Everything about this experience was fantastic. The customer service and the execution of the filter exchange. I highly recommend Joe filter and the team. read more

Joe Filter has served our home for a few years now and I thought it was about time I review these folks! They have been exceptional at every visit. They offer a host of services necessary to the homeowner. These folks can replace Fridge filters, a/c air filters, do dryer vent cleaning, replace water softener salt, replace high ceiling lights, washer/dryer air vent cleaning, and much, much more. And they do it right! They've done most of these services for us, and we're extremely happy with the service, their punctuality, commitment and they offer appropriate scheduling to your replacement needs. Their techs are good, efficient and trustworthy. We totally recommend Joe Filter for your home filter needs. read more

I was super impressed with Caden today who came to service my reverse osmosis system. Not only was he on time but he was super friendly and professional, and explained everything. Thank you, Joe Filter for always being so pleasant to deal with. And the same goes for Emily, who is a rockstar for scheduling and accommodating her customers earlier whenever possible. Five stars all the way.! read more

Found them through House Happy. They were very prompt in scheduling our air duct cleaning. All air ducts were thoroughly cleaned to our satisfaction. We'd use this service again as we can tell the difference in our air quality. read more

What a great service!! I started having them Out every 3 months and so far, great experience. They changed all air filters and cleaned bathroom fans. And they do a bunch other stuff too. Mitch is very responsive and really tries his best to find a good time for them to come out ( if your really busy like I am). So far, so good and highly recommended. read more

I am surprised and sorry to write a poor review for this company. About a month ago, Joe Filter changed our reverse osmosis filters, on a system they had installed and that had worked well for the past three years. Soon after the change, problems began occurring--much less water came out of our tank and the tank refilled slowly. I called back and they said they could fix the issue but would charge us for it, despite the likelihood that their technician had caused the problem. I asked if the charge could be waived if this were the case and was told a supervisor would call me back. You guessed it--no one called. On the day of the service, the new technician confirmed that their previous tech had made a mistake and caused our problems. The supervisor, however, still wanted to charge us for the fix. I agreed to pay but told them that it didn't seem fair, since Joe Filter themselves admitted that our previously-fully-functional system was having issues due to their mistake. I was then told that Joe Filter was closing my account and I needed to find another company to work with. I know that shady companies exist, but I didn't expect this type of service from Joe Filter, with whom I'd previously had a good experience. I hope the company re-trains (or alternatively, lets go of) the supervisor who was working on my call and hires someone with more care for customers. Until then, I recommend that you call a different company for your needs. read more

Tall ceilings and unable to scale a ladder, Joe Filter is now our perfect solution to changing light bulbs and smoke alarm batteries. Peace of mind from a dryer vent and air duct check. So many more offerings to check off a home "to do" list in one visit! George, our service tech, provided exceptional, professional, skilled service and communication. Highly recommend! read more

So glad I found this company. Easy to communicate with and very fast service changed my water filters on the RO and my refrigerator along with having them change ceiling lights great pricing, excellent customer service. highly recommend. read more

I procured the services of Joe Filter for a commercial job: replacing T8 light bulbs in a 40,000 sq. ft. building. Easy team of professionals to work with. They arrived on-time for the bid walk and the service, were clean and professional with the work completed, and were great at communication through email. Also, they were substantially cheaper than every other vendor I received an estimate from. read more

Re: RO System Installed. Pro: On time. Call before arrival. Safety measure taken. Con: 1. Wrong orientation of the faucet. 2. Tech told me I can drink the water immediately after the installation. Not true. The TDS meter tested 7.5. I have to have it run for 1.5 hours before it want down to 2.5 ( drinkable). 3. Less than 24 hours after installation , system leaks. No emergency number to call. It's a Sunday. System shut off. Can't use for drink water as TDS meter reads 8.5. So for the whole day till "dont' know when" it will be fixed, I can't have drinking water. Total disappointment. Doesnt matter how friendly you can be, if you didnt do a good job, you didnt do a good job. Recommendation: Absolutely NO for now. read more

We were initially scheduled for our reverse osmosis unit to be serviced and the technician advised us, that if we had our dryer vent serviced on the same visit you could save about $40! What a deal! He was determined to get that dryer vent cleared( Note: We never had our Dryer vent cleaned by the way ). George did an amazing job, was courteous, and very professional. I would recommend this company! read more

Easy scheduling, friendly and knowledgeable. Showed up on time. I will use this company in the future.

