I have personally cleaned our barbecue stainless steel cabinet doors and drawers since they were purchased 5 years ago. They had no scratches at all. After returning from work, my husband suggested I look at the job Barbecue Rescue 911 did. I came inside and told my husband I was shocked, as he was. Actually shocked. There were scratches and grease smudges on all of the stainless steel doors and drawers. There was grease on the grill handle, grease and grime on the grill hinges and the drip pan hadn't been cleaned at all. They had left a Brillo pad on the floor, which probably explains all the scratches in the drawer and door fronts. Who uses a Brillo pad on stainless steel drawers and doors?!?! After my husband called to complain and they returned three days later (you can read his review (Peter L) of what he experienced with the owner. When he was on the speakerphone selling the job, acted like our best friend and said he does all the cleaning himself. As it turned out, the best friend "bit" was an act and him cleaning himself, that turned out to be a lie. I overheard the conversation when he returned to deal with our complaints. I was equally as shocked by the owners defensive words and tone while accepting no responsibility. Argumentative, defensive, rude and he denied everything. Before he even examine his employees work, he said that we didn't know the difference between smudges and scratches. Later, him and his assistant spent over an hour removing the smudges and trying to remove the scratches. The scratches remain. On the owners way out, I heard him snidely tell my husband, "I sent my least experienced employee especially for you." No respect for his customer after he gets paid. Customer satisfaction obviously means nothing to him. I also had to clean the tall tile backsplash and countertop behind and around the grill after they left. They left some yellow greasy liquid all over it, (See photos) and it took me an hour to clean off their mess, after they cleaned for the second time. This was the absolute worst result and experience we've had in any of the numerous services we've used over the last 10 years at this house. A horrible result by a disrespectful and dishonest owner. The name of the company should be Barbecue Disaster 911. You've been warned.

Short Summary - excellent service, quality install, parts…read more Originally, I was going to use Prestige Mister, out of Mesa (they manufacture high quality mister pumps and get great reviews.) They refer installs and recommend Senor Mist. Rex (former owner, now employee who sold to his son) came out, took a look at what we wanted, made recommendations, and wrote an est. They use Prestige pumps, but also one or two other companies, depending on the required pump capacity -- much more involved than my DIY mind thought! Anyway, they did go with Prestige. I'd told him I hoped to go with a local manufacturer for quality and ideally wanted American made. We just had pavers laid and the pergola installed and I blew it by not planning misters in advance of construction. So, we'd either had to remove some pavers and lay the water line to one of the pergola posts (I didn't want to do that) or we could have laid the line on top of the pavers with a protective cover you could step over, but that would have been a little tacky. The Pergola is about 7 feet away from brick wall and I'd wanted misters on that, too. Rex did not push at all getting them on the Pergola as well and felt that on the wall would be sufficient. He could have pushed that, and I probably would have agreed, so appreciate him not trying to squeeze out extra work. Worse case is, I have it done in the future. 50% down payment required and had to tap water from inside of the house (we have soft water inside, but not out.) Had a recommended plumber take care of that. Made the down payment, and two weeks later, misters installed. Second day - still playing with them, but so far, so good. When windy, the mist blows over the fence, so not as effective, but in the evening very nice and in our covered patio definitely cools. Professional installation with quality parts is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend (and use again, should the need arise.)

All the control knobs were knocked off, and the inner workings were strewn about. I uprighted it, cleaned it up, put parts back where they belonged, re-installed the knobs, turned on the gas, pressed the igniter button, click click click click click, nothing. I needed an expert, and was lucky to find Robert on the internet. He returned my call within an hour or so, came out the following day, examined the grill, made a few adjustments and got everything working. He had a wealth of knowledge, was very likable, and charged a reasonable fee for the job. I'm pleased to highly recommend him.

He was up front with costs (which were fair), communicative throughout the whole process, and was there on time on the date of install. He went above and beyond to ensure that the new grill fit perfectly in the existing space (brought his tile guy to modify the space) and even ordered me a different hose as the one that came with the manufacturer was too short. He came right back on another day to install this and to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the completed job. He's very knowledgeable (educated me on grill and grill-site maintenance) and has high integrity. I even caught the guy carefully shining the installed grill once he was done. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. A++ service. Highly recommend!
