I had a wonderful experience with Star Light Electric. They are a father son combo who really know their stuff. Michael was super helpful on our first phone call. He listened to my entire situation and then walked me through everything that could be wrong. He did not want to quote over the phone, but was willing to come do a free consultation. Unlike other companies that came out, he actually did diagnostics during his consultation, which was included at no cost. After determining the problems, he gave me a quote and quickly got me on his calendar for next day. He showed up earlier than expected the next day which was a good surprise. Him and his dad got right to work and we're able to fix all my issues. I had several outlets that had crazy working and the wrong volts running to them. They fixed all of them up and even changed out some breakers for me. All of this sticking to the quote they gave me the day before. Michale also room the time to explain my breaker situation and the risks it is posing. He wasn't pushy at all; however, and told me I could fix it in my own time, but just warned of the issues if I don't fix it sooner than later. I will definitely be using these guys again. I saw their van in my neighborhood and I called their number. They came right over and diagnosed the problem. It was a Saturday late afternoon, they finished up the job they were on and came to fix my job which turned out to be bigger than we thought and they stayed late. Very professional. Took care of the issue. We have since had them in to do a number of other light replacements and repairs on our chandeliers. They are amazing! I will recommend them to anyone I know. The service was great! They showed up on time and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. We had 2 tube light fixtures with old style ballasts replaced with LED bulbs that don't need ballasts. These new bulbs are bright and will last for a very long time. They also checked a GCI outlet that went out. Turned out it wasn't broke just the main breaker for the GCI was triggered. No charge on that. Fortunately they don't fix things that don't need fixing...this is a very honest company! As well, they replaced a few cracked light switches and got two of our ceiling fans working again! I'd use them again for future electrical needs. read more

They were also able to help me figure out how to put a few new outlets within our house. Their service went beyond what I could of asked for.
