He laid out tarps to protect our outdoor tiles from the greasy debris. He used cleaning fluids and scrapers to remove the gunk, and he replaced a faulty regulator. He told me that the grates on our grill have never been cleaned and offered to take it to his place to soak them in the cleaning liquid overnight. Then he threw in a couple of small items that made sense to replace at no extra cost. I've got nothing but great things to say about Tracy's services. He shows up on time, professional and personable. Dorian is clean and neat when working- using drop cloths underneath his equipment. Dorian takes his time and is extremely detailed and thorough (nothing is missed). He comes prepared and sweeps and vacuums before he leaves. The job is dirty and labor intensive. Dorian's cost is very reasonable for the amount of time he spends working. We use our grill every day, so there is a lot to do. When Ted returns my grill, it looks almost like new. He usually picks the grill up on Monday and returns it on Friday. That way, I only lose it for a week and that's great. The price is somewhat high, but over the years it's been worth it to me. I use my grill 3 to 4 times a week year-round and the fact that it's still working great after 20+ years is a huge bonus.

Ed and his team have been doing this for coming up on 20 years. They are as honest as honest gets. No matter what grill & accessories you have, they will give their 100% and give you years and years of stress-free grilling by deep cleaning your grill. I had purchased a high-end grill off FB marketplace and while it was in decent shape to begin with, it was still used. When I got it back, other than some surface scratches that couldn't come out, the actual inner workings of the grill looked and operated as if brand spanking new. They even upgraded the briquettes for more uniform heating. This service isn't cheap, but it's quality. They don't make em like they used to is very true in the outdoor kitchen/grill space so this route is much better than replacing your old grill. I could genuinely be convinced that they replaced the grill grates, burners, and bbq interior with brand new parts... they got it that clean. They also converted the grill from propane to natural gas. While I haven't been able to test it myself yet since we're in the process of building the kitchen, they sent me a video of all burners and LED's functioning as expected in the shop. If you're researching between several companies, honestly just stop. These are the guys you want.
