Short Summary - excellent service, quality install, parts…read more Originally, I was going to use Prestige Mister, out of Mesa (they manufacture high quality mister pumps and get great reviews.) They refer installs and recommend Senor Mist. Rex (former owner, now employee who sold to his son) came out, took a look at what we wanted, made recommendations, and wrote an est. They use Prestige pumps, but also one or two other companies, depending on the required pump capacity -- much more involved than my DIY mind thought! Anyway, they did go with Prestige. I'd told him I hoped to go with a local manufacturer for quality and ideally wanted American made. We just had pavers laid and the pergola installed and I blew it by not planning misters in advance of construction. So, we'd either had to remove some pavers and lay the water line to one of the pergola posts (I didn't want to do that) or we could have laid the line on top of the pavers with a protective cover you could step over, but that would have been a little tacky. The Pergola is about 7 feet away from brick wall and I'd wanted misters on that, too. Rex did not push at all getting them on the Pergola as well and felt that on the wall would be sufficient. He could have pushed that, and I probably would have agreed, so appreciate him not trying to squeeze out extra work. Worse case is, I have it done in the future. 50% down payment required and had to tap water from inside of the house (we have soft water inside, but not out.) Had a recommended plumber take care of that. Made the down payment, and two weeks later, misters installed. Second day - still playing with them, but so far, so good. When windy, the mist blows over the fence, so not as effective, but in the evening very nice and in our covered patio definitely cools. Professional installation with quality parts is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend (and use again, should the need arise.)

I called numerous companies out recently five to be exact, two of them were fairly priced and very good. Three of them gave me prices that were way above the correct price. This company was exceptional. I spoke with their Salesmanager manager. I think his name was Jamison. He was seriously patient walked me through the whole process the education about what the system would do and their price was by far the best not even close. One guy quoted me $11,000 and I got this project done for around $2500.. These guys are really seriously fair. They price correctly and they did a great job the plumber that came over to install it Jacob seriously friendly looked at a couple of other issues I had. I'm just really thankful now that I have a plumber that I can add to my list of trusted vendors. I don't know why Yelp doesn't have more of their reviews. If you look on Google they have tons of five star reviews. This is absolutely the company anybody should use if they have plumbing issues and especially if they need a water filtration system. Time to get ready for summer! I have seen Mist America commercials on local television and on quite…read morea few occasions and enjoyed sitting under their fans at a local car wash. Since I enjoy sitting in my porch swing on most evenings, this last Christmas, my wife said she wanted me to have a Mist America system installed in the spring. Well, I pulled the trigger and am glad I did! After contacting Mist America, I decided that I wanted them to do the install since they have experience with the stainless steel tubing installation. After calling, Jeff came by to assess the installation. We discussed, fan models, fan color, pumps and routing. Jeff was patient and knowledgeable. On my end, I needed to provide an electrical outlet and water source. No biggie there. Jeff took a few measurements, thanked me and was off. I was scheduled the next week and the guys were out to install the following week. Ruben and Kenny were my installers. I discussed routing and pump placement with them and they went right to work. They were to install two Mist360 Cyclone fans and their high-end 1000psi pump. When Ruben began routing the tubing, I could tell he was particular about his work (just like I am). The runs were straight and the bends precise. Kenny went to work with the fan installation. All-in all about a 5-hour install. I was very pleased with their work. We fired the system up and it worked perfectly. I use my ceiling light switch to turn the fan on and a key fob to kick the pump on. I was given instructions on winterizing the system and changing oil in the pump. With that, we were done. The guys were so enjoyable to have around, I kind of hated to see them go! It looks as though I have one year warranty on the installation and fan, and 3 years on the pump. Everything was professionally handled by all of the Mist America representatives that I encountered. Years after purchasing a high-end porch swing and thoroughly enjoying it almost daily, I feel that same way about my Mist America Fans and look forward to summers outside with my two favorite recreational pleasures!
