had been using this company for pool maintenance, and agreed to have them drain and refill my pool. I work long hours and am often not home for most of the day. I was told it would be ok I did not need to be there. I arrived home at my usual time and had to work the next day. I saw the pool was filling and went to bed. At 4 am the following morning I noticed my pool overflowing onto all of my backyard property. I took videos and pictures of the disaster. I immediately reached out to the owner, and explained what was going on. Needless to say, I was not pleased. My yard was a mess and the amount of wasted water was reflected on my next utility bill. Instead of apologizing and offering some sort of compensation, he instead made a myriad of excuses to why this has happened, from my water pressure being too high, to my dogs ruining the hose used. I refused to pay for this service, and the owner just cancelled my service. Terrible business practices. And apparently I had a leaking back flush valve. The maintenance crew never noticed it. I wonder if they ever did anything while they were here. Stay away from this place. They truly lack any customer service skills. read more

Excellent customer service, and knowledge about the proper equipment for various needs, but you've got to keep an eye on the field employees. They prefer to sneak in/out and perform the work without notifying homeowners, and under minimal onsite management. Make sure the field employees are aware of the entire project scope and do everything they're supposed to. We had to asked them to return a couple times to complete items they "missed". That said, management is professional and responsive to customers and apologized for the field employees oversights. read more

Lance services my pool and he is doing a wonderful job. He is efficient, the company lets me provide the chemicals to lower my cost. I like that Lance is on a fairly regular schedule so I know what day he will be servicing my pool. I travel a lot and that is one less thing I have to worry about when I'm away.
