TL;DR Work is good but management thinks they are bigger then their customers. Just got the work done 3 days ago. The project was completed on time. I hope the system works well for the time to come. The reason for 3 stars are 1. Not coming to the house before giving estimate, everything over the phone and on the day of the install they found few problems. We did find a solution but they would charge extra and their expectation is that the extra money should not be a problem in the big picture. Someone needs to tell them that they are taking my money and it doesn't grow on tree 2. the attitude from the people you talk to over phone (not the person coming to setup, he was great) I could say rude but it is something else. It feels like they are doing us a favor by taking our project. My wife brought it up while we were getting estimate but I brushed it off untill I had the experience during payment when I wanted to talk about the extra charge. A total ripoff we couldn't get our Misters on. We have a very high-end arrow Mist system. The owner came out took the machine had it for six weeks charge me $600 put it back together with speaker wire never check the system never have him on your property. read more

Very impressed so far. Mike came right out to give us a free estimate. Not only did he have tons of knowledge and ideas about cooling off our back yard he had my Estimate written up and emailed to me before he left. I asked him to give me an estimate to do our backyard two different ways. He was very accommodating and took the time to answer all Of my questions and explain everything to me. I never felt like he was trying to rush out the door. He didn't try and talk me into anything I wasn't asking for and was not pushy. Needless to say we hired him right away. Looking forward to having our system installed next week. So happy with our new mister system. It works amazing!!! We had a scheduled estimate with Mike Meyers this morning. He Called and arrive 30 minutes later. Unfortunately he was not wearing a mask at the door.
