We are very happy with our new hot tub that we purchased from Jeremy and Henry at Southwest Spas. They were nice enough to hold on to our tub at their facility until we were able to get HOA approval, 220v electrical hook-up and breaker, and a small travertine patio extension built for the hot tub. When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that. Easy-peasy! Having our own spa at our home has been on my husband and my bucket list for YEARS. We are so happy we were finally able to make it happen with the assistance of Southwest Spas!

Decided we wanted a spa for a backyard remodel, yet didn't know anything about spas. Since websites don't list prices, after looking at reviews, we decided to visit Southwest Spas in Mesa. Henry and Jeremy answered our questions, were patient, and even threw in a couple of additional items for free in an already reasonably priced spa package. After going to a few other spa dealers, we returned and purchased ours from Southwest Spas. Aside from their knowledge, I really liked how they've created a process that took us from purchase to installation. Trenching, electrical, delivery, setup, Henry and Jeremy had us covered. We even purchased a pergola from them and they also took care of installation. I appreciate their forward thinking to help make the entire process easy. None of the other dealers had such a system in place. It's also nice to know I can text or call with questions, knowing they'll assist. Visit the other dealers, then go to Southwest Spas for a great spa at a great price, with great support.

A year later and I still love this store, the spa we purchased, and the outstanding customer service!! Jeremy is so great! I had a small part needing to be replaced and he came all the way out to the house to fix it for us! He's come out to the house before for simple fixes and always goes out of his way to make things happen for us. Even changed the ozone for us answers all of our questions! Definitely come here when you're ready to buy a spa!

The home we purchased had a hot tub installed by Southwest Spas so when it starting leaking soon after our purchase, we reached out to Jeremy and he took incredible care of us. He hauled off the old hot tub for free and gave us a great deal on a new Dimension One Breeze. We are incredibly happy with service from Southwest Spas as well. We got a FLO error code and Jeremy sent a service tech next day and replaced the pump. When I texted him about the error code, he said "Whatever you need, we'll take care of you!" This really sums up their customer service. I highly recommend Southwest Spas and would purchase a SPA from them again.

After an awful experience with another hot tub company in Phoenix, I was ready to deal with someone that was competent and truthful. Thank God I got my money back after a long ordeal. I read all the reviews, and called Jeremy at Southwest Spas. The date was Wednesday, July 6th. I met with Jeremy that afternoon, and on Friday, July 8th, my new hot tub was delivered, wired-up and ready to go. We were enjoying our new hot tub 2 days after I made that phone call. Yes, I should have called Southwest Spas first, but better late than never. Jeremy was helpful and answered all of my questions. I didn't want a hot tub with all the bells and whistles, and he didn't try to push one on me. His install crew was great. They were on-time as promised, and also handled the final wiring from my 50 amp spa disconnect to the hot tub itself. They also re-located the disconnect since it had to be 5 feet from water's edge, all at a fair price. I have only had the hot tub for a week, but so far, so good. Thanks, Southwest Spas!

You ever meet someone and thought "they are too good to be true" -- too nice, too knowledgeable, too forthcoming, clearly they just want to sell you something? That's what I thought when I first met the folks at Southwest Spas, especially Jeremy. But I am pleased to say I was wrong -- they really are just that good. Jeremy has done everything he has said he would, and beyond, from helping me get exactly the right spa (I did a lot of research beforehand but STILL had a lot to learn) with the right features, to storing it for me much longer than he needed to (I had to get the backyard landscaping in), to honoring even the smallest detail of my purchase. I even got advice on some details of my backyard that had nothing to do with the spa! I'm extremely impressed, and my spa is amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. Highest marks.

Jeremy was great, we bought a spa for our primary residence in Phoenix and for our place in Pinetop. He knew our budget and found us exactly what we wanted and needed. Delivery and install was great, on time and everyone was very friendly. We have recommend them to friends already. We went to 5-6 places in person, we couldn't find the right color spa or cover with the features we wanted until southwest spas. We didn't even go in, we FaceTimed Jeremy and picked out what we wanted. It was smooth as butter!

Jeremy at SW Spas made selecting the perfect spa super easy and fun! We chose the Triad 30. My wife and I enjoyed his great customer service-- from the choice to the paperwork to deliver to install. Everything was smooth and stress free! I go back to get chemicals and end up hanging out for 20 minutes having fun chatting (if there is someone else working to help the other customers)! Without reservation, we felt we made the best decision getting our spa there! Great price and top notch continuing customer service!

Jeremy and his staff were amazing! We contacted Southwest Spas about adding a hot tub to our vacation rental home, we needed some electric and some stone work to be completed. Jeremy put us in contact with both trades and facilitated the entire project. He had a tub in stock that was going to work for us, and has been on top of everything the entire way, especially with us living out of state. Everything was so quick and efficient, and we couldn't be happier!

Dozens of dirty hot tubs and golf carts just thrown around on a showroom floor. I guess when a retailer sells both you should probably question that. Sales man working referred us online to check specifics online to learn more about applicable options for each hot tub. What's the point of having a store if you can't go over options in person? You get a so called "quote" in person that comes hours after you visit and find every little thing to add up- talk about deceptive advertising. Then you go online and the prices for shipping/setup are different. Save yourself an hour and go with a reputable company in the valley that is well established and not an "outlet" for crap discount prices. Check the BBB ratings on this company as well- you will find horror stories of customers whose products have failed and little to no follow up or resolution.

Also their longevity on business The good- Garrett Dow,the construction manager was the best person as far as communication goes. He always responded to my text and phone calls in a timely manner and he kept the project moving. The trades that he had on our site were always professional and easy to work with. The AI operator was helpful when I couldn't get a response from anyone. I liked their Builder Trend Ap for communication. What needs improvement- project manager didn't respond in a timely manner or not at all. Never picks up the phone. This is the main contact for the project and this added to undue frustration. Good communication is key to any project. It seems it's hard to find good people that have the skills to do this now adays. I will continue to recommend Shasta as they do build a great but just don't expect great communication unless they get better project managers

We started with another pool company, a few months ago, that stalled out and Shasta Remodel quickly picked up the pieces and quickly got our 50 year old pool up and running like new. DJ is highly responsive and communicates timely. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my 20 year old…read morespa and offered multiple solutions and suggestions to save parts costs. I opted to source a circuit board online and DJ offered to walk me through the change via FaceTime (since I'm fairly handy) or come back and install it if I run into difficulty. DJ is a professional and a pleasure to work with, a breath of fresh air compared to the many fake spa techs out there. His service charge is 25-30% less than most so-called spa companies.

Contacted DJ about a spa plumbing leak. He came out within a day or two and gave me a diagnosis of…read morewhere the leak was coming from, but he needed to order the part. DJ initially kept me updated with this backordered part. Three weeks later DJ texted me saying the part would be in on Wednesday and he would be out to finish the repair on Saturday. I never heard from DJ again, completely ghosted me. I called another spa service and they came out the next day (a Thursday), diagnosed the leak (DJ's diagnosis was WRONG) and returned the following Monday and completed the repair. Would have done it on initial diagnosis, but had to get part from shop. For 3 weeks, I had a spa that was partially torn apart (I allowed this because DJ was going to return to complete repair in one week) and then wasn't even given the courtesy of telling me what was going on. I stayed home all day on the Saturday, but DJ never showed, called, or sent me a text. What I find weird is that all of our correspondence was cordial, so I'm not sure why I was just ghosted. That said, I would avoid doing business with this person.
