I spoke to Matt again and had a date set. After that, he didn't respond to any text messages or phone calls. I have a volute my house that needs replaced and would call him if he was more reliable. I checked Yelp first and requested quotes from multiple pool servicers. Matt responded quickly, and I texted him pictures of my pool issue. He last serviced us March 1, emailed he had a car accident (was not injured), and would credit us one week of service. Except he didn't come the next week, or the week after that.
