Short Summary - excellent service, quality install, parts…read more Originally, I was going to use Prestige Mister, out of Mesa (they manufacture high quality mister pumps and get great reviews.) They refer installs and recommend Senor Mist. Rex (former owner, now employee who sold to his son) came out, took a look at what we wanted, made recommendations, and wrote an est. They use Prestige pumps, but also one or two other companies, depending on the required pump capacity -- much more involved than my DIY mind thought! Anyway, they did go with Prestige. I'd told him I hoped to go with a local manufacturer for quality and ideally wanted American made. We just had pavers laid and the pergola installed and I blew it by not planning misters in advance of construction. So, we'd either had to remove some pavers and lay the water line to one of the pergola posts (I didn't want to do that) or we could have laid the line on top of the pavers with a protective cover you could step over, but that would have been a little tacky. The Pergola is about 7 feet away from brick wall and I'd wanted misters on that, too. Rex did not push at all getting them on the Pergola as well and felt that on the wall would be sufficient. He could have pushed that, and I probably would have agreed, so appreciate him not trying to squeeze out extra work. Worse case is, I have it done in the future. 50% down payment required and had to tap water from inside of the house (we have soft water inside, but not out.) Had a recommended plumber take care of that. Made the down payment, and two weeks later, misters installed. Second day - still playing with them, but so far, so good. When windy, the mist blows over the fence, so not as effective, but in the evening very nice and in our covered patio definitely cools. Professional installation with quality parts is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend (and use again, should the need arise.)

If you're looking to upgrade your outdoor space in Arizona, I can't recommend Senor Mist enough…read more They recently installed a full setup for us (misting systems, electric radiant heaters, and rolling patio shades) and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and clearly takes pride in their work. Every detail was handled with care, and the final result completely transformed our patio into a space we can enjoy year-round. What really stood out was how seamless everything felt. They walked us through options, made recommendations (without upselling), and executed everything flawlessly. It's rare to find a company that delivers such a great experience. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. These are the people you want for the job!

Literally 20+ hours of time, numerous phone calls and a lot of frustration. I searched for local businesses first and one tried to sell me a 1000 psi system that could take 50 misters and sounded like a jackhammer. It didnt sound like this guy had my best interest in mind. His price tag was also 5k. All I needed was around 8 to 10 misters above my enclosed patio to keep us cool when temps went above 95. Aero Mist has a lot of kits you can purchase right off the site but I needed reassurance that the pump would be quiet enough to have inside the patio without driving us nuts. I spoke to Scott and he customized my order which was very similar to one of their kits. I installed everything myself in about 3 hours. It should have taken longer but Im the type of guy that will measure 10 times and cut once instead of measuring once and cutting 10 times. The motor is encased and has a fan on it to keep it cool. It is really quiet and I made it even quieter by sticking it behind our outdoor couches. I would recommend getting the swivel adapters so that you can point the individual mists to where you need them. Also you can get a smaller diameter .008 mist head if you are concerned about water reaching the ground. My system works perfectly using 16ft, 9 misters and a 300 psi pump. The height is 11ft.

No tee fittings so you have to make a U shape assuming you're mounting at the same height each time, otherwise you can't even do that since they only give two 90s. No oil with the kit, how greedy do you have to be not to provide a few ounces of oil to get started. Instructions are useless, video only describes a perfect scenario and provides zero instruction on work arounds. Overall, extremely disappointed, I thought they were one of the better companies for misting systems

Charging $285 for a fix that took literally two minutes, without ever disclosing that minimum charge upfront, is the kind of business practice that makes me want to warn every homeowner I know. I want to share my full experience so others can make an informed decision before booking with this company. I had a bathroom outlet in my rental home that wasn't providing power -- it was newly installed about a year ago and this was the first time I tested it. I called to schedule an appointment, and the person I spoke with walked me through scheduling and availability but at no point mentioned that they have a $285 minimum service charge, regardless of how simple the job turns out to be. The electrician arrived and diagnosed the issue almost immediately: a switch/breaker in the main panel had simply been left off. He flipped it back on, tested the outlet, and confirmed it was working -- the entire fix took just a few minutes. Despite the simplicity of the issue, I was charged the full $285 minimum. I understand service calls have overhead, but I feel strongly that a charge this significant should be communicated clearly at the time of scheduling, not after the technician has already been to my home and the work is done. Had I known about the $285 minimum in advance, I would have asked more questions or looked elsewhere. I'm not disputing the technician's professionalism. My issue is entirely with the lack of upfront pricing transparency.
