After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool.

We started our service with Phoenix Pool Pro in March. Things didn't start out on a good foot…read morebecause the tech didn't show up on the day they were scheduled but we wrote this off as bad luck since they told us an emergency popped up and they sent someone out the next day. Our pool was blue but needed to be vacuumed and prepared for swimming after the winter. The technician told us we needed to buy a robotic vacuum and said the owner would let us know what model we should purchase. We never heard about the vacuum again. I showed the technician where our pole vacuum was along with the hose but they never vacuumed the pool despite there being significant detritus at the bottom of the pool from the winter. Over the period of the next few months the pool gradually got more cloudy and eventually turned pea green. We asked if there was anything we needed to be doing between services other than emptying the skimmer baskets and never got any response. We have a smart pool timer and we were never asked how many hours the pool pump was running for (12 hours) nor were we ever told what it should be set to. The owner told us we needed an algae treatment and said they would call the following Monday to discuss options. We never got a call about the algae treatment and the technician never came back. I called and left a voicemail asking what the status of our account was and for an explanation for the technician not showing up. The owner immediately sent a text message to my wife saying we probably needed to drain our pool. He told us he would get back to us soon but never called or texted again. The owner is no longer returning our calls or text messages. We are now looking for another company and our pool is disgusting.

That said, I don't know if it is the lack of consideration and budget from the HOA or the lack of particular expertise and knowledge of the on-site technicians -- but our pool has gone from crystal clear blue to green algae bloom toxicity. The technicians have been asked on-site to scrub and vacuum - -and we were told, that's not my job. So I guess in our case, the pool is not quite so brilliant. Maricopa Environmental Services even came out and said that while the PH and chlorine are satisfactory, anyone could get sick or infected from the algae and mold that is not scrubbed. Hopefully they will do better or recommend to the HOA a better servicing. Aint NO ONE wanna get into that pool....look at the photos. Hopefully Brilliant Pools can help make our pool brilliant again. The pump had failed two weeks prior, and my replacement was still out on a scenic tour of Route 66. Austin notified the scheduling dept of the en route pump and they were ready to install it when it arrived. The pump arrived at 7pm last night and by 7 am today, Raymond had it installed, he replaced the water leveler and within 30 minutes the pool was up and running. Thank you Raymond !!! And Thank you Austin!!! My pool is looking good once again. So incredibly glad that I called. Two weeks into my contract and my pool has received professional care. Do I recommend Brilliant Pools????
