having to come back with a replacement part (faulty jumper board which he was able to rewire and bypass the fault). Don't waste your time looking for any other company to fix a gas fireplace problem. These guys are the best! read more

They came out and replaced the old log starter with some new pipe fittings in a house I moved into. Just in time for my family and I to use before the end of winter. read more

Great Job! I called them when I could not get the pilot light to our gas logs to stay lit. Lisa scheduled me out about 2 weeks and said she would call if there was a cancellation. A cancellation did occur, and we were service in about a week. The technician was professional, wearing a mask and booties. He diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in about 1 hour. He also vacuumed the logs and refreshed our installation. I will call them again if problems occur. Thank you. read more

Worth the wait as they are booked up. The service and the follow-up were excellent. A values-based company who cares about quality. Also great attention to detail including putting on booties over their shoes and wearing masks. read more

Two technicians came to our house today to fix our gas fireplace that hadn't worked in awhile. The pilot was on but wouldn't start the fireplace. They worked non-stop for about two hours until they got to the bottom of the issue. In the process they cleaned things up, including the log and screens, and it works perfectly again. So glad to have found this company -- thanks for the great work! read more

I highly recommend using Eiklor Flames West if you ever need to have your fireplace repaired. Our fireplace is indoor and natural gas. We could get a pilot lit but the main burner would not light. First, the owner responded to my Yelp request for a quote within the hour and shortly after contacted me to setup an appointment. It was quick and efficient. The day before she texted a reminder and the tech called 30 minutes before his arrival as promised. The tech came prepared, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a part, cleaned the different components, adjusted the pilot and did an over all inspection and cleaned up after himself. They are reasonably priced. You can't do better than this! read more

This is the company to go to if you want to make certain you have a safe working gas fireplace. After purchasing a used home, we paid to have someone "clean" our fireplace, only to find out they actually caused some issues which needed to be addressed. Eric is a nationally certified F.I.R.E inspector who cleaned, inspected and repaired our fireplace while giving us helpful information. He was professional, thorough and very knowledgable. I wouldn't trust another company. read more
