Last year's company was no longer in business so I engaged another local company that charged me for 2 service calls at $245 each (one to diagnose, the next to install a new part) + the cost of the new part (almost $700 total) - and still the fireplace didn't light. The company then told me that it needed yet another part but they couldn't order the needed part, so I had to find it and order it and they would install. Finally, I found DJ, who discovered that the 2026 company had installed the wrong part and that is why the fireplace still didn't work!
