I had Aqua Harmony Drain and Acid Wash my pool today (April 10, 2026). We have a PebbleTec finish…read morewith blue and green pebbles. After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool.

We caught techs on camera skipping basic tasks like brushing and basket cleaning, staging photos for reports, and even taking drinks from our fridge without asking. Filter cleanings were overpriced, rushed, and messy, with bills coming early and no real work done. Unprofessional, unreliable, and unethical. The only thing they did reliably was remove our safety net for maintenance--which in hindsight was not worth the damage, hassle, and dishonesty.

However, the subsequent techs were not consistent in maintaining the pool.....some were good but others were lazy and spent a fraction of the time on site. SO.....we recently changed to FIFTY SHADES OF BLUE and were amazed that the owner and tech, Christy had it sparkling again in no time. She is extremely competent, conscientious and dedicated to task at hand. Additionally, she is able to troubleshoot pool equipment. That being said, I am somewhat reluctant to write this review as it is analogous to telling others about your secret fishing hole! But Christy deserves the kudos.....and as an extra bonus....if you play music in the vicinity of your pool.....you can watch as she dances while servicing your pool! You go girl!

This week, was a complete no-show. Once I watched the tech not even take a water reading. Of course, this could be one bad tech, but the company is taking my money and should be monitoring their employees. The sad part was I thought they were going to be good in the beginning, but turned out to be another brush-and-run company. The search continues. I cannot recommend at all !!!!
