I used Phoenix Home Remodeling to change out a tub and shower into a shower and dry off area. The process of selecting the design was so easy and the design consultant was very nice. We had to go twice because the tile we picked the first time was not in stock anymore, but no biggie. The project manager kept us informed throughout the entire process, from when they will start to when they'd be done. The use of the BuilderTrend site was extremely easy and allowed us to communicate effectively and pay invoices easily. Every day they were on site they kept the work area clean and protected the walk ways they'd be using throughout the home. They always let us know when they'd be back next; they were always on time. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their home. I'm satisfied with the price we paid. We received several quotes and as anyone should tell you, cheaper is not always better. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive however, I went with them because they were the only company that made it clear that in some cases they may choose to not do business with a customer. Amazing experience with Phoenix Home Remodeling. We bought a home and needed to have it completely remodeled. We remodeled the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, knocked thru 2 walls to add pass thrus, added a huge linen closet and turned empty space into a closet. We got multiple quotes and PHR was not only most professional but their prices were reasonable. They had great ideas and having years of contract experience they knew what was possible. I told them about my timeline and they were so accommodating to get it done on time. We reached out to Phoenix Home Remodeling to get our fireplace remodeled, a light fixture replaced, and one fan replaced with a light fixture as well as the electrical being moved to a different spot. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome! The house we purchased came with an old wood fireplace that simply didn't fit our style anymore. Since we don't really need the heat, we decided to go with an electric fireplace, and let me tell you - best decision ever. We anticipated that we would love looking at it, but I would have never expected that we would use it as much as we have been. We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. I don't have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I can't imagine the process being any smoother. The Phoenix Home Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate. The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Ben (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton. As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Phoenix Home remodeling is a decision I would make over and over. I highly recommend PHR for your home remodeling needs! You start off the process with Jeremy, who walks you through the step by steps of how they operate and makes sure that PHR and you are compatible (making sure the job scope fits their abilities/size). It's a very detailed approach and is very informative, regardless if you stick with them for the project or not. Once we signed the contract to start work, we met with Jason, who is PHR's interior designer, who helped us pick out materials and the layout of our office based on an image we had found on the internet. After that was settled, Mark and Ben came over for measurements and to discuss the game plan for the renovation. We requested that the project be done before our new baby arrived and they nailed it! Ben handled the project management side and Mark handled the various subcontractors and a bunch of work. Whenever I pointed out something that was flawed, Mark was sure to take care of whatever the concern was, no questions asked. He was very meticulous in his work and it showed off in the end. Our office turned out fantastic and we are so happy that PHR was able to deliver on time and on budget. Jeremy comes back at the end to make sure everything went smoothly and sign off on the final delivery.
