He came out, analyzed the situation, and offered a couple options. He tried saving me money with option 1, but the part was difficult to locate and time was running out on me, so we went with option 2. The holiday weekend is on us and friends want to come over and swim. Scott showed as scheduled and installed the equipment in the middle of the sweltering heat. No complaints, just all business. I was impressed by Scott's knowledge on pools. He answered a question for me that everyone else danced around. He knew exactly what I needed. I thought old school pride in business was over, but Scott gave me hope. If you're looking for great pool service Make sure to call Scott.

We saw a referral for Larry in our community bulletin and gave him a call. He came and gave the system a complete check up and then explained and trained my husband on the equipment. My husband maintained it after that - but we did have Larry back to do a tune up and clean the filters around 6 mos later. Then my husband had a double subdural hematoma. He was in and out of the hospital and rehab for months. I had friends helping me to maintain the pool - definitely NOT my wheelhouse. Husband was finally getting ready to come home and the pool wasn't looking so good. I called Larry back over to come help me out, get it back in shape before husband could see it. He did a wonderful job - as he always does - and refused to let me pay him under the circumstances. Who does that - talk about caring people!! I did finally get him to take some money and on the spot, I asked him to put us into regular service because I knew it would be a long time, if ever, before my husband would be able to do it again. It continues to be pristine. Larry, his family and team are amazing - we will never change service. They are a family owned company that has high standards for quality of work, reliability and fair pricing. I don't know when I have ever dealt with a company with so much integrity.
