When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that. Easy-peasy! Having our own spa at our home has been on my husband and my bucket list for YEARS. We are so happy we were finally able to make it happen with the assistance of Southwest Spas!

From the first meeting, he was on time, focused, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. Another thing that stood out is that Hektor was hands-on throughout the entire project. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. The patio turned out beautiful, and he followed up afterward to make sure we were completely happy. If every contractor worked like Hektor -- professional, reliable, hands-on, and truly caring -- home projects would be stress-free. We couldn't recommend him more!

I called almost every pool and spa repair place in the valley. I left messages and not a single call back. I found DJ on Craigslist in a last ditch effort to repair my hot tub. Within minutes I was given a call back, and within a few days he was at my house diagnosing the issue. I needed a new heater and pump, and was given a 1 year warranty on parts. He told me I would likely need all of the electronics replaced, although he said he would "try to get me a good deal." I contacted management, and the manager acknowledged my frustration and said the owner would call me back. After several days and multiple unanswered phone calls, I decided to turn the spa back on myself just to see what would happen -- and unexpectedly, it worked perfectly. Several more days later, the owner finally contacted me to "discuss repairs," which by that point were apparently no longer necessary for reasons that were never explained to me. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage others from using this company.
