I received expedited services when I needed extra support with my pool. Service is great as is communication and prices. I use All American Pool Servicing for my monthly pool maintenance and I am very happy with their service. read more

For the past year, All American Pool Servicing was "taking care" of my pool. I am a new pool owner and relied on having a knowledgeable company to keep my pool clean and always ready to go. Apparently Daniel and his are very new to caring and servicing pools from my experience. There was always an outside factor on to why it was not his fault the pool had algae or that he was spending so much on pool chemicals. During the month of January he suggested my pool needs to be drained due to the amount of chemicals he was spending to keep not just my pool clean but others as well. Pool was drained by the previous owners February 2025 and he could not understand why the pool levels were not correct when David came to service it. Pool was drained by us and cost less than Daniel said he could do it for. I reached out to Daniel 4/12/26 regarding algae build on the walls and steps of my pool. I asked that the pool be given a thorough scrub to get the pool ready for the summer. David came over Monday, April 13th and stayed for 9 minutes, leaving the wall and steps still full of algae. I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously so I terminated my pool service with Daniel via email on 4/17/2026. I asked that I be taken off of autopay immediately to avoid being charged on the 1st, he replied "Will do". Come May 1, 2026 I was charged 120$, unbelievable. I reached out to Daniel 5/1/26 to get a refund and was told not sure why you were charged and refund takes 5-7 days. Today is 5/18/26 and I have yet to get a refund from him. I had to call my bank to issue a dispute charge as he did not even read nor text me back on 5/14/16 to see what was going on regarding the refund. I am not the only person he has not refunded. Check the other reviews regarding this company. Please use this company if you enjoy subpar service, listening to a silver tongued snake talk your ear off. If his website still says veteran owned, do not believe him. His former business partner was the veteran, not Daniel. read more

Hire at your own risk! Absolute disaster, amateurs, and completely unprofessional NO POOL EXPERIENCE!! Hired for drain and acid wash to help remove purple metal staining and calcium buildup. Day 1: Turned up late in the afternoon as had issues with their pool pump taking too long to drain another customer's pool. Come to find it was the pump that failed and they tripped our circuit breaker trying to get it to work, leaving it with my husband to try and get it to work when he came home from work. Then they came back around 8pm to try and get it to work which they did not achieve. We were told he had "vehicle troubles" which miraculously fixed itself right before he came back, we also told him a few times it could wait until the next day but they still showed up. Not to mention the guy (employee) with him had a strong odor on his breath and was acting off. We could hear the owner from inside the house talking to his employee about it too. Day 2: Came back around noon with a new pool pump, drained pool then proceeded to acid wash the pool after 5pm in the dark! Stating "what have you never had someone work on your pool in the dark lololol" They were there no longer than an 1.5hrs, making excuses the whole time showing me and saying the buildup was too bad and they couldn't remove it! He also told me he poured neat muriatic acid on the pool tile and walls (this should never be done it eats at the surface). Not once did they brush the pool and it didn't seem to be pressure washed either. When they starting to fill the pool back up, we realized it had been left with the leftover dirty acid water in the pool and spa, saying he would be back tomorrow to finish up. Day 3: By midafternoon Daniel was a no-show, we texted him telling him to not bother coming back. We had to redrain the spa to remove all the nasty water, and were easily able to remove the staining ourselves, we also saw the walls of the pool were very patchy where they had poured the neat muriatic acid on some areas and nothing on other areas. We then had to pour soda ash into the pool and spa to neutralize the acid due to risk of pool pebble Tech damage. Another review "kindly" said they thought he had watched a video on pool maintenance and thought, "Oh I can do that. I'm gonna start a business." The truth is he told me himself (he is very much a talker) he was handed the business from someone he knew, and has NO POOL EXPERIENCE. According to what Daniel told me the money is in acid washing the pool. I bet it is; my experience was him coming out late at night, put some acid on the walls for a bit while smoking in my backyard (without asking) then left us with the mess to clear up! read more

I called in desperation and talked to Daniel, who came in the morning the next day. He quickly diagnosed my problem, drove to pick up a part which was not in circulation anymore but he found it and was back in 1hour later. He cleaned my filters replaced the part, but there was still an issue with the pump which was only operating w/ half pressure. Daniel advised me my pump was a knockoff, and wasn't very efficient he quoted me a price to install a better pump which I told him I couldn't afford right now. He took the pump with him and basically rebuilt it, saving me a lot of money. the pool is running perfect, better then it ever has. I appreciate the time and effort he spent getting my pool to function properly. The temperature was 117 that day but he kept working until I was happy, so God bless you Daniel. I highly recommend All American Pool Servicing and Daniel, in fact I have hired him to do service my pool weekly! read more

Daniel has given top notch customer service. He even came out on New Years day to clean our hot tub for a new set of guests arriving that afternoon as well as swapped out our headrests for us and spent time giving our pool a very thorough once over. Looking forward to using their service for years to come. read more

So far my experience with All American Pool Servicing is great. They are very communicative and identify issues with ease. Daniel came out on a Sunday to repair our broken pipe and got our pool working again. He is super knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

I posted on Yelp for pool cleaning service, and I received a lot of responses back Of course. But these guys responded with accurate pricing and the owner was so kind on the phone. They explained What they could do worst case scenario, best case scenario. He was here within one day. They loved my dogs, which was a huge bonus, and they were so good with them. I ended up signing up for service the same day and chose to pay 6 months up front. Oh, and I thought there was a lot wrong with my pool. And when they got here, I was expecting that, and instead, he basically said no, everything is fine. You just need to keep it cleaned and maintained, which is what we can do. So unlike other places that right away, even just in the pictures were quoting me to have to drain the pool, scrub it and do all other things. They did not try and rip me off. read more

