Extremely professional and great attention to detail. They go above and beyond, our pool has never looked better.

We absolutely love Poolside Phoenix! They are reliable, professional, and consistently do an outstanding job maintaining our pool. Before hiring Poolside Phoenix, I had to let another pool service go because I rarely saw evidence that anything was actually being done. I never saw chemicals being added, the pool wasn't being brushed regularly, and communication was lacking. It left me constantly wondering whether the service had even been performed. With Poolside Phoenix, it's a completely different experience. After every visit, they send an email with photos showing they were at the property and documenting the work completed. I can clearly see that chemicals are being added, the pool is being brushed, the skimmer baskets are being emptied, and the equipment is being checked. Their attention to detail and transparency give me complete peace of mind. I never have to guess whether someone showed up or whether the pool is being properly maintained. If you're looking for a dependable, thorough, and trustworthy pool service company, I highly recommend Poolside Phoenix. They have exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with their service. our pool sparkles! read more

This is the list of list of services that are supposed to be performed based on the bill provided: *Test Pool Water *Emptied Pump & Skimmer Basket *Filter Pressure Reading on Gauge *Brushed all walls, steps and pool floor, skimmed pool surface. *Complete Service of Pool *Closed Gate upon exit, latched / locked The technician came in, raised one edge of the tarp of the pool, took pictures of the pool and left. The only service performed was closing the gate upon exit. We have complained multiple times that the pool is not being cleaned even though the bills are sent and paid regularly. The lack of integrity is astounding. Even based on their pictures, it is evident no service was performed. This company is unreliable and uses a bait-and-switch approach. The first service is done well and everything after is inconsistent or not done at all. Use at your own risk. read more

Would not recommend this Pool Service company Constant no shows and inconsistent work . It's been a very unreliable company and Cody argues with the client over the inadequate services and work Yesterday received an emailed pool report for a clean sparking pool when the work was never completed. Travis is a nice guy but doesn't show up on his scheduled day and then shows up a. week later and then i still get billed for the week prior . Nope , really unreliable company. read more

Poolside Phoenix - Hot tub after service! was very dirty and dusty because of the storms and Chris took care of it right away! A real lifesaver! - Pool Cleaners Near Me - Peoria, Arizona

Great group of guys at Poolside! My guy communicates well, they show up when needed and if there's anything wrong, they let me know. I appreciate the pictures so I know exactly what everything looks like before and after. Nobody has ever been pushy with anything I've needed. They're very big on education. read more

I did not have a good experience over my 3+ months working with Poolside. I had my pool drained, acid power washed, and then serviced for the following few months. Initially the pool was cleaned and looked good, however within the first month algae buildup began again and in my opinion was not properly addressed. I felt I was over promised and under delivered. Maybe you'll have a better experience. I'd recommend getting everything in writing as most of what I was told was not delivered in my opinion. read more

These guys were super quick to respond to our inquiry , and were also quick to come out for the initial consultation. They began service immediately on our pool, and give a detailed report with photos after visits. They are also considerably cheaper in pricing for what we were paying with our former pool service. So far so good! read more

I've been with Poolside Phoenix for a few months now, and I can't recommend them enough! First off, I'm saving at least $20-30 a month compared to my old service, and my water's never looked better. Shoutout to Nick and Travis--super professional and thorough. They don't just drop some chlorine tabs and leave, they really care about getting it right. After every visit, I get this detailed report emailed to me--pH levels, what they cleaned, even pictures. They're reliable, on time, and genuinely care about their customers. read more

Does not matter who comes to service pool, they all go above and beyond! Great people to work with and my pool is always sparkling.

I needed a sand filter change and I loved how they quoted me without a run around, gave me extra tips to make summer pool upkeep easier and were great to talk with. Will definitely use this company for all pool needs outside of my scope. read more

Used this company to drain and power wash my pool and they did a fantastic job, which led me to use them for weekly cleaning as well. Highly recommend them for any service read more

KC did a great job of cleaning the calcium build up around the pool. He made sure not to damage any tiles and left the pool looking great. I recommend his work. read more

These guys are up front flat fee and cheaper than most companies. No wondering how many chemicals are going to add to your bill. I swear I get so frustrated when someone tells me a price and then you get bombarded with charges there's no way you can dispute. Poolside takes that out of the equation and to not switch pool companies is just ridiculous. They spotted a problem the first day they were there a cheap inexpensive fix. Hoses and even told me to get them on Amazon for cheap, instead of offering to do it at a mark up. That's honesty to the core. Stop getting screwed by the others . I met him in person and I'm a good judge of character. So happy I made the change. Very professional person to work with and amicable too. Don't wait to change it's hard to find quality service and meeting a honest individual these days. That's how impressed I was with him. read more

Set up for a quote and Cody contacted me the same day. Chris came out and was super professional and walked me through exactly what he does and will do with our pool. If this means anything to anyone, our dog does not like anyone, he took to Chris in seconds. That says something to me. Chris set up my service that day. Looking forward to a long partnership with Poolside Phoenix!! read more

We've had Poolside Phoenix doing a weekly service for several months now and couldn't be happier. The service price is reasonable and the pool looks great. I love that they seem to be using a lighter touch on the chemicals- a previous company would dump tons of stuff in there every week, rather than do it right, and it never looked as good as Poolside is doing. Everything is just so easy with this company, from the billing to the emails confirming my gate is secure. Love it! read more
