We have a pet friendly technician that cleans weekly and our dog loves him. They come and go while we are at work. The cost of the chemicals is reasonable and they make sure if anything is broken or not working properly that we are informed right away. We have had oasis do ALL of our pool maintenance and repairs. Used their service for more than a year last year and took some break during winters. They were exceptional back then and after i resumed their service this year was terrible. They would charge so much money for their products and then when asked they would say we would have to send a technician to figure it out. Ideally its their responsibility to let customer know that pool does not look to be in good shape given we are using so much products to maintain it. But never they were proactive and I always had to find it out. Just cancelled today and dont know what changed in their management but their attitude is very bad and wont recommend anyone using their service read more

I called about a dozen places, some self diagnosed over the phone, just get new gfi, motor, etc.. i did all that... n asked for a tech to come look, n most places couldnt come out for about 2 weeks... etc etc... was super skeptical, but eletrical stuff over my head.. left msg for Christian, called me back in about 10 minutes.. said he could take a look that afternoon or morning.. sure, either one.. he sent repair guy over, to just get r' done, and seriously about 7 hours troubleshooting, repairing, etc, multiple issues and i thought fk, I'm screwed... few new breakers, my replaced gfi was actually ok, my refurb motor only worked on low, had a new motor from b&b pools in tempe, and he dropped all that in place and actually found previous homeowners jumper/breaker for what might have been a spa area that was also causing issues... The actual pool guys are nice but Misty is awfullll lol. From day one I said, wednesdays are what work for us, because I am working full time, was home alone 8 months pregnant, and have dogs. Last Wednesday they called late afternoon and said "they didn't have enough time for someone to complete our scheduling cleaning" They tried sending someone Thursday after bailing.. and we told them no, because like i told them from the beginning, Wednesday's are the only days that work for us cause my husband is out of town, and I don't know how my dogs would act to a stranger coming into our backyard. I don't want to just leave the "back fence unlocked" while I'm at work. I was trying to protect the safety of their pool techs. Yesterday the pool guy didn't do a complete cleaning due to lightening that day. My husband called and stated he would like someone to come actually clean the pool, since they bailed last week. They call and say they are sending a tech out. We were at an appointment. They said the tech would be there in 15 min, I said that's fine. I quickly called back because I realized it would take longer than 15 min to get back home. I spoke to someone and said "can the pool guy please wait until we get home so I can lock my dogs inside". He said "sure no problem, the pool guy will wait outside until you guys get home". We get home and the pool guy is already in the backyard. My husband comes and brings the dog inside cause he's barking at the pool man. The pool guy and my husband are talking outside and cleaning and 10 min later I get a call from Misty with a nasty attitude and she said "MRS JORDAN...my pool guy is stuck behind a fence and can't get out cause of your dog" I replied saying "I'm looking at the pool guy and my husband talking right now, and he's just fine, the dogs are inside, this is why I called you guys to let you know that we needed to lock the dogs up" she continues with her attitude and states "we get that mam, but that's done and over with" and I said "Ok well it's your guys fault that you don't communicate with your pool guys. I don't know why it's ALWAYS an issue when I speak with you guys, clearly you don't communicate and I told you all from day 1 that you guys need to wait until our dogs are locked inside" and she said "mam don't yell at me and hung up on me" LOL we tried calling her back and she had already turned the phones over like a coward. I went outside to talk to the pool guy and he said that NO ONE at the office told him to wait outside for us. So not only do they miss scheduled cleanings, but they clearly do not communicate with each other. I have worked in the service industry for years, I never complain or leave bad reviews but Misty truly has the worst attitude and customer service I've ever experienced. They discontinued their service with us due to "communication issues" but in reality THEY are the communication issue. Seriously so terrible, would not recommend based on Misty alone. read more

I will give them two stars only because I was a customer for three years and they were not always as bad as they are now. I had my entire pool equipment setup replaced by AZ Oasis and spent well over 10k between the new pump, filter, light, salt cell, pool sweeper, etc. and I wish I had given another company the business. They send a rotating cast of mostly high school kids out to do real work and there is no quality control so anytime I had a problem as of late I had to call because they would never follow up. They installed a salt cell recently that was at the incorrect levels for over a month my pool smelled like more chlorine than before I converted it to salt. I called to complain and that just so happened to be the exact day their service adviser was calling pentair to follow up, what a coincidence. Keep in mind, I know for a fact the owner Christian knew there was an issue a full month before because I was there when the pool guy of the week made the call. When the repair tech came to "fix" the month old problem all he had to do was click two buttons on my phone app it took all of 30 seconds. They tried to bill me for a month my pool was empty lol but the final straw was a week ago when they cleaned my filter last week. The kid made a giant mess right next to my pool and then left my aerator on blasting across my pool into my plants. If I didn't work from home there would've been a serious issue but luckily I caught it within the hour. Save your money, do not do business with this company. read more

So I finally decide to stop doing my own pool service and hire a pool company. Having pool service is a luxury like getting your nails or hair done, yes you can do it yourself but having it done for you is just more convenient and effortless. So I hire this company and at first they seemed okay. Then fast forward I started feeling like I was having to come in after my Friday service and check and make sure it was actually done. I would find my skimmer baskets full right after service and have to empty them myself. My pool started turning yellow. After every service I am emailed a update of what was done and saying it was done when truly it was not! My last straw was last week the guy comes his normal Friday and does my pool service, I go out there not even 4 hours later and my pool is full of tree droppings and the spa and pool have yellow growing on the walls, not the first time since I've hired this company has this been the issue. So I call and have to argue with the lady about the technicians service she's trying to convince me the service was done and then telling me my weeks ago my pump system was off (which I was never told if that was even true) I'm saying there's no way. At that point I knew with that bad of customer service arguing with me, I would not give them a dime more of my money. Also trying to get a hold of anyone when you email or call good luck it'll be at least a day or more before you hear back from them. If you want someone that looks at, looks for and cares about the important things with your pool then April is the way to go. My favorite thing about April and her business is the emphasis on the chemical balance of the water. Too many people and companies just add chlorine and move on.
