Short Summary - excellent service, quality install, parts. Originally, I was going to use Prestige Mister, out of Mesa (they manufacture high quality mister pumps and get great reviews.) They refer installs and recommend Senor Mist. Rex (former owner, now employee who sold to his son) came out, took a look at what we wanted, made recommendations, and wrote an est. They use Prestige pumps, but also one or two other companies, depending on the required pump capacity -- much more involved than my DIY mind thought! Anyway, they did go with Prestige. I'd told him I hoped to go with a local manufacturer for quality and ideally wanted American made. We just had pavers laid and the pergola installed and I blew it by not planning misters in advance of construction. So, we'd either had to remove some pavers and lay the water line to one of the pergola posts (I didn't want to do that) or we could have laid the line on top of the pavers with a protective cover you could step over, but that would have been a little tacky. The Pergola is about 7 feet away from brick wall and I'd wanted misters on that, too. Rex did not push at all getting them on the Pergola as well and felt that on the wall would be sufficient. He could have pushed that, and I probably would have agreed, so appreciate him not trying to squeeze out extra work. Worse case is, I have it done in the future. 50% down payment required and had to tap water from inside of the house (we have soft water inside, but not out.) Had a recommended plumber take care of that. Made the down payment, and two weeks later, misters installed. Second day - still playing with them, but so far, so good. When windy, the mist blows over the fence, so not as effective, but in the evening very nice and in our covered patio definitely cools. Professional installation with quality parts is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend (and use again, should the need arise.) read more

for the second year in a row, the service was not completed fully and they want paid in full even though items were not corrected properly. then even had the audacity to tell me the bills were not paid on time. bills are only paid in full when work is completed properly in any business. I would avoid at all costs, as there are several misting companies that I am sure are more professional and provide completed services. read more

Service is really terrible. When you need your system turned on, they give you no notice of when you're scheduled. The company has too many customers to service. I called the first week of March, and they could not give me a date until the last week of April. This is totally unsatisfactory. read more

After several yrs of being a customer, I never thought I would rate them this low. I had my 30+ nozzle misting system annual service just a few days ago. They flushed lines and replaced several nozzles. 2 nozzles not working right so I call Señor Mist. I am told that even though they serviced just 2 days ago, nozzles not working right is not covered?? Their remedy, this "one time" they would mail me 2 nozzles and I could fix it. It baffles me that a company 2 days after servicing a unit says we are not responsible for it working right. Senor Mist was very easy to deal with. Karen responded to my initial email within an hour and Rex showed up to quote the job on time. The price was fair (these systems are not cheap as the parts and pump are all top quality) and the system has really performed well this summer. Install crew showed up on time and spent the majority of the day here doing this install. Initially I had considered installing myself but seeing the pros do it made me so glad I paid someone to tackle this job. We opted to do the entire run of patio and to install the foggers around the pool. If the humidity is low the patio cools off between 10 and 20 degrees. Pool a bit less cause it's in more sun on obviously higher humidity. At night the foggers in the pool area look awesome around the water feature and landscape lighting! I'll need to turn down the pump as the entire backyard can fog up. Overall, very pleased we opted to have these installed by a knowledgeable, professional company that delivered on everything they outlined in their proposal, on-time and on budget. Would definitely not recommend. Left pump pressure too high. Also installed large cheap misting tips so misters were drenching not misting. Missed a relatively large leak along a stretch of misters near the pool. Finally took all the expensive mister tips that were just installed the previous year. They could have easily been cleaned with CLR. I say stay away. read more

He explained in great detail why it should be installed in x place vs Y (y being where the other company quoted me). He explained various options for managing calcium buildup, remote control, noise and maintenance. His team, yes an entire crew showed up for the install, and were there on time. They installed the system exactly as it was explained it would be. We just moved to Arizona and wanted to add some outdoor cooling to our patio. As always, I use the Yelp family to help me choose the appropriate business for the job. Senor Mist was my choice and I couldn't be happier. Rex, the owner, came out and gave me a price for the work. I was completely happy with his quote, but I needed to have an exterior water supply installed first. Rex gave me the name & telephone number of a plumber that he used before, Brigham's Plumbing (623-210-6444). The owner, Brigham did the work himself. I'll be using Brigham's Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Brigham is a true professional and his work shows it. Rex's crew from Senor Mist came out and installed my system the next day. His crew was professional and a great group of guys. The job was finished the same day. You would never have known that they were here, except the work was done. Rex and his 2-man team came by today and installed misters on my patio and my enclosed garden. It took about 6-7 hours. I couldn't be happier. The cooling effect was immediate, even on a windy day the patio cooled down about 15 degrees on a 110 degree day. On top of the product Rex sells, I've never met a more ethical, honest and pleasant business man than Rex. His 2 man team of Oscar and Lalo were as professional and pleasant as can be.
