I employed Metro Mist to replace an existing missing system I had had for years that never really worked properly. The new system installed two years ago by Metro Mist has run without a hitch and is so much quieter than my old system. Perhaps best of all is the twice a year service I receive from them. When Ernie (the technician) comes out in the spring he cleans the system and replaces any bad nozzles. Ok we survived the 110+ record breaking heat 2023 of Phoenix. It was made comfortable by a misting and fogging system installed by Metro Mist. The products are all high quality, dependable, and worth every cent spent. We had a few requests after it was installed and Jordan made it happen for us. This summer was so much more enjoyable with the misting system. My favorite and the dog's favorite too is the fogging system we had installed with our misting systems. It was like being in a tropical forest! Our pup enjoyed the moisture on his coat because he has skin issues and even that was made better with this system. My misters work great and make my patio usable during the summers. I have also recommended them to multiple friends who have had them installed too without complaint. I have had them a couple years or so and have them come back seasonally to winterize- though you can winterize them yourself too if you want. I've noticed some reviewers have had missed appointments and I'd say it's more likely due to a relaxed personality of the staff rather than a failure to care for the customer's time. The misters are worth it. I guess I'm well acquainted with contractors at this point. This system works like the pro ones you see at restaurants and bars and stays working the entire summer without maintainance! Those other systems I was cleaning nozzles constantly.
