Keep in mind that prices for this type of work will be higher than for standard plumbing services, as fire sprinkler systems require specialized expertise. A year later, I called them about an odd late-night knocking in my pipes and a humming from the electronic switch in the garage that controls the fire sprinklers. Although they didn't need to come out for a visit, they were very patient, answering my questions and coordinating with the plumber who was at my house. During the time in our old house, we had many repairs and upgrades that were needed, for anything electrical we called Carey at AC Desert Electric. We purchased a new to us home in Nov/Dec 2021 and it had needed some heavy and at times complex renovation work. the electrical is especially tricky. There were multiple add-ons, a CCTV security system (removed prior to close) that was not professionally wired, dead outlets, an old leak in the roof above the kitchen not discovered until we switched out the light fixture, an above ground ground pool that was removed long ago but the electric wiring and routing were not properly addressed. the riser on the side of the house was a hot mess with horrible labeling, loose connections and old/broken/missing fuses. We called Carey and we pretty much had a 'honey-do' list every month for the first six months we were in the house. When we added AC to the shop and needed to upgrade the power to the house a year after moving in, we called Carey. It was a significant project that required permits and lots of moving parts, but his team handled it perfectly. When we started building a bathroom in the house last December, the first person we called was Carey to make sure that he can make room in his schedule for us. We have an elderly family member moving in, and Carey and his team were able to work us in the following week. our bathroom is almost ready for final inspection. I know that if we have any electrical issue with this house big or small, that we can call Carey at AC Desert Electric and they have what it takes to resolve the issue. I had our pool deck and patio coated by Galaxy 3 years ago. About a year ago I notices that the top…read morecoating was not holding up and eventually the coating started flaking off the cement in places. We have a 15 year warranty, so I was surprised that there were obvious defects this early. I called Galaxy and was directed to Nick. I played phone tag with him for about a week. When we connected by phone, Nick set up an appointment to come and look at our concerns. Surprisingly, Nick agreed there was a problem with the UV layer/topcoat. He advised me that they should take full responsibility and replace the entire pool decking and patio coating based on his assessment. He noted that the chemical company had to change the composition of the topcoat to withstand the Arizona sun. Nick submitted the warranty work and it was approved in about a week. Nick schedules a time/date to perform the work. I am once again very happy with the results. If you decide to use Galaxy ask for Jorge's crew. The job was scheduled for 2 days. Jorge and two other gentlemen got to work and knocked it out in 1 day. It was easy to see that Jorge was very detailed and did not cut corners with the quality of work. The pool was left very clean and they vacuumed my turf and even the landscape rock around the pool. The reason we initially decided to use Galaxy was because we had a lackluster pool contractor that didn't cure our concrete properly and it cracked immediately. Approximately 50% of the pool deck concrete was replaced by order of the ROC. The other 50% was not replaced because the cracking did not fall outside the quality guidelines. Galaxy treated the cracks and filled them to improve the longterm appearance of the pool deck. I am not delusional to believe that the cracks will not eventually return, but I appreciate the process of "repairing" them. The Galaxy coating is unbelievably cool on the feet compared to just about any other surface I have encountered. We researched pavers, travertine, Kool deck, and several others before going with Galaxy. Although Galaxy is not the most reasonable or most expensive, I see the value in their product. I will have to see how the new coating withstands the Arizona summers, but for now, I am very satisfied.

So we had to have them come back out to clean up better and touch up few areas. We paid premium because our project was small and they have a minimum fee. So over all we were not impressed.
