It was extremely difficult work to chisel out and remove my pop-ups (which were cemented in by the other company) and took 5 visits to completely fix all 19 pop-ups, but Nick had a great attitude and ensured me that he will get my pop-ups working correctly again. I honestly thought that it was hopeless to even try to get the pop-ups working correctly again but Nick pleasantly surprised me. The work was completed without disturbing the new PebbleTec finish.
