Short Summary - excellent service, quality install, parts. Originally, I was going to use Prestige Mister, out of Mesa (they manufacture high quality mister pumps and get great reviews.) They refer installs and recommend Senor Mist. Rex (former owner, now employee who sold to his son) came out, took a look at what we wanted, made recommendations, and wrote an est. They use Prestige pumps, but also one or two other companies, depending on the required pump capacity -- much more involved than my DIY mind thought! Anyway, they did go with Prestige. I'd told him I hoped to go with a local manufacturer for quality and ideally wanted American made. We just had pavers laid and the pergola installed and I blew it by not planning misters in advance of construction. So, we'd either had to remove some pavers and lay the water line to one of the pergola posts (I didn't want to do that) or we could have laid the line on top of the pavers with a protective cover you could step over, but that would have been a little tacky. The Pergola is about 7 feet away from brick wall and I'd wanted misters on that, too. Rex did not push at all getting them on the Pergola as well and felt that on the wall would be sufficient. He could have pushed that, and I probably would have agreed, so appreciate him not trying to squeeze out extra work. Worse case is, I have it done in the future. 50% down payment required and had to tap water from inside of the house (we have soft water inside, but not out.) Had a recommended plumber take care of that. Made the down payment, and two weeks later, misters installed. Second day - still playing with them, but so far, so good. When windy, the mist blows over the fence, so not as effective, but in the evening very nice and in our covered patio definitely cools. Professional installation with quality parts is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend (and use again, should the need arise.) read more

If you're looking to upgrade your outdoor space in Arizona, I can't recommend Senor Mist enough. They recently installed a full setup for us (misting systems, electric radiant heaters, and rolling patio shades) and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in their work. Every detail was handled with care, and the final result completely transformed our patio into a space we can enjoy year-round. What really stood out was how seamless everything felt. They walked us through options, made recommendations (without upselling), and executed everything flawlessly. It's rare to find a company that delivers such a great experience. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. These are the people you want for the job! read more

Service is really terrible. When you need your system turned on, they give you no notice of when you're scheduled. The company has too many customers to service. I called the first week of March, and they could not give me a date until the last week of April. This is totally unsatisfactory. read more

for the second year in a row, the service was not completed fully and they want paid in full even though items were not corrected properly. then even had the audacity to tell me the bills were not paid on time. bills are only paid in full when work is completed properly in any business. I would avoid at all costs, as there are several misting companies that I am sure are more professional and provide completed services. read more

We are so happy with our patio heaters! Senor Mist responded promptly to my initial inquiry and scheduled the at-home consultation, where Rex explained our options. On installation day, our installer did a fantastic job - arrived promptly, did all the electrical work and installed the heaters. Now on these cold January evenings, we can enjoy cozy dinners on our patio. I highly recommend Senor Mist. read more

Very pleased with the level of service and attention the service technicians deliver. When I placed the call I was contacted within 24 hours and they fit us in! We had an annual check done and some parts replaced that were with the tech. Donny was super friendly and gave us tips on how to keep our misters operating at peak efficiency. Señor Mist - Senor Misting System - awesome - Patio Coverings Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

It was pretty much a breeze working with Tim at Senor Mist. The on-line info on their patio heater options was very helpful, and he was very helpful in responding to our questions as we worked to figure out what patio heater set-up was best for us. Pricing was reasonable and their follow-up on a minor issue we had was exceptional. Really loving our electric ceiling-mounted, double-element Infratech heater -- wish we'd have done it years ago! read more

We purchased a home that had a system in it and thankfully the company put their information on the pump. I called Senor Mist and asked them to come out and just do a once over on the system to make sure it was ready to go for the summer. They got me scheduled and arrived on time with plenty of communications including when the technician was on their way. They were very polite, professional, and their prices were extremely fair for the services and parts they provided. I am hoping the system will cool things down for us a bit while sitting outside in this upcoming heat! Thanks again to the entire crew. read more

They had me up and running within a week, even during their busy summer season. We got misters put in the backyard patio, connecting to our water line in the garage. Install was seamless and they even updated a wall plug as part of the job. Highly recommend them to Arizona friends! read more

I received 5 quotes from local Phoenix companies for a mister system, and Señor mist was the best quote. Communication is excellent, best warranty for parts, and Rex is very responsive to questions and concerns. If you are going to look around, just know Señor mist will be the best quote hands down. Thank you for keeping me cool. read more

Wow! These guys are on it. We purchased a misting and heating system for our back patio. Rex came out and gave us a great sales presentation with no pressure, and we were off. It's only been a week and the heaters have been installed and the misting system is going in next week. So far this team has been very responsive and professional. I will add to this review with pictures once the job is complete. I have no doubt the final product will be amazing. read more

Great response and reasonable prices. Donnie the actual repair man was polite and quickly fixed my system. Very reliable and helpful

As usual the crew at Senor Mist exceeded expectations with our spring start up for our misting system. Have been impressed with the Senor Mist service since the day of installation. Thanks to Rex, Debbie and Crew once again. read more

After several yrs of being a customer, I never thought I would rate them this low. I had my 30+ nozzle misting system annual service just a few days ago. They flushed lines and replaced several nozzles. 2 nozzles not working right so I call Señor Mist. I am told that even though they serviced just 2 days ago, nozzles not working right is not covered?? Their remedy, this "one time" they would mail me 2 nozzles and I could fix it. It baffles me that a company 2 days after servicing a unit says we are not responsible for it working right. Very disappointing. BTW, this review is not at all about service tech, its about a company not standing behind its work. read more

Love the company. They explained the installation, left us with no questions. The installers were great ( Chance and Alan). Before leaving our home they explained everything. I highly Recommend them. read more

