Lara Mazzone lmazzone11@gmail.com 2:58PM (3 minutes ago)…read moreto me We hired Triton to install a new pool pump and filter. Although the equipment initially appeared to work, a licensed electrician later found serious code and safety violations in the pool subpanel, including improper grounding/neutral, disconnected GFCI protection, circuits tied together against code, and insufficient voltage reaching the equipment. The electrician stated the system should not have been energized in this condition. They sent out a tech named Travis, who opened the subpanel and said, "We only touched these two wires." Following this appointment with Travis, the owner Triston called and stated they did not even open the subpanel during installation. I told him that's strange because Travis was just here yesterday telling me what two wires you touched! If they didn't open the subpanel that means new equipment was connected and powered without verifying the electrical source was safe or code-compliant, and no warning was provided. The owner, Triston, refused to accept responsibility or cover the cost of proper repairs, and their explanations changed multiple times. If they did open the subpanel, there were all sorts of issues that were not disclosed to us prior to energizing the pump and filter. Either option is not professional. Triton's Google reviews also appear far more positive than reviews on other platforms, where customer experiences more closely matched ours. I recommend reading reviews across platforms before deciding. As a result, I am now forced to pursue resolution through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors ROC to get this fixed properly.

We scheduled for an appointment on Tuesday. The technician arrived 15 minutes early and stayed a total of no more than 30 minutes (I ran into the tech packing up as I got home from work at around 12:10 and he rung our doorbell at 11:46 and work was marked complete on their portal at 12:16). I could not tell what work was performed in our pool and spa. The bottom of the spa is still dirty and not vacuumed. I will be taking the water for testing tomorrow to see if they even balanced the chemicals for us. Overall, this looks like a scam to us. Stay away from this company.

I posted on Yelp for pool cleaning service, and I received a lot of responses back Of course. But…read morethese guys responded with accurate pricing and the owner was so kind on the phone. They explained What they could do worst case scenario, best case scenario. He was here within one day. They loved my dogs, which was a huge bonus, and they were so good with them. I ended up signing up for service the same day and chose to pay 6 months up front. Oh, and I thought there was a lot wrong with my pool. And when they got here, I was expecting that, and instead, he basically said no, everything is fine. You just need to keep it cleaned and maintained, which is what we can do. So unlike other places that right away, even just in the pictures were quoting me to have to drain the pool, scrub it and do all other things. They did not try and rip me off.

I am a new pool owner…read moreand relied on having a knowledgeable company to keep my pool clean and always ready to go. Apparently Daniel and his are very new to caring and servicing pools from my experience. There was always an outside factor on to why it was not his fault the pool had algae or that he was spending so much on pool chemicals. During the month of January he suggested my pool needs to be drained due to the amount of chemicals he was spending to keep not just my pool clean but others as well. Pool was drained by the previous owners February 2025 and he could not understand why the pool levels were not correct when David came to service it. Pool was drained by us and cost less than Daniel said he could do it for. I reached out to Daniel 4/12/26 regarding algae build on the walls and steps of my pool. I asked that the pool be given a thorough scrub to get the pool ready for the summer. David came over Monday, April 13th and stayed for 9 minutes, leaving the wall and steps still full of algae. I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously so I terminated my pool service with Daniel via email on 4/17/2026. I asked that I be taken off of autopay immediately to avoid being charged on the 1st, he replied "Will do". Come May 1, 2026 I was charged 120$, unbelievable. I reached out to Daniel 5/1/26 to get a refund and was told not sure why you were charged and refund takes 5-7 days. Today is 5/18/26 and I have yet to get a refund from him. I had to call my bank to issue a dispute charge as he did not even read nor text me back on 5/14/16 to see what was going on regarding the refund. I am not the only person he has not refunded. Check the other reviews regarding this company. Please use this company if you enjoy subpar service, listening to a silver tongued snake talk your ear off. If his website still says veteran owned, do not believe him. His former business partner was the veteran, not Daniel.

We saw a referral for Larry in our community bulletin and gave him a call. He came and gave the system a complete check up and then explained and trained my husband on the equipment. My husband maintained it after that - but we did have Larry back to do a tune up and clean the filters around 6 mos later. Then my husband had a double subdural hematoma. He was in and out of the hospital and rehab for months. I had friends helping me to maintain the pool - definitely NOT my wheelhouse. Husband was finally getting ready to come home and the pool wasn't looking so good. I called Larry back over to come help me out, get it back in shape before husband could see it. He did a wonderful job - as he always does - and refused to let me pay him under the circumstances. Who does that - talk about caring people!! I did finally get him to take some money and on the spot, I asked him to put us into regular service because I knew it would be a long time, if ever, before my husband would be able to do it again. It continues to be pristine. Larry, his family and team are amazing - we will never change service. He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me.
