My wife and I had long researched having our master bathroom sunken tub & shower replaced with just…read morea new shower above the old, nasty sunken tub. John Broy was our salesman that consulted with us . He showed us many options and how his company used superior products to those used by the nationwide bathroom remodelers. Those large companies charge about $10K more than Home Time. He explained Home Time's longer-than-lifetime warranty that went with their service. We were able to negotiate the final price over the course of a week, then finally settled on a very fair price that included the demolition, installation of the new shower above the old sunken tub, the mold abatement and stud replacements, along with repairing the walls and replacement of the large window that was not up to current code. Oliver Pense and his brother Paul showed up about 2 weeks after placing our order, and completed the demolition, haul away, and mold abatement within a couple days. Then Chris the master installer came and hand crafted our custom shower installation. He was extremely thorough and a perfectionist desiring to make sure we were happy with the results all along the way. He let us choose the strategic placement of the seat, safety bars, and shelves. I am handicapped and they all were very considerate of my special needs throughout the process. It took a little over a week to get the demo & install done, then a couple days later Dan & Kage from the window division of Home Time, called Affordable Windows, came and removed and replaced the large window with privatized safety tempered glass, and the job was done to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend John, Chris, Oliver, & Paul of Home Time Bathrooms and Dan & Kage from Affordable Windows for their great care, highest quality materials, attention to detail, and assurance of our complete satisfaction. These guys are the best!

Incredible product!!! Incredible service!!!…read more I selected Home Time Bathroom due to the quality of product. You have no idea how installation work will go until it actually happens, and I gotta say, Chris did a superior, meticulous job!!! Not only is their product superior, but they have their own crew that demos and another that installs - they are NOT contracted out - they are employees of the company and I think that speaks volumes for this company. Everyone is accountable. Chris was sooooo helpful in guiding my decisions about a few items, and he made sure I was completely satisfied with every stage of the rebuild. Plus he was thorough in his explanations. I can't sing enough praises about this company, their products, and most of all, their employees.

The scope covered walls, ceilings, insulation, electrical, plumbing, AC, flooring installation, carpet, and paint, essentially half of our house. We got five bids for the job, and R&M came in lower than the other four. They did an excellent job on all of it. Ramiro was great to work with. On a job this large, things change and new issues come up along the way, and he was flexible with us every single time. There was also an insurance claim involved, which meant a lot of extra detail and documentation on top of the actual construction work. He gladly provided everything we needed, every time we asked, and never treated it as an inconvenience. That made a genuinely stressful process much easier to manage. Rafa, our project manager, was our day-to-day on site and was outstanding. He was attentive, there consistently, and always responsive when we had questions or added something to the punch list. He never made us feel like we were bothering him and stayed on top of the details all the way through closeout. We were displaced to an Airbnb during the rebuild, which means we trusted this crew in our home while we weren't there. Everyone was friendly, courteous, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. More than one crew member told us they just wanted to make sure it was done the right way, and you could see that in the finished work. They went above and beyond on everything we needed. We'll be using them again for our next project without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Shower & Bath Connection has done four major remodeling projects for us between 2011 and 2020…read more That includes complete (down to the studs) remodels of the kitchen, two bathrooms, and the exterior of our house, as well as the addition of a new large en suite. In the process we had ceilings raised, new floors put in throughout, walls removed (and added), and what could only be described as a complete overhaul and upgrade of the entire house, inside and out. We've heard contractor-related horror stories from friends, but we we had no such thing with S&B. Lon and his crew, including subcontractors, were exceptional every time. Indeed, Lon is amazing! Quality and customer satisfaction always came first, and the end result turned our rather average 1950's house into the crown jewel showcase of our neighborhood (and beyond). We can't say enough about how easy Lon was to work with, how professional and courteous he and his crew were, and how excellent the results were. He even got everything done ON TIME, every time. I've met few business people with as much honesty and integrity as Lon. We highly recommend Shower & Bath Connection. We gladly give it 5 stars -- If we could give more, we would!

