Pro Solutions Electric replaced our Kitchen fluorescent ceiling light with a matching LED version. I had already purchased the light fixture and just needed the installation. I checked a few other electricians and the prices are competitive. The workman was on time, very polite and did a nice job. He made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. And he cleaned up after himself. I am very happy with the work from Pro Solutions Electric, and I would gladly recommend them and I would use them again when I have the need. read more

I contacted Pro Solutions to replace a light in our dining room. They were very punctual and on time. Heber and Emilio were great. Great knowledge and very personable. There was no upsell at all and the price they quoted was the price paid at the end of the job. And the price was very reasonable. I have to say that if you aren't using Pro Solutions Electric for all of your Electrical needs, you are missing out. I'm definitely giving them a call if I need any more electrical issues fixed. I hope the company realizes what they have in those two employees. They might be the nicest and most competent techs I have ever had out and I'm old so there have been lots. read more

Pro Solutions Electrician Heber arrived today on time and replaced the combo heat-lamp exhaust-fan fixture on the first visit within two hours. In that time he also assessed another electrical challenge I had and advised me. Heber is professional and knowledgeable. People like Heber are the reason I would recommend Pro Solutions Electric to colleagues. Office Coordinator Diana initially assessed the situation over the phone and set up the appointment perfectly. Pricing compared well with other firms. Pro Solutions Electric will be the company for my home and guest house rental property going forward. read more

Pro Solutions Electric - Guest House ceiling fixture. Heat lamp and exhaust fan. - Electricians Near Me - Glendale, Arizona

They showed up on time and made an effort to get the product I need. Would recommend for ceilings and switch change out. Four/Five star is not earned because they don't do thermostats and also problem with tv mount . The mount had to redone , causing me to repair and paint my new wall. Though it is installed correctly now and my drywall is repaired. The drywall was repaired at my own cost and It could have been avoided. Please don't use for tv mounting . The only way to have made this right me If they provided compensation/services for my drywall repair. Or they hire a professional to come out and correct the issue. If I was the business owner I would have looked at the photos and hired a professional drywall repair team to come to the customers house. No repair my drywall was offered to me. Willing to upgrade review if provided free services to make up for my out-of-pocket cost. Also know that I had to take days off which also cost me financially . I cannot in good faith offer a 4 or 5 star. read more

Have used these guys multiple times, and always have a good experience with them. Thanks again

This was a new installation of a ceiling fan/exhaust fan. This company was recommended by the Home Depot company where I bought my exhaust /light fan kit. I called them and they arranged to have "Pro Solutions LLC. sent me a quote for the job. I approved their bid. The day they were to come they called to raise the bid by 80.00. I told them I was not happy but since I needed the exhaust fan installed, I would agree to the price rise. Then they arrived. The installer proceeded to tell me that any wall openings that they had to do, they would not repair them. In other words if they had to cut a hole in your wall or ceiling, it would be up to you to fix it. I again voiced my disapproval and was told it was a "company policy". I finally agreed, and sure enough they have finished the installation and I have an approximately 6 inch x6 inch hole in my ceiling. My question is, Who does this? Apparently, they do. Now after 10 minutes, the fan is now vibrating- quite vigorously. And sounds defective. read more

I was super impressed with Pro Solutions Electric. They were extremely quick to respond, provided a very fair estimate and were easy to book. The job took 2 guys 2 days (installed canned lights in 3 rooms, ceiling fans in 4 room, and an outlet in the kitchen) to complete and they were extremely polite and professional the entire time. My husband and I work from home and they went out of THEIR way to stay out of OUR way which was way above and beyond what we would've expected of them. They moved everything they had to move to get the job done and did an excellent job at cleaning up afterwards. And they did a great job with the electrical. read more

Outstanding service, thank you all so much. My next electrical upgrade I will be calling Pro Solutions. Very good service all around.

i needed them to come out and check on my smoke detectors. Angel came and did a thorough inspection and told me they needed to be replaced because they were getting old. So he went and got them, came back in about 20 minutes and installed all six of them. Thank you, Angel, for your speed and kindness!! read more

Professional, polite, organized and passed City of Scottsdale & SRP inspections first time after replacing my electrical panel. Reasonable pricing and timely. Great recommendations on newer technology so I had them replace my pool light with a new switch I can operate from my phone. Happy customer! read more

I needed a 230v outlet installed in garage for in-wall A/C unit from panel on other side of the house. Job was done quickly and expertly with no fuss or muss and no pricing surprises. Showed up on time and very responsive to all questions and concerns. Highly recommend for all electrical work. read more

Knowing I just purchased an older home in Sun City, I feel they tried to take advantage of the situation. They would not even come to my house unless I paid them $140 to show up. They wanted to rewire the entire house before they had even looked at anything. Additionally they wanted to charge $180 to remove and replace a simple bathroom fan. Luckily I found an ethical electrician that discussed options, understanding the age of the house and how it was wired. He didn't need to charge $140 just to show up, nor did he charge $180 to switch out the bathroom fan. read more

Fantastic service & response plus they are extremely knowledgeable, professional, prompt & kind!

I had an emergency at one of my apartments when a tree limb snagged a power line and damaged a panel and meter socket on one of the apartments. I also had a number of homebound tenants who required constant access to power due to medical and other conditions. This happened, as luck would have it, on a holiday. I called Pro Solutions Electric hoping I'd find someone who could respond to check on the apartments while the power company reconnected service to the complex. Pro Solutions Electric took my call and immediately responded to assess the problem. They checked on the at-risk tenants once power was restored and provided a fair estimate to repair the damaged panel and meter socket. Throughout the process they provided photos (I'm a remote landlord) and excellent communication. They even helped me out by putting a lock box key I sent them for the gates on the property back in the lockbox when the original was lost. Once they installed the panel and meter socket, they came back after the utility restored power to the affected property to check out the power inside the apartment. Pro Solutions Electric is a professional company in all respects and act with integrity in their transactions. I highly recommend their services. read more