Daniel at all American pool service recently started servicing our property. (We are renters). We used use a big names company starting with the letter S. They would spend approximately two minutes at my property and leave had a number of issues with the pool. (See photos) turning green. As soon as all American pool service took over my account my pool became clearer however it turned green shortly after. Daniel immediately knew what the issue was and fought hard for us with the rental company and was able to get the approval to both drained the pool to have the filters cleaned. After having the pool refilled, we've had a crystal clear pool. Daniel pointed out earlier that the pool pump is way too small to handle our pool and is currently working very digitally to have our pool pump upgraded to a bigger and more effective pump. Daniel has a big heart When our pool was starting to turn green. I called him up and he immediately came out taking care of it before it got bad, knowing that I have two special needs daughters that use the pool as therapy. I cannot thank him or his employee David for all their hard work. read more

We recently bought an older house. While the interior had been fully remodeled, the pool equipment had not been updated in quite a long time. I contacted All American Pool Services at first just to keep it maintained, but after a couple months it was obvious something needed to change. Daniel spent time working with me on what would work best for our pool. I decided to go with his recommendations and I could not be happier! I now have full control over the pump and filter. And even better, I now have a fully clean pool. I am now set for many years to come. I fully recommend Daniel and All American Pool Services! read more

We successfully resolved the suction issue by replacing the pool filter, which was identified as one of the oldest and weakest components in the system. We appreciate Daniel's troubleshooting time. While his diagnosis identified several potential problems (pump, cleaner, filter), his recommendation to replace the pump and discard the cleaner seemed excessive, as they are actually more than sufficient, high-quality, and long-lasting models. We also advised him against using rocks to open pump lids, suggesting a mallet or softer tool instead. With the new filter installed, the pool is back to normal. read more

I had a pool issue and found All American Pool servicing on Yelp. I reached out and a few hours later Daniel was knocking on my door. I had a stuck backwash plunger on a Sunday and needed to get the plunger out of backwash mode. I called Leslies Pool Supplies and they gave me American Pool Servicings contact number. I also looked on Yelp and found the same company who Leslies recommended. I submitted my issue on Yelp and Daniel at America Pool Servicing was one of the few who was able to help out on a Sunday. It didn't hurt that he lives a few blocks away either. He was over in about an hour, and not only did he fix the backwash plunger, but he also added a chemical into my green pool, and gave me quotes I had asked for. Very reasonably priced compared to other pool service companies. Daniel is certified and has the knowledge of the many pool chemicals, and equipment. We rate him 5 stars! Thanks read more

Daniel and All American Pool Servicing (AAPS) are WONDERFUL. Wasn't happy with our old service provider so I asked the local pool supply shop for a recommendation. They gave me AAPS and said they have never gotten a single complaint or issue from anyone they suggested use them. They have been awesome. Weekly service, text when they are on the way, and then send before and after photos. Last week my pump went out and within hours they had it replaced and my pool working again. read more

I initially called All American Pool Servicing because they are a local veteran owned business that I knew had recently contributed to a fundraiser supporting military and veteran needs in Arizona. But, it was their response and service that has now made me a full time customer! When my old model pool pump stopped working as I was headed out of town I had never used them before, but the response I received was immediate! Within an hour of reaching out and explaining my situation I received a call from their tech and was very shortly sent a great quote for a replacement. Given my need to get the pool back up, they put me on the schedule asap. The following day I received text messages from their tech updating me on the order status of the new pump and then sending pics after it had been picked it up! The communication was simply outstanding. It was clear that he was passionate about his work and cared about getting me back up asap. Within 48 hours of my initial call they arrived with the new pump, installed it and chlorine washed my pool before beginning a refill. I do not typically leave reviews. When you find a quality company like All American Pool Servicing that is responsive and not only genuinely demonstrates that they care about their customers, but also their community they deserve to be mentioned. I could not be happier with their service and response. As a result, I arranged to have weekly pool service by them... I absolutely recommend! read more

Daniel and team have been great! I recently purchased a new home and the pool itself was in good shape. However, Daniel recommended updating the equipment to better handle the size of the pool and to get more modern and efficient equipment. The installation and function of the equipment was great. Our pool has remained clean throughout the summer and so far this fall with no issue. I look forward to maintaining the regular service long-term. I should also mention that Daniel has been very accessible for one off questions Would recommend to anyone who needs regular pool service and any equipment, maintenance or replacement! read more

I found All American on Yelp when I was looking for a pool service company. They responded so fast and came out to meet me the same day. Everything they told me they would do, they have done. They solved a problem at the initial visit that was a problem for the company we were using. We are in about 3 months now and I would highly recommend them. We recently started using All American Pool Service and couldn't be happier. They are friendly, reliable, and go the extra mile. The business is family-run, and the owner is a veteran. He bought the wrong Pentair system (for pool only, not pool and spa) installed it poorly with wires coming out all over and lots of holes in my stucco wall, didn't give me a receipt or the warranty, and won't come back to make it work. Keeps saying something different and making excuses every time I speak to him. I'm wondering if he is not remembering correctly? He won't even do work for you unless you pay him in full first- and that goes for the equipment and the weekly pool servicing!!! So now he's decided to quit, not finishing his job, and not finishing out the month. I hired him because he was a veteran, but definitely do not recommend him to anyone. read more

A+ servicing on my old pool filter. Changed it out in no time at all. Would recommend to anybody.

Needed a pool guy/company to come get our pool maintenanced and clean since we just bought this house. Called and made an appointment, they notice some stuff that prior HO did and gave us a quote and from there got to work! They are getting our pool from green to clean now, and I am glad we called them when we did. They are veteran owned so we were able to get a Veteran discount too! read more

I love this company, great service and responds quickly.
