He's incredibly approachable; when you go in, you're prepared for a typical salesperson, but you end up in a genuine conversation. He's been managing the Greenway location since the year 2000 and has a thorough knowledge of flooring. The store is in lovely condition. The showroom is nice, everything looks good, and it doesn't appear haphazardly arranged; you can see that planning has gone into the display. And as someone in this neighbourhood who is constantly giving recommendations, this is a very easy one to make. It's a small family operation, but it's very well run. That's difficult to come by now.

The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! We are so happy with the quality and efficiency of the work, the communication with Cosimo and his team, and of course, the finished product looks amazing!

Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. Arlene was excellent and went out of her way to help locate misplaced marble tile. She was professional and knowledgeable, and I'm grateful for her help. The problem was management and follow through. I was told at checkout not to move my cart and that help would be sent to load the boxes of tile I purchased. As Edward completed a team meeting at the Pro Desk, I waited, employees and management just watched and I felt extremely uncomfortable. What makes this especially disappointing is that the cashier staff did everything correctly. They offered help, requested assistance over the radio, and set the expectation that support would be provided. Had someone simply communicated that no one was available, I would have handled the situation myself without wasting time or standing there waiting while being ignored. I am sharing this review because my experiences at other Floor & Decor locations have always involved a high level of professionalism and respect for customers' time. At this location, however, it was made very clear that unless you are extremely able bodied be prepared to do everything yourself, please don't expect support, even when it is offered. As both a licensed contractor and a woman, I found it unacceptable to be completely ignored by a room full of employees and management while struggling with heavy materials. I am sure I was incredibly irritating in some ways because I was going around trying to get some of every color possible but not buying anything in bulk. Granted, I bought about $200 worth of tile samples, but it's still not tiling a room. At the end of my shopping, the staff gave me a teaching discount (once they knew what I was getting it for) and then talked to me about how to break the tiles up and make a mosaic properly. They were so wonderful. I still owe them some pictures. One half of one table posted here. I bought tile at the Scottsdale branch for my house before this one opened. We purchased Marmoreal LVT from The Tile Shop and had it installed by a business that we were…read morereferred to by the manager of the store. In less than a month after installation we found numerous fractures in the tile and notified the installer. Due to the amount of tiles that were affected we also notified the manager of the tile shop. The Tile Shop did a review and decided that the issue was due to the underlayment that the installer used. I inform them that we were also finding scratches on the tile and felt that there was something faulty with the tile. The installer claimed that he had never had any issues with any other tiles that he has installed except the ones we had. Ultimately, as the consumer we were caught in the middle with no resolution. We are extremely disappointed with the outcome of our project. We did not want to try to do repairs as we were not confident that we would not have even more issues is the problem involves areas all over our home.
