Better Bath Remodeling has remodeled both of our bathrooms. I highly recommend them for any remodel you are doing. They did excellent work! Michael is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions and make adjustments. Russ did the work on both bathrooms, and they look fantastic! He also fixed a wall foot in our living room. We had removed the small wall, but didn't know how to remove the footing and fix the floor tile. I am without a doubt recommending this company for any Bath remodel. I did research many companies in the Phoenix metro area for a bathroom remodel. Better Bath Remodeling had a lot of good to great reviews, all looked good with the Better Business Bureau and Register of Contractors. They were one of the few companies that was willing to come to my home for a look at what I was dealing with (water leak and non standard sizing/layout) to provide a more accurate quote than could be given over the phone. Michael was very prompt for the appointment we set and accommodating with discussing possibilities and costs. He was easily reachable by phone when I decided to use them, answer questions and make changes throughout the remodel. Most importantly there was no hidden or unexpected charges. Russ did most of the work and had the skills to match the challenges we faced. He arrived each day as planned, greeting us with a smile, asking if I had questions and accommodated me by texting his ETA every day. I was so impressed with his skills, promptness each day, communication, demeanor and how easy he got along with the family and our crazy schedules, that by the time he finished the master bath I was asking if he could do the guest bath also, which was a bath tub to shower conversion. Michael made sure Russ was able to stay on with me and made the extra trip to me with the new contract. Overall both bathrooms took about six weeks to complete. Considering the house is more than 50 years old and I know 'Murphy's Law' intimately I really expected it to take longer and a lot more to go wrong. Russ had the knowledge and ability to overcome each hiccup encountered and with grace! The ONLY regret I have is choosing a mid range (PRICE & QUALITY) Vinyl Plank Flooring for the master bath as he had issues with the edges cracking and not fitting together easily like they should have. Russ made it work and it looks nice, but I bought planking that was on the higher end for the guest bath that worked out a lot better. I would recommend that for the few dollars more go with the waterproof (not water resistant), LUXURY VINYL PLANKS. read more

They do a lot of business so you might have to wait for the job to start but the results are well worth the wait. We had a large bathtub and shower converted to a walkin shower, really a total remodel. Michael, made sure we understood everything prior to signing on the dotted line and the only cost change involved our extra requests as it was coming together. He was great to work with and give you ideas of what will and won't work, but will do whatever the customer requests. The good thing is, unlike other remodlers, once they start the job, its just your job, not a guy making the rounds wrapping up other jobs. Martin is hands down a true craftsman, even with some significant changes requested mid job, the completion time was just a couple extra days over the original estimate. We liked the look of the grey tile so much, we had him wainscot the whole restroom. Note, matte black requires frequent dusting but well worth the extra elbow grease. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. I need to take more pics to capture the flooring and lighting. read more

I've worked in the trades for 13 years and there are certain things I look for in a contractor.  Better Bath Remodeling did an exceptional job throughout all the stages of a remodel. -We got bids from 3 contractors, Michael was the only one that inspected the existing plumbing.  He took lots of measurements and notes for what I wanted and had me choose some of the materials being used. The bid I received was the final amount, there was no hidden or unexpected charges. -He and his crew were great with communication.  I knew how long the process would take, they were always on time, and he would do daily progress recaps. -The final install is just beautiful, I tried my best to take pictures that do it justice.  We have used the shower a couple months now and everything works greats, there are no leaks, no issues. -Finally there was one snafu in the install where a wrong shower door was installed.  The mark of a good company is how they handle a mistake, because mistakes will always happen.  Michael immediately apologized and told me they would fix it and put in the correct door. I didn't mind it too much and we settled on a reduction in price. All in all, I'm super happy and when the time comes I'll use them for the other 2 bathrooms. read more

Better Bath Remodeling did an awesome job on our bathroom! It was a complete remodel of the master bathroom. They took a bathroom from the 1970's and made it into a spa! We love everything about our new bathroom! Michael and Ephraim are great to work with. Michael has great ideas on the design and led the project every step of the way. Ephraim was there every day on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up after every day. His tile laying skills are amazing. They were very professional and the craftsmanship was excellent and they were always communicating with us on the project. Michael took the whole project and made it amazing. I had a jetted tub replaced and turned a closet into a tiled shower in the master bath. Michael came and understood what we wanted and gave us a fair price. Martin and Weston did the work and did a great job. They kept us informed each morning on what work was going to happen and discussed the progress with us at the end of each day. These guys were so great. As a single mom, I don't have a lot of time to wait around for the typical contractor to show up whenever they choose. These guys actually showed up a couple minutes EARLY! So impressed. On the first visit for my quote, I feel like they actually listened to my budget and needs and gave some great feedback and ideas. When they came to do the work they were very quick and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and double tested everything to make sure it was all above par before they left.
