I hope the system works well for the time to come. The reason for 3 stars are 1. Not coming to the house before giving estimate, everything over the phone and on the day of the install they found few problems. We did find a solution but they would charge extra and their expectation is that the extra money should not be a problem in the big picture. Someone needs to tell them that they are taking my money and it doesn't grow on tree 2. the attitude from the people you talk to over phone (not the person coming to setup, he was great) I could say rude but it is something else. It feels like they are doing us a favor by taking our project. My wife brought it up while we were getting estimate but I brushed it off untill I had the experience during payment when I wanted to talk about the extra charge.
