Overall picture of pool and the brick on the hot tub overflow…read more  The main point is the overflow from the hot tub. I selected the brick as I thought it would look good. After install there were supposed to be some stainless steel inserts on the sides of the overflow to keep the water directed into the pool and not running off to the sides. They didn't install and "J" said later if I wanted them they would put them on. The water did run off to the sides and I chose to leave it as at that time the chlorinated brick was not noticeable   The problem, which would have been nice as a warning as this was my first pool, was the bleaching and color distortion on the brick. The brick keeps on shaving/chipping off into the pool which is a pain. And if you see the closeup pictures you can see how bad the bleaching is.  I want to have the brick pulled off and replace with tile. Called and told "B" the issue and left a message for Kevin at Caribbean pools on February 24, 2026 to see if they could do it at a discount and I pay for some of it. No call back even to discuss.  You would think with all their "extensive" pool experience, they would have warned me about the brick looking bad after a couple years, I would have gone with tile, which is easier to clean and it would not be falling into the pool constantly. Even during the construction, it took him forever to get crews out here and I had to call quite a few times and then when the company came over to get the pool turned on, it wouldn't work.  Turns out the electrician, that Caribbean used, didn't even hook up the wiring to the controls.  So luckily, there was a person that didn't have anything going on that Saturday and he came out.  And he had to put three wires in about ten feet long each, or so, they get to pool started. Pool was finally operational on April 6, 2021. I had to constantly call and harp on them, to get crews out here and do the work, and then they couldn't even get it started. The brick looks like garbage now so I wouldn't recommend them if they can't even give me straight forward advice or even call me to talk to me about this, give me a little discount or something. Don't bother with them, my personal opinion. Sent from my Galaxy

He said he could service it that same morning. I was so relieved as it was a Saturday and the only other person responding at that time couldn't do it. I wasn't able to meet him out there because I had my daughters birthday party that day. I am one that prefers to be onsite when I have someone coming to fix something but I didn't really have a choice since we had new guests coming in that afternoon. Within 20 min of giving the address Stephen was able to locate the problem and sent pictures of what was wrong. After fixing it he checked a few other things and filled it back up and sent over pictures of the finished job. He charged me for the flat service fee that was quoted and was on his way. I felt so relieved it was all taken care of and by the time our guests arrived they had a nice hot spa waiting for them. Stephen was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate hiring for any future pool or spa repairs!

They would always do an amazing job when they are doing your pool themselves. When we started with them they even allowed me to use their pump at no cost to pump the water out of the pool. So generous. However over the last year or so they have, what I believe, gotten so busy that they have had to hire new people or contract out to other pool cleaners. I think this was due to the owners amazing work ethic. However as that change happened the service and cleanliness of my pool declined. Over that time I have had to maintain my pool more than when the owners were taking care of my pool. I had to fix a mold problem myself when one of their fill ins wasn't taking care of it. I have had to also get in the pool myself and clean the drain of things that should have been taken care of. Also I assume one of the randoms that cleaned the pool messed with the valves and it wasn't working very well. I got it back to perfect now and its cleaning perfectly. Maybe my lack of communication with them led to us having to part ways due to these issues and one other, but if a company hires someone to do a job the owners were doing before make sure they are trained well and can pay attention to detail. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone if the owners will be the ones cleaning your pool. However if you can't get them to do it themselves, sadly I can't recommend them unless more training for their employees can happen.

They make you sign a contract which I don't have a problem with and then they tell you that they want to take every single holiday off etc... Which is absolutely ridiculous because the people with pools we typically use the pool for family gatherings etc. during the warm holiday seasons. My main problem with them is that when my filter broke he acted like he didn't know what happened and then told me that I needed to hire someone else to fix it! Leaving me on my own and even more money to spend! . The next two service treatments they left lots of dirt and grid in the pool and didn't even take the time to fish out the debris in the shallow end! Very lazy in my opinion Even after I asked him to remedy the dirty leaves at the bottom of the pool since I was paying them $115 per month! So I went and head and told him that I no longer need his services. When I hired my new pool guy he was very certain that these guys broke my manifold and gasket for my filter he said it had to of been someone pushing it down really hard. So that just goes to show that they're not honest and they do not take care of their clients! Run don't walk away from these people! From now on I'm only getting word of mouth referrals from my friends and neighbors not some phone number off of a truck that I see ! Update! After posting this Review- As you can see the owner is very Juvenile and Unprofessional! He in return attacks my character and my work- Wow! Just goes to show what a piece of crap this guy really is! After getting 8 quotes with prices all over the place, Jimmy stood out immediately--quick to respond, personable, and clear about exactly what needed to be done. He came out the next day, confirmed the work, and gave me a fair and final quote. At the same time, I was dealing with a pool service company that kept breaking our flat-rate agreement and overcharging me for chemicals I likely didn't need. Jimmy went the extra mile--testing my water himself and even running a sample to Leslie's. He identified extremely high copper and hardness levels and explained why the pool needed to be drained--something the other company never mentioned. Jimmy offered to fully drain, clean, refill, and balance the pool for a very reasonable price, and had it crystal clear within three days. That level of honesty and service sealed it--I fired the other company and hired Aqua Vision for ongoing service, even though they charge a little more. It's worth every penny for the transparency and professionalism. I'll be recommending Jimmy to all my friends and neighbors--this is the kind of service every pool owner deserves.

The technician arrived around 7:00 a.m., about an hour before my scheduled appointment, and then sat outside my house for roughly 15 minutes without knocking, calling, texting, or otherwise letting me know he had arrived. I reported an intermittent leak from my filter tank and provided photos documenting the problem. The technician told me the issue was likely due to a dirty filter because the pressure was reading 35 PSI. However, the filter had just been cleaned, and I did not feel my concerns or the photos I provided were adequately addressed. The technician told me he needed to contact the home warranty company to determine how to proceed. After that, I never received a follow-up call, text, or return visit. Instead, I later learned that the work order had been submitted as completed. The most frustrating part is that the problem was not resolved, and after the appointment my pool pump stopped working altogether. Communication was poor, the issue was not fixed, and I was left with more problems than when I started. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