Mitch responded to my call and was very kind walking me through different questions to make sure they understand the problem with my water filters. Originally I was asking them for service for a week out due to my schedule, but Mitch and George (the technician) were considerate and flexible enough to squeeze in an appointment for me for just a couple hours later. George arrived quickly in the timeframe he gave me and replaced the water filter for the sink and fridge with top quality service. He gave me a rundown of any essential information I should be aware of post-installation and even looked into additional concerns that I briefly mentioned to ensure there wasn't anything overlooked. Highly recommend them for their service and kindness! Thank you! read more

When I e-mailed them, they answered my e-mail almost immediately. The tech that came out was very friendly and professional looking. I had them come out because I mistakenly thought that my smoke detector needed a new battery. The tech inspected it and determined that it was hard wired only, and did not use a battery. They didn't even charge me, which was very nice of them. read more

I needed an inspection & estimate. Guys were super nice, quick response. They kept me informed of their arrival time. I will be setting up a cleaning in the weeks ahead! read more

My husband and I are too old now to get on a ladder to change our air filters which are in the 10' ceilings of our home! It's dangerous!! I'm so glad I found Joe Filter!! They come out every 3 months and change the air filters, plus any light bulbs, check smoke detector batteries, refrigerator water filter and our RO filters (all on a schedule depending on the item). He even checked/cleaned out our dryer vent. The tech is very professional and careful and very polite. Great find! read more

Excellent service on time and having the job done right. I had batteries replace in smoke detectors. Fast and effective. Before leaving had tested the detectors to make sure they were working properly. Very pleased with service. read more

Well! They were here in 10/10/2020 and here it is day before Thanksgiving and my system is leaking again. I left the company that serviced my system for many years and never, ever had a problem. After Joe Filter's very first visit I experienced nothing but leaks and woodwork damage. Now of course they tell me they can't service my system anymore because my system is old and that's why I'm having this problem....that's funny, I've never had this problem until I hired them. They are very nice, very kind, and will be patient as you yell at them, but let me tell you, if you have a reverse osmosis system I suggest you go elsewhere!!! read more

I just had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned today by the technicians John Thompson and Mike Nichols. They called when they were on their way, showed up on time, explained everything, and even took before and after pictures of the dryer vent. They even did me a huge favor and plugged in my garage door opener, since I had just moved into my home the day before and couldn't get it plugged in. They were really nice and their prices are reasonable, much less than the other companies I got quotes from. I will use Joe Filter again and definitely recommend them. read more

Mitch responded back to my request to fix a water filter in no time. He went thru the options and gave me best price. John, came on time for installation and took no time to complete the task. He is very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Customer service is awesome and all the discussions went in humble way. Thank you Mitch and John. read more

They provided dryer vent services in my home. They were very professional and I would recommend to others. I liked especially that they provided before and after pictures of the vent interior. Everything was left very clean. Payment was easy with credit card. Will probably use again in 3-5 years. read more

Joe Filter did me a solid and fit me in on a short time frame. My house has recently been remodeled and I was caught off guard by the quick warm up (after 16 years in AZ you'd think I would have learned) and they managed to get someone out to my house the very next day. Charlie arrived at 8am. He was polite and was in and out. I had my air ducts and my dryer vent cleaned. I'll definitely have them again. read more

George was up-front with his diagnosis and information. The entire process went very smoothly and the cost was exactly as stated.

Just had Joe Filter out to service/replace our RO Filters. The experience was better than even I expected. Words to best describe the experience were: Prompt, Professional, Clean, Convenient, Efficient and Reasonably Priced. Not to mention- it's just a great concept in Home Services. Thomas and his Team will be getting more referrals from me. read more

Great job all the way around. Easy to schedule an appointment, showed up on time, price was right, very helpful suggestions, and cleaned up prior to leaving. What more could you ask for? Thanks...will use again! read more

The whole transaction had been very smooth. They were on time and professional. Very nice experience working with these folks.

