Upfront, responsive, pricing is within range of other companies, but not over the top. Seems very knowledgeable of how to maintain a pool.

This review is for the first part of our landscape project: namely the design and planning work. I…read morewill follow up once the project has been completed with a review of the actual planting. Although I was trained as a Master Gardener in the Monterey Bay area, I had the pleasure to live in Marana for several years so I am familiar with what grows well in that area. Plus I worked for two years in the nursery at Tohono Chul Park, so I knew at least little bit about the area and what plants I wanted to grow. As a result, I had some ideas in mind when it came designing the landscape for the home we were building. I started by providing a list of the types of Sonoran Desert plants of which I am fond and some basic ideas to be considered in the design of our landscape. I could not have been happier with how well the design team listed to my input and then put together a top notch design. In a few instances I had an idea that the design team suggested I might not be as happy with as I thought. So I listened to their advice and gave the go ahead for them to incorporate their ideas into proposed layout. The resulting schematic of the landscaping and photos of a few of the plants they were suggesting really helped me make my decisions. As happy as I was during the pre-design phase, the follow up was even better. Their communication skills and friendliness helped tremendously since we ended up doing most of the planning from 800 miles away. Whether by phone or email, response times to my questions and requests were prompt, clear, and could not have been of better quality That's why I feel the need to provide input before the job is complete. They also interacted well with the Construction Foreman building the house to the actual coordinate landscaping with the completion of the house we are building. I worked primarily with Amy Dougherty and Megan Colon (East). They are the best!

We used Creative Environments in 2022 to design and build the landscaping for our new home,…read morespending hundreds of thousands of dollars. While the pricing felt high, we were satisfied at the time with the design quality and overall responsiveness during the install phase. In 2026, we reached back out to Creative Environments to inquire about ongoing monthly maintenance for our trees and bushes. An initial appointment was scheduled, but no one showed up. We were later contacted and told there was a scheduling conflict. The appointment was then rescheduled, and someone did come out to walk the property and discuss what we were looking for. Unfortunately, that's where communication completely broke down. Twelve days after the walkthrough, we still had not received a quote, so I followed up via text with the representative who came out. He responded the following day and said his general manager would be reaching out. Seven more days passed, and we still received no communication, no quote, and no follow-up of any kind. For a company that positions itself as a high-end provider -- and that we previously trusted with a very large investment -- this level of customer service is unacceptable and frustrating. The lack of follow-through and communication is appalling. Based on this experience, I do not recommend using this company, especially if you value responsiveness and basic customer service.

Lumiere Chandler - First day, flooded really bad and they kept this big hole in our bathroom for 2 weeks. So gross!

We…read moreselected a previously privately-owed unit and paid the application and $250 administrative fee before being informed that the previous tenant had been a smoker. We were not allowed to view the specific unit prior to applying. The smoking issue was only uncovered after our application was approved, and several days later when we were finally able to view the unit. There was still an incredibly noticeable smoke odor present throughout the entire unit. Management acknowledged the issue and offered remediation and vendors to treat the unit several days after our approval when we first were able to see the unit (thankfully before we signed a lease). While we appreciate those efforts, we were not comfortable moving into a unit with lingering smoke due to health concerns and the risk of the odor returning ESPECIALLY in a property marketed as SMOKE-FREE. Had this information been disclosed before applying, we would NOT have applied for the unit. Despite this, management refused to refund the $250 administrative fee, citing a 72-hour policy, even though the critical information that impacted our decision was not disclosed until after that window had passed. We requested escalation to upper management, and the situation ultimately ended in an unpleasant phone call with Elle, which added to the frustration. It's disappointing because the property itself had some potential; however, transparency and disclosure matter, especially when health and safety are involved. Future applicants should ask very direct questions, insist on viewing the exact unit before applying, and get all disclosures in writing.

I asked if I could get paint from the maintenance team to go over any spots that needed repainting (there was only one about a couple of inches big in the entire apartment). I also asked what I needed to do to clean and not be charged and she said that as long as everything looked clean I'd be fine. I spent 4 long days cleaning the apartment from top to bottom. Charges after move out? $400 for paint and $150 for "cleaning." Lumiere is a scam. I have called MULTIPLE times to request photos and evidence backing up these charges and they have ghosted me in spite of me leaving messages and talking to Samuel. No one has called me back to provide an explanation, and now I'm looking at a bill in collections because I have refused to pay this amount since they told me I wouldn't have to pay anything for cleaning as long as my apartment "looked clean." When I moved into Lumiere, I found hair caked into the bathroom cabinets that had been landlord-specialed spray painted over, including pubes! Also could never get the hair that was painted over off the baseboards in one of the rooms. And now they are charging me for cleaning and leaving the place in better condition than when I moved into it! Lumiere is a joke. Look elsewhere for "luxury."

When we 1st contracted with them they were professional, timely and left notices every time the pool was serviced. At the end of the summer, they stopped leaving notices and were coming on random days of the week. We keep our pool gate locked so that neighborhood kids don't come in the backyard and it was extremely frustrating to not know when they were going to be at the house. Yesterday, a tech randomly showed up in our backyard saying we were on his route. Like I said before, we canceled the service 3 months ago, so why was he there?! My husband explained the service was canceled. The man apologized and left. When we went out into the backyard later that day, we noticed brokenn plastic pieces next to the pool pump. My husband pulled out the filter and the tech that had come had broken our pool filter... maybe as revenge??? Highly unprofessional and immature. Needless to say, we will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I would not recommend this pool service to anyone!

They replaced our aged-out pool surface from plaster to micro pebble which included treating the concrete and adding a curative to the pebble mix. They installed hand-set iridescent step markers and new directionals, an aerator fitting, safety drain covers, a hand rail and new tile at the water line. It was quite the project and they did it within the projected timeline. Jessica pleasantly took our original call, setting the tone at the beginning and arranged sales rep Brandon to come to the house. He truly embodies the Business Development Ninja title on his business card. He impressed us with his demeaner, transparency and thoroughness at our initial meeting and in their showroom/design center where we chose our colors from plenty of options for the new surface, tiles, handrail and step markers. Project Manager Shawn updated us nearly daily on what to expect and when. As busy as he was, he promptly answered our questions and concerns in detail with good humor and respect and kept everything on schedule which transpired as he described. Massive respect to Zach & Richard & Juan and everyone in the chip-out, tile & surface install crews who each worked diligently throughout the unseasonably hot days. Afterwards, Chad gave a helpful orientation on caring for our pool and its new surface and surprised us with some thoughtful gifts. When it's time to tackle the decking or replacing equipment, we'll be calling Barefoot. We've already called for monthly pool service and look forward to meeting our pool tech Britney who will no doubt impress us as well. They weren't the cheapest of the quotes we took, but we definitely believe they were the best. Highly recommend! (cross-posted) Edited to add a special thank you to Krystle for her prompt assistance and reaching out.
