We are very happy with our new hot tub that we purchased from Jeremy and Henry at Southwest Spas. They were nice enough to hold on to our tub at their facility until we were able to get HOA approval, 220v electrical hook-up and breaker, and a small travertine patio extension built for the hot tub. When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that. If I could leave no stars, I would. We bought our spa 4 1/2 years ago & made this purchase after a year if research. Lifetime warrantee on shell & loved the idea that this spa uses minimal chlorine. The main pump quit working within 6months & D1 replaced the entire spa. About 1month ago we noticed the shell had 2cracks in it; although the cracks did not affect water, we were reminded that shell had lifetime warrantee. Company opted to repair rather than replace. I might have been able to go along with this peaceably; until I had to deal withthe old man, Yanni.... he's a liar & a scammer.... he'll make the sale, take your money & never do anything to stand up for his customers against the company ...
