Reclaim your backyard this summer! Mr. Misters did a great job installing our new misting system. They were punctual and thorough and had 60 linear feet of pipe and installed and attached in only a few hours! They paid special careful to detail, for example, by matching the pipe coloring to the surfaces the piping is attached to tmaking the system conspicuous. I had five highly rated misting companies come to my home and bid on a backyard patio misting system. The bids were all very different in scope of work. However, Mr. Misters' bid contained the most accurate scope of work and this is the bid I used when asking the other 4 companies to adjust their bids to reflect the same scope of work. One revised bid came back $1000 more than Mr. Misters and I removed that company from consideration. The other 3 companies submitted revised bids that were +/- $300 of Mr. Misters bid. From start to finish...this has been an exceptional experience and our backyard has officially been transformed!! Our pool has always been a wonderful relief from the heat once we hit 3 digits...but, when we weren't swimming...we were sweltering!! This amazing mister system has changed all that!! We recently had guests over and sat comfortably outside for several hours!! The mister system seems to reduce the temperature by 10-20 degrees...it is a game changer!! We also added an auxiliary mister attachment that allows us to move it around where needed..we had it in the pool with us...then moved it over to our lounge chairs!! We had a low pressure residential mister for years. There is absolutely no comparison to this high-pressure commercial grade mister system!! Add to this, no water residue...due to the high pressure..the water dissipates before it hits the ground...so no worry about slippery concrete!! Our only regret is that we didn't do this years ago!! Mr. Misters did a great job from beginning to end with our patio misting system. Duane came out to give an estimate and was the only one who worked closely with me brainstorming options to get the electrical and water supply together (they were on opposite sides of the house). Their bid was close to the other estimates I received but what put them on top with me was the quality of their pump (with three filters), their powder coated tubing to match the house, the optional misting tower that no one else brought up, their knowledge and most of all the time they spent going over all the different options I was looking at. Duane spends the time needed with his customers and that was a huge selling point for me. The misters went up in a few hours and I asked for larger misting heads a few days later. Duane sent them over the next day for me. I have a quality misting system with a remote and a quality installation on my patio to enjoy the summer. I'm glad I went with them. read more

Really Happy. Our misting pump went out Friday Memorial Day weekend, right before the heat hit. We reached out to Duane to help us out. He was able to order us a new motor/pump and get it installed on Tuesday. We were so thankful especially with how busy they were. We did realize it was pretty loud up against our aluminum patio after they had left, good commercial pump. He told us they would come back out and fix it no worries. Don't pay them until we are completely happy. They were good to their word, you can't even hear it now. We are completely happy. We will use them in the future and recommend to others. read more
