Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. I had Aqua Harmony Drain and Acid Wash my pool today (April 10, 2026). We have a PebbleTec finish…read morewith blue and green pebbles. After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees. And I would gladly recommend them to any family and friends that need any work done on their pool.

Not only did they respond, they didn't try to upsell me on a whole new filter system- they suggested replacing the unions saving us thousands. They also installed a new salt cell system since our old Hayward could not communicate with any other salt cell systems due to age. She is extremely competent, conscientious and dedicated to task at hand. Additionally, she is able to troubleshoot pool equipment.
