It was extremely difficult work to chisel out and remove my pop-ups (which were cemented in by the other company) and took 5 visits to completely fix all 19 pop-ups, but Nick had a great attitude and ensured me that he will get my pop-ups working correctly again. I honestly thought that it was hopeless to even try to get the pop-ups working correctly again but Nick pleasantly surprised me. The work was completed without disturbing the new PebbleTec finish. He never gave up on my pool and always seemed very happy to help with pride for his work. He treated my pool with professionalism and competence as if he was working on his own pool. I was referred to Amergency Services from my Mom since Nick is her pool guy and she was very happy with his weekly pool maintenance. A month later I was having problems with my sand filter and once again Nick came out immediately to fix the problem and was extremely knowledgeable and is reasonably priced. If anything happens to my pool or equipment, Nick will be the first person that I will contact for repair!

Oasis of the Valley Pools was mentioned positively several times on FaceBook, so we scheduled an appointment. Matt and Casey came to our house with a bunch of samples and plenty of helpful ideas. Once we chose them the process was easy. The demo was fast and they cleaned up as they worked. Next came the stonework, as we wanted to cover our current deck and spa deck. Their stone mason (Jacob), and his crew were nothing short of amazing. Ours was a complicated, multi level project and it came out perfectly. We added several feet to the deck once we started and appreciated the flexibility from them. The pebble crew came in and out in a few hours and our pool looks brand new and we couldn't be happier. 1 Star - Poor Communication, Poor Service, Pushy Billing…read more We switched to Pool Daddy after our longtime pool guy retired and recommended them. Big mistake. No notice before showing up (even though we have a people-reactive dog and told them in advance to warn us). The tech backwashed directly into our yard, ignoring the clean-out 15 feet away, then tossed in only 3 chlorine tabs. That's it. When I called, I got a lukewarm apology and was told the same level of service we used to get would now cost double. They didn't address the algae issue we already had, so I ended up doing it myself. I cancelled after one week. Then came the multiple payment demands for that single week, before the invoice was even due. Not local (based in Flagstaff), overpriced, and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
