I really wish I had read Bill S's review before. I didn't realize the goal was to make Bill's 3 month issue seem like a good situation by comparison. I'm at 6 months of this ongoing nightmare. Having your BBQ cleaned and repaired should not be this difficult or take this long. I started this journey back on March 11, 2019. My husband had asked to have the grill cleaned up and repaired for Father's Day / his Birthday. We are now into SEPTEMBER and the saga continues. Given that it is a unit that is built into a brick grilling area, having the unit cleaned up and fixed seemed the most reasonable approach. Paul from www.yourBBQguys.com and the owner of the company, came out assessed the unit and what needed to be done stating it was an old classic, and after it was fixed up, would last another 15 years. On 3/21/19 I paid $811 for repair, cleaning and parts. On 4/4, when the grill was to be returned, an employee of www.yourBBQguys.com dropped and broke my grill. I have been left with 2 different temporary grills, while we wait.. and wait... and then wait some more. The first was just scary, and a second one that does not stay lit, has no catch-pan for grease, and has a huge gap which will just leave a critter issue. 6/3- 6/4/19 there was an exchange of emails. We continued down the road of trying to work through this, while www.yourBBQguys.com theoretically worked to get the manifold rebuilt that was broken when it was dropped. I was told that was ordered 0n 6/6 and would take 2 weeks to build. We were expecting the fixed grill to be returned by 6/21. That date came and went and more stories. On 6/26, after calling the office number for www.yourBBQguys.com and telling the person there that at this point, I was ready to call the police. I have had my grill removed and never returned as well as paid for parts that I have not received. Paul then sent a text showing that he did still have my grill. He also provided the phone number to FireMagic, which is actually Grill and Patio, which is a business that sells FireMagic grills so that I could call them myself to verify that the manifold had been ordered. I did, only to find out that the part was not ordered until the week of 6/21 and would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. While being told by Paul that he was in contact with FireMagic every 3 days and given a very different story. When it came time for Paul to pay FireMagic/Grill and Patio, that alone took a week. Additionally, on the exchange with Paul on 6/26, he said that for all of this mess, he would refund us the money we had paid. Again, even that - it is now September and it has yet to occur. On 8/1 the rebuilt manifold was delivered to Paul. I text him on 8/2 advising that the FedEx tracking had stated that the part had arrived. It was not until 8/6 that Paul arrived with the manifold, but none of the other parts, and claimed that day to have left with the grill shell when he returned it. I advised he needed to refer back to the email that he sent when he returned the shell of the grill. The long awaited for manifold did not work for the grill. He went off to discuss with his welder and then call the guys from Grill and Patio back. I got involved again, because it is only every time I get involved there seems to be even the appearance of any kind of movement. The last I have heard from Paul was 8/20. I am desperate for assistance from another avenue in getting this resolved, so I am also making this complaint to the BBB. No one should have to go through this - 6 months and still nowhere after his employee broke our grill. Others should know so they don't go through this. read more

We purchased a Weber grill that needed to be converted from natural gas to propane. We purchased a conversion kit on Amazon to later find out it failed. After a small fire in our grill we decided it was time to get it cleaned and spruced up for the season. My husband called a few barbecue cleaning companies and after talking to 2 or 3 he decided that Paul was the most knowledgeable and helpful - I guess the fire was not something all the companies wanted to work on. Our first concern was can we save our grill or do we have to replace it? Well after the FREE inspection a day later it was determined that with some work it could be saved. In total we needed a new ignition and wires, new knobs and 1 burner (that was the source of the fire). The cleaning was as expected and explained. The whole grill looked great and functioned perfectly when done and with a few cooking tips on how to use the rotisserie (a piece we have never used) we are ready for another grilling season. We hired "Your Get it Done Guys" to clean a built-in bbq grill we inherited at our new home in Desert Ridge, as well as add additional extra ventilation to meet safety requirements. From start to finish, the team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quick to meet our needs. Michael and Rodney were very detailed when cleaning our bbq and smoker, making them look brand new when finished. David, another team member, did an incredible job drilling through multiple layers of a block wall to add a ventilation system to our current bbq. This was a big undertaking, but everything went seamlessly and the job was cleaned up like they were never there. You'd be crazy to hire anyone else! Most of the grill companies want a large sum of money just to show up. Paul the owner came out and did an assessment...free of charge! We just bought a home with a built-in grill that was older. Home inspector said it needed repair or replacement. Paul looked it over, fired it up, showed us how it works, and declared that it was just fine. No sales pitches, no upselling. We learned a lot about the grill but he also looked at our fountain and gave us some useful info for that. We wanted to pay him but he wouldn't accept anything. Upon his arrival, I knew working with Paul was going to be awesome. As he assessed my grill, we chatted and before five minutes had passed, Paul identified the issue. After getting a bid and scheduling a project we had to reschedule at the last minute due to a conflict and they would not reschedule for us. I can understand that and I even offered to reimburse them for their time but what I can't understand is the lack of professionalism, rude language, and even name-calling they gave me in their email response. I initially was going to write a terrible review due to the owners attitude and overt insults, however after all was said and done I think he realized he was just having a bad day and apologized. His employee David ended up seeing the job through to fruition and was pleasant and did very good work. My grill stopped working and was in need of repair. I typed in BBQ repair and came upon BBQ Cleaning and Repair, AKA "Your BBQ Guys". I had a great initial conversation with the owner Paul and he was out here the very next day to work on it. Absolutely fantastic! My bull grill had seen better days it needed to be replaced I thought.. so I called Paul he came took a look and told me it just needs a new regulator and a deep cleaning. My BBQ was not working in Prescott. I was going to have visitors here from NY in a few days. Paul gave my number to Morgan. He was at my house soon after. Paul thought it needed a new regulator. It is a 25 year old Weber Grill. Morgan came over with the regulator, but the connections were wrong. Morgan went to at least 4 stores before ACE hardware had the right connector. He did a quick assessment of my grill (for free, in case it would end up being something too expensive to be worth fixing.)
