Juan came out for a maintenance job and found our burners to be rusted and leaking, no wonder it wasn't cooking evenly or reaching high heat. The original burners and heat shields weren't stainless steel, well they are now. Paul swapped them out with quality stainless steel products. It looks like another grill and operates like it should. I purchased a Napoleon prestige 500 from a retailer in Tucson that turned out to be a bad dealer that does not employ installers and instead uses contractors that were not up to the job. My install was complicated requiring electrical work. I had $4,000 invested and no working BBQ. Hate to give one star but I have no choice. Had a fire pit gas ring replaced by them, as it was rusting out. They replaced it and to my surprise the flame was leaking out to the gas valve!!!! (as pictured below). Called Paul to fix it, he scheduled on April 7th but he never showed. Called and texted him weekly since then but NO RESPONSE. So BEWARE, if you have issues with his work, he may not respond. Doesn't seem to care to make right what he didn't install correctly. I imagine this could be a safety issue! I plan on reporting official complaint to Better Business Bureau. read more

I will absolutely use your barbecue guys again! This process has been seamless. They are amazing and what they do and they're customer service. Nick came to clean our barbecue after Paul had come to fix the regulator. We weren't charge for the regulator because he knew we were having family in town I needed the grill. Nick explained that our grades can't be cleaned exactly perfectly clean because of the material on that if he did it would ruin them. He told us if we wanted sparkly shiny ones where we could buy them and I really appreciate that. They use no chemicals and had everything done first class! He said that we could pay for everything once the grill was clean the following week. The grill is spotless and works like a charm! There may only grill people moving forward! Disappoint abounds. Paul was a great, animated guy and seemed to know what he was doing. Looked at it, diagnosed it on a Friday, came to pick it up on Monday and said he'd have it back that night. Didn't hear from him Monday of Tuesday. Texted him and told him communication was everything. I could make myself available but needed to know a good time and when he'd have it done. Texted him again Wed. He texted Wed night and said he'd have back Thursday morning at 8. At 8 he showed up with the same broken grill and told me I was impossible to work with. I needed patience. Talked over me the entire time and said he was so busy he didn't get home until 8 Wed night. Never wanted to listen. Never considered the importance of communication or listening tot he customer. 3 full days, nothing was done even though he said it would be done in a day. No reason for it not being done other than I was impossible......really not. I just expect in this day and age a text saying he needed more time. Not that big a deal. But......... onward and upward. No grilling on Veteran's Day for my veteran husband and myself. read more

My grill recently stopped working. Although we had what seemed like a half full tank, when we went to light it nothing happened. We thought maybe the tank was the issue so we replaced it, but it didn't help. Hubby and I guessed it might be a problem with the hose going from the propane tank to the grill but weren't sure. I reached out for quotes and heard back from the owner of the company, Paul. He advised me that he thought the problem was the regulator (which actually is the hose that connects the tank to the BBQ.) and that he could have a technician out on Monday afternoon. (I'd contacted him over the weekend and we spoke Monday morning so I was pleased with the speed in which the job could be done.) After discussing the cost of the repair and parts I agreed and Paul said he'd contact his tech, Jesse, and would get back to me within an hour and a half to let me know when to expect him. I ran some errands and realized it'd been a couple hours so I gave Paul a call to ensure we were still on. He let me know Jesse was finishing another job and would be at my house by 3pm and that he'd call while he was on his way. I got a call from Jesse at 1:50pm telling me he had the part and was on his way and he'd be at my house in 20 -25 minutes. I was doing some things around the house and noticed that it was well past 3pm and Jesse hadn't arrived yet. I gave both him and Paul a call to see if he'd gotten lost or if something came up. I received a call back from Jesse letting me know that something indeed had come up but he was on his way. He arrived shortly after his second call with the part in hand and ready to work. He quickly installed the part and tested the grill twice to ensure it was working properly. I really appreciated that he tested it twice. I then paid and Jesse was on his way. I was very happy with the fact that they were able to diagnose the problem over the phone, that they could come out so quickly and that Jesse took the time to test the grill twice to ensure it was working properly before he left.