In the last 24 months I've needed to hire a building contractor twice. This last time was…read moreespecially stressful because it came after a leak with mold remediation. After hiring a contractor for that (remediation) and having a third party independent testing company test, to be sure the mold was gone, I was ready to rebuild. I interviewed 3 contractors, (one recommended by the remediation company and 2 others I found on my own). To be honest this whole process is not fun, in short, it's homeowners hell. Quentin and Urban Elements stood out above the other 2 contractors for the following reasons: Quick and professional response. He answered all my questions, when I asked about something he had missed (my wall was down to the wall studs and covered in plastic so it was hard to see), he took another look and had an answer within 24 hours. One of the contractors I did NOT hire didn't even know his ROC#, and took days just to let me know his company's license number. In addition the communication was great and Quentin was always available by text and responded quickly. When I did sign with Urban Elements the contract was clear: timeline, payment schedule and completion. They adhered to everything in writing. (Contrast that to a contractor who wanted me to agree to abide by the laws of Texas, when I live in Arizona.) Additionally Quentin assured me that every subcontractor who worked on my house would be licensed. There were several subcontractors and everyone who came, was a true pro, they showed up on time, were respectful and did a great job. I honestly hope I never have to rebuild a room again but Quentin made a truly stressful experience 100% better and I feel fortunate to have found him. Lastly his bids were competitive with the other 2 bids I received.

If you are reading my review you have found your next contractor!…read more My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. Quentin if you are reading this, you still owe me a proposal to build out my home office ;-)

We had an excellent experience with Julio and the entire team at Clean Corners Construction. From…read morethe very beginning, their level of personal service stood out. They were the first contractor to respond to our request for a quote and the only one who took the time to walk us through it in person. Julio and Yvan helped us think through the remodel, offering practical ideas and guidance on how to get the biggest quality of life improvements within our budget. We always felt like we had experienced people helping us make smart decisions rather than simply executing a list of requests. Once construction began, Julio's team did a fantastic job bringing everything together. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent, and the finished project turned out exactly as we had hoped. On the few occasions when something needed to be adjusted, they were extremely responsive and made sure it was completed to our satisfaction. The crew was also consistently punctual, professional, and respectful of our home (including being very accommodating of our requests regarding our pets). Another thing we really appreciated was the flexibility Clean Corners gives you when selecting materials. They provide a list of preferred suppliers, but you are free to source materials wherever you like. That allowed us to splurge on the finishes that mattered most to us while finding savings in other areas. For someone who has a clear vision of what they want but needs a team to help make it happen, that flexibility is a huge advantage. If you're looking for a contractor who is responsive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in bringing your vision to life, I highly recommend Clean Corners Construction. We couldn't be happier with how our remodel turned out.

We worked with Ledezma Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom and the experience was amazing!…read more From design to demo to construction to completion the process was efficient, timely and professional. Ledezma uses a design software to take a client's wish list and put it into a 3D walk-through rendering that can be discussed, amended and reviewed together before the first demo day arrives. The amazing thing about this project is that the final result is EXACTLY what the rendering showed ! The family owned aspect of Ledezma means you as clients have direct access to the team every step of the way. Every specialty group, electricians, drywall, painters and plumbers was responsible and respectful of us and our project as well. Unlike any other job I've ever had done, Ledezma takes pride in keeping your home clean and livable during construction. Every single end-of-day on this project had our house being swept and vacuumed as their crew left the home. Family owned is the way to go, don't be fooled that the big box stores will have teams do it better. We got a quote from one of those teams and it was double the price we paid for Ledezma. We cannot recommend these guys enough and look forward to having them tackle our remaining two bathrooms in 2026. Honestly you will not be disappointed when you hire Ledezma Remodeling to change your boring bathroom into an upscale spa retreat!
