They showed up on time and made an effort to get the product I need. Would recommend for ceilings and switch change out. Four/Five star is not earned because they don't do thermostats and also problem with tv mount . The mount had to redone , causing me to repair and paint my new wall. Though it is installed correctly now and my drywall is repaired. The drywall was repaired at my own cost and It could have been avoided. Please don't use for tv mounting . The only way to have made this right me If they provided compensation/services for my drywall repair. Or they hire a professional to come out and correct the issue. If I was the business owner I would have looked at the photos and hired a professional drywall repair team to come to the customers house. No repair my drywall was offered to me. Willing to upgrade review if provided free services to make up for my out-of-pocket cost. Also know that I had to take days off which also cost me financially . This was a new installation of a ceiling fan/exhaust fan. This company was recommended by the Home Depot company where I bought my exhaust /light fan kit. I called them and they arranged to have "Pro Solutions LLC. sent me a quote for the job. I approved their bid. The day they were to come they called to raise the bid by 80.00. I told them I was not happy but since I needed the exhaust fan installed, I would agree to the price rise. Then they arrived. The installer proceeded to tell me that any wall openings that they had to do, they would not repair them. In other words if they had to cut a hole in your wall or ceiling, it would be up to you to fix it. I again voiced my disapproval and was told it was a "company policy". I finally agreed, and sure enough they have finished the installation and I have an approximately 6 inch x6 inch hole in my ceiling. My question is, Who does this? Apparently, they do. Now after 10 minutes, the fan is now vibrating- quite vigorously. And sounds defective. read more

Knowing I just purchased an older home in Sun City, I feel they tried to take advantage of the situation. They would not even come to my house unless I paid them $140 to show up. They wanted to rewire the entire house before they had even looked at anything. Additionally they wanted to charge $180 to remove and replace a simple bathroom fan. Luckily I found an ethical electrician that discussed options, understanding the age of the house and how it was wired. I had an emergency at one of my apartments when a tree limb snagged a power line and damaged a panel and meter socket on one of the apartments. I also had a number of homebound tenants who required constant access to power due to medical and other conditions. This happened, as luck would have it, on a holiday. I called Pro Solutions Electric hoping I'd find someone who could respond to check on the apartments while the power company reconnected service to the complex. Pro Solutions Electric took my call and immediately responded to assess the problem. They checked on the at-risk tenants once power was restored and provided a fair estimate to repair the damaged panel and meter socket. Throughout the process they provided photos (I'm a remote landlord) and excellent communication. They even helped me out by putting a lock box key I sent them for the gates on the property back in the lockbox when the original was lost. Once they installed the panel and meter socket, they came back after the utility restored power to the affected property to check out the power inside the apartment.