Needed someone to clean my Mom's dryer vent while we were in town. The dryer was taking too long to dry clothes but was getting very hot. They were able to send out someone the same day I contacted them via Yelp. Did an excellent job, and boy was the vent clogged! No wonder the dryer wasn't working well. We're lucky she didn't have a fire. Will definitely have this done more often and always use Joe Filter read more

Our RO system needed servicing. They were here the next day on time and very friendly. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and the price was what they had quoted. Highly recommend them!! read more

Our R/O unit started leaking one day and we called the company that put it in . After a service call, they told us nothing could be done except replace the whole unit for 550.00. We had just replaced the filters and the water spigot a few months before that. They said we had to replace it all. I decided to look online to see if there was someone who could repair the unit without replacing it. Found Great reviews for Joe Filter. Sent them a message and they got right back to me . We Set up an appointment for next day said service charge would be 59.00 . Jordan came out found a crack in one of the filter containers. Replaced it for 22.00 and it's been working great ever since. Glad I called Joe Filter! Technician was very nice and knowledgeable and we saved a lot of money. Very pleased all around. Thanks Joe Filter!!! B.G. Phoenix Az read more

Wow!!! This company is amazing!!! Matt and Jordan came out to our home. They called to let us know they would be here at 9:15 and arrived on time. When they arrived they had their booties on and masks. They took before and after photos of all of the duct work. They laid out protective sheets to keep from our home getting dirty. They literally went above and beyond to ensure that our ducts were thoroughly cleaned. The before and after pictures were pretty incredible. Before leaving they went through and made sure everything was cleaned up with a vacuum. Both Matt and Jordan were very nice and professional! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! read more

I'm always hesitant to call service providers to my home, because almost every time one has visited, I get hit with that hidden charge or surprise additional work that needs to be done.that didn't happen here. From the initial call, I was given a 2 day window to work with as that what was available. Shortly after setting that up , I was called back to tell me that I could have them come out the same day and they worked with my availability for that day. So far so good. I was given my estimate for what I wanted and they came midway through my 2 hour window. After a brief discussion/ paperwork, he went to work (brief note, he needed another tool that was broken, replacement brought in 10 min.) after it was done, they cleaned up, presented me with my invoice and omg no hidden charges, no other work needed..etc and the cost matched the estimate $119. The technician did let me know to schedule regularly (yearly, which isn't unreasonable) & off he went. I will say that the job was performed extremely well as the next morning, I went to dry clothes in the dryer and mid cycle was greeted by the fire dept who noticed smoke coming from my roof. Turned out to be steam from the exhaust from the dryer (the setting was on low) so thankful that there are still some great service providers out there. Thanxs again.. read more

Joe filter came out and did my monthly service. I was totally impressed with their attention to detail and their knowledge about the products in my home. How wonderful to have the batteries replaced in all 9 of my smoke alarms, 5 bags of salt added to my water softener. Vacuum cleaned out and shined up to look like new. That includes being able to see the white on the filter. 4 ac/heat filters replaced with the filter of my liking. The best part was I had a question wether they could tell if my RO system was working correctly. They had a tester with them and I had the answer in 20 seconds. My suggestion is that you call for your introduction appointment and experience what I did with Joe Filters team. read more

Wow, I am so excited this service is available. It is such a great concept. Joe Filter came to my home replaced my fridge filter, cleaned my vacuum, changed my air filter and even offered to clean the door that holds in the air filter. The staff was friendly and professional. It was such a pleasure booking my appointment with Robin. She explained everything in such detail and really listened and cared about my needs. The service professional arrived on time, was bright and cheery, and seemed to love his work. He took special care for my home as if it was his own. As a Realtor, I will definitely be recommending this service to my clients. I couldn't buy the materials (fridge and a/c filter) at a home repair store for less than it cost Joe Filter to come to my home and do it all for me. Plus, who wouldn't love someone coming and cleaning out their vacuum? I am booking with them to get my BBQ cleaned on my next appointment. Can't wait! read more

What a great service!!! I own a window cleaning company, some of my friends are carpet cleaners and some are house cleaners. None of us change filters and none of us remember to change them in our own homes. I also don't clean BBQs which is another great service Joe Filter provides. I would ask everyone who reads this to check how clean their filters are and go outside and see if your BBQ needs a good cleaning. Pick up the phone, call Joe Filter and never have to worry about changing filters and cleaning your BBQ yourself ever again! read more

I contacted Joe Filter through the yelp app and got a response in less than 10 mins. I was able to describe the problem with our Reverse Osmosis (RO) system and was told it is something they would be able to assist with. They were able to fit me in their schedule for the next day. The tech showed up right on time and diagnosed the issue. Fixed it. Answered all my questions about the system. Work was completed in about 20 mins or less all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend. Kudos for prompt response and quality service. read more
