Greg did a good job inspecting most things in the house, other than the plumbing. The night we…read moremoved in after running the shower for 15 minutes, the toilet started bubbling and both the showers flooded. It turns out there was a break and clog in the main line, after looking back on the inspection report the only issue he caught was there was one of the sinks that was slow to drain. While I understand he isn't a plumber and does have a camera to look in the piping. I would've expected him to run the water for at least a certain amount of time to make sure there wasn't any blockages. He also reported there being no carbon monoxide detector in the house even though there is and I can see it in the pictures he took. He caught most things but unfortunately this is a 20k repair I'm on the hook for that took almost no time to find.
