Hire at your own risk! Absolute disaster, amateurs, and completely unprofessional NO POOL EXPERIENCE!! Hired for drain and acid wash to help remove purple metal staining and calcium buildup. Day 1: Turned up late in the afternoon as had issues with their pool pump taking too long to drain another customer's pool. Come to find it was the pump that failed and they tripped our circuit breaker trying to get it to work, leaving it with my husband to try and get it to work when he came home from work. Then they came back around 8pm to try and get it to work which they did not achieve. We were told he had "vehicle troubles" which miraculously fixed itself right before he came back, we also told him a few times it could wait until the next day but they still showed up. Not to mention the guy (employee) with him had a strong odor on his breath and was acting off. We could hear the owner from inside the house talking to his employee about it too. Day 2: Came back around noon with a new pool pump, drained pool then proceeded to acid wash the pool after 5pm in the dark! Stating "what have you never had someone work on your pool in the dark lololol" They were there no longer than an 1.5hrs, making excuses the whole time showing me and saying the buildup was too bad and they couldn't remove it! He also told me he poured neat muriatic acid on the pool tile and walls (this should never be done it eats at the surface). Not once did they brush the pool and it didn't seem to be pressure washed either. When they starting to fill the pool back up, we realized it had been left with the leftover dirty acid water in the pool and spa, saying he would be back tomorrow to finish up. Day 3: By midafternoon Daniel was a no-show, we texted him telling him to not bother coming back. We had to redrain the spa to remove all the nasty water, and were easily able to remove the staining ourselves, we also saw the walls of the pool were very patchy where they had poured the neat muriatic acid on some areas and nothing on other areas. We then had to pour soda ash into the pool and spa to neutralize the acid due to risk of pool pebble Tech damage. Another review "kindly" said they thought he had watched a video on pool maintenance and thought, "Oh I can do that. I'm gonna start a business." The truth is he told me himself (he is very much a talker) he was handed the business from someone he knew, and has NO POOL EXPERIENCE. According to what Daniel told me the money is in acid washing the pool. I bet it is; my experience was him coming out late at night, put some acid on the walls for a bit while smoking in my backyard (without asking) then left us with the mess to clear up! read more

They explained What they could do worst case scenario, best case scenario.He was here within one day. They loved my dogs, which was a huge bonus, and they were so good with them. I ended up signing up for service the same day and chose to pay 6 months up front. Oh, and I thought there was a lot wrong with my pool. And when they got here, I was expecting that, and instead, he basically said no, everything is fine. You just need to keep it cleaned and maintained, which is what we can do. So unlike other places that right away, even just in the pictures were quoting me to have to drain the pool, scrub it and do all other things. They did not try and rip me off. read more

Daniel at all American pool service recently started servicing our property. (We are renters). We used use a big names company starting with the letter S. They would spend approximately two minutes at my property and leave had a number of issues with the pool. (See photos) turning green. As soon as all American pool service took over my account my pool became clearer however it turned green shortly after. Daniel immediately knew what the issue was and fought hard for us with the rental company and was able to get the approval to both drained the pool to have the filters cleaned. After having the pool refilled, we've had a crystal clear pool. Daniel pointed out earlier that the pool pump is way too small to handle our pool and is currently working very digitally to have our pool pump upgraded to a bigger and more effective pump. Daniel has a big heart When our pool was starting to turn green. I called him up and he immediately came out taking care of it before it got bad, knowing that I have two special needs daughters that use the pool as therapy. I had a stuck backwash plunger on a Sunday and needed to get the plunger out of backwash mode. I called Leslies Pool Supplies and they gave me American Pool Servicings contact number. I also looked on Yelp and found the same company who Leslies recommended. I submitted my issue on Yelp and Daniel at America Pool Servicing was one of the few who was able to help out on a Sunday. It didn't hurt that he lives a few blocks away either. He was over in about an hour, and not only did he fix the backwash plunger, but he also added a chemical into my green pool, and gave me quotes I had asked for. He bought the wrong Pentair system (for pool only, not pool and spa) installed it poorly with wires coming out all over and lots of holes in my stucco wall, didn't give me a receipt or the warranty, and won't come back to make it work. Keeps saying something different and making excuses every time I speak to him. I'm wondering if he is not remembering correctly? He won't even do work for you unless you pay him in full first- and that goes for the equipment and the weekly pool servicing!!!
