Lon and his crew are amazing! From the first consultation to go over ideas, to meeting at the tile store to pick out colors and patterns and later to affirm our choice of colors on paint. Some of the details you can't see, whisper quiet exhaust fan, LED ceiling lights, the rain shower head and metal edge on the tile to give a finished look. The backsplash that came with the vanity did not have a side piece, so he came up with using the tile from the shower floor, which really tied everything together. His entire crew from demo to finish were so helpful and answered all my questions. We keep pinching ourselves every time we walk in our bathroom to make sure it isn't a dream! We couldn't be happier! The tile work they did is the best I have ever seen. Totally professional and they do a good job of protecting floors while they are working. I couldn't be happier and my new bathroom is now something to brag about. Every time I have hired someone to do work in the house, there would always at least one thing to complain about, but not with this company. This job was as near perfect as it could be. Shower & Bath Connection has done four major remodeling projects for us between 2011 and 2020. That includes complete (down to the studs) remodels of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the exterior of our house, as well as the addition of a new large en suite. In the process we had ceilings raised, new floors put in throughout, walls removed (and added), and what could only be described as a complete overhaul and upgrade of the entire house, inside and out. We've heard contractor-related horror stories from friends, but we we had no such thing with S&B. Lon and his crew, including subcontractors, were exceptional every time. Indeed, Lon is amazing! Quality and customer satisfaction always came first, and the end result turned our rather average 1950's house into the crown jewel showcase of our neighborhood (and beyond). The owner, Lon Lisback, was very involved throughout both projects, from design, material selection, estimating, demolition, installation, and fine-tuning. The attention to detail was very evident, as well as the care his crew and subcontractors showed in every step of the remodels. The workers accommodated our little tweaks along the way without any fuss, and we finished both projects on time and on budget. As for after-installation service, we recently had one of the handles of the shower valve fixture start to act up. I called SBC to ask what the warranty was on the part, and without question, they scheduled a visit to the house and fixed it right away without charging me for something they'd installed over 3 years ago. It has been 6 years and a day doesn't go by that my husband and I don't mention how much we love our master bath and the guest bath that Lon and his amazing crew created for us. The plan that Lon drew up for us has been perfect for our needs. The rooms still look as good today as they did when they were completed. A couple of years ago we had a problem in one of the rooms. I called Lon and he came out immediately. It was actually unrelated to the work they had done, but he tackled the issue for us and everything was good as new.