Senor Mist is AMAZING! I have a small patio and I figured a company wouldn't want to take such a small job but Craig was amazing! The system is great and, though the pump is loud (I read about these being loud after it was installed), I contacted Craig and he sent his techs out to provide me with a long cord and now I can't even hear it!!! He got back to me the same day I contacted them about the "problem" that I failed to educate myself on. This is going to make the Arizona summer SO much more tolerable! Thank you SO much to Craig and all of the people involved. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone! read more

Senor Mist was very easy to deal with. Karen responded to my initial email within an hour and Rex showed up to quote the job on time. The price was fair (these systems are not cheap as the parts and pump are all top quality) and the system has really performed well this summer. Install crew showed up on time and spent the majority of the day here doing this install. Initially I had considered installing myself but seeing the pros do it made me so glad I paid someone to tackle this job. We opted to do the entire run of patio and to install the foggers around the pool. If the humidity is low the patio cools off between 10 and 20 degrees. Pool a bit less cause it's in more sun on obviously higher humidity. At night the foggers in the pool area look awesome around the water feature and landscape lighting! I'll need to turn down the pump as the entire backyard can fog up. Overall, very pleased we opted to have these installed by a knowledgeable, professional company that delivered on everything they outlined in their proposal, on-time and on budget. I've already recommended them to 2 close friends and felt compelled to share here as well. read more

Did an amazing job from beginning to end...reasonable prices and great customer service. Would recommend this company

I highly recommend senior mist!! Chance and Alex were professional and did an awesome job with our installation.

Rex is the real deal. He's honest, forthright, and does what he says he will do. His team is experienced and respectful of both property and people. He so impressed us at first meeting, we never even got a second estimate from anyone else. He gave us suggestions we hadn't even considered. And sent the proposal in the time period he promised. Quality interactions the whole way through. Rex is the kind of guy you'd be honored to have as a friend and neighbor. Great work at fair prices. We couldn't be happier with our new misting system. read more

Would definitely not recommend. Left pump pressure too high. Also installed large cheap misting tips so misters were drenching not misting. Missed a relatively large leak along a stretch of misters near the pool. Finally took all the expensive mister tips that were just installed the previous year. They could have easily been cleaned with CLR. I say stay away. read more

Excellent service from start to finish. Rex has extensive knowledge about the various options for installing mist systems which was the first reason I chose Senor Mist. He explained in great detail why it should be installed in x place vs Y (y being where the other company quoted me). He explained various options for managing calcium buildup, remote control, noise and maintenance. His team, yes an entire crew showed up for the install, and were there on time. They installed the system exactly as it was explained it would be. They showed me how to maintain the system, walking me through the pump, the lines etc. couldn't be happier with their attention to detail and the final product. I am ready for summer! read more

We just moved to Arizona and wanted to add some outdoor cooling to our patio. As always, I use the Yelp family to help me choose the appropriate business for the job. Senor Mist was my choice and I couldn't be happier. Rex, the owner, came out and gave me a price for the work. I was completely happy with his quote, but I needed to have an exterior water supply installed first. Rex gave me the name & telephone number of a plumber that he used before, Brigham's Plumbing (623-210-6444). The owner, Brigham did the work himself. I'll be using Brigham's Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Brigham is a true professional and his work shows it. Rex's crew from Senor Mist came out and installed my system the next day. His crew was professional and a great group of guys. The job was finished the same day. You would never have known that they were here, except the work was done. All my landscape lighting and drip system work fine after they left. I would recommend both contractors. Now we can enjoy our patio and the Arizona heat without breaking a sweat. read more

Decided to install a mist system so we could use our patio during the summer heat. Researched various mist contractors and knew as soon as I met Craig that I would go with their company. Their family business approach makes you feel comfortable and their knowledge and experience is evident. In addition, their installation team were great. They walk you through the installation and ask if you have any ideas or special needs. Very friendly and professional. We are now enjoying our mist system every evening during the summer heat. Rex and his 2-man team came by today and installed misters on my patio and my enclosed garden. It took about 6-7 hours. I couldn't be happier. The cooling effect was immediate, even on a windy day the patio cooled down about 15 degrees on a 110 degree day. On top of the product Rex sells, I've never met a more ethical, honest and pleasant business man than Rex. His 2 man team of Oscar and Lalo were as professional and pleasant as can be. Come October, I plan on calling Rex to install some radiant heaters on the patio thereby completing my comfortable outdoor space. I highly recommend Senor Mist. read more

Rex and his crew are top notch. Their customer service cannot be matched. They did an amazing job installing my misting system and even installed foggers on my pool water feature when I thought it was impossible to do. Rex, the owner, came to my home on a hot day to address a problem and immediately fixed it. I use Señor Mist for service too. I highly recommend them. read more

I just had a misting system installed. The service was great, as was the look of the system. I have a medium size patio but high ceilings and the plan took that into consideration. The piping runs to the patio are not obtrusive and they painted them to a perfect match with my house where they had to be visible. The temperature drops substantially with the system on and will make my yard and pool much more usable during the summer. The installation team took the time to review seasonal start-up and shutdown steps with me. So great installation and service so far! I recommend. read more

Rex came out to give us a quote for our misting system on our back patio. As planned, he had his (very nice and knowledgeable) crew here on time for the installation. These guys were personable and a pleasure to have on our property. Rex, as a company owner, is an expert in the product he sells and installs, in very likable, ethical, curteous, and easy to engage and work with. We are happy to recommend Señor Mist to anyone interested in installing a misting system. Thank you Rex for a job well done. read more
