[[HIGHLIGHT]]I was excited after to speaking and meeting with Paul. He listened to my ideas took the information that he felt he needed for my project and advised me that he would have a quote within a few days from our initial meeting[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Due to inclement weather he was delayed on finalizing an initial quote as he was working on a "massive project" that had been affected by the weather. I can understand that for sure[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was reassured by Paul that he was "half way completed" with my quote and that I would have some initial numbers the next day. Well that was nearly 3 weeks ago[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].
