No one ever answered the phone or returned my left voicemails. Upon arriving at my scheduled appointment I was surprised to find the lights were off and the door was locked. There were two phone numbers written down and taped to the window of the establishment. After contacting both numbers someone texted me back indicating that they did not know there was an appointment scheduled and they're short staffed and couldn't fulfill the scheduled appointment. I found that to be very odd because I had booked the appointment several days prior. I explained I wouldn't be coming back and would like to be refunded for the gift certificate that was purchased. I was told that someone would be in contact with me about reimbursement and I haven't heard from anyone since then. That was three weeks ago. Do not visit this business. They are scammers!!

I've done the sauna, which is amazing and private. There's even a TV in the room, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to their zen music, or (like me) blast your playlist and reflect on this next chapter in life. I also tried cryotherapy, which feels incredible and hits -100 degrees--basically the perfect follow-up to the sauna. And then there's the vibrating plate surrounded by infrared lights... that one was fun, but I couldn't stop giggling the whole time. Don't ask me why...it's just one of those things.. LOL. The service here is top-notch, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I actually have a sauna place just five minutes from home, but I still drive 25 minutes to come here--because when you find the spot, you stay loyal. What they decided was to makeup for the special they advertised . So I paid in full the special wanting for the appointment canceled before the next 4 appointments and they charged me for the appointment I paid on a special from instagram which is 1800. This is a review with two visits combined. The first time, I got an EXCELLENT deal from an ad on…read moresocial media - For $45, I got to try out several signature services, such as leg compression therapy, red light therapy, sauna, and cryotherapy. The second time was a 30-min PEMF therapy. At the first visit, Evan greeted me and gave me an iPad to fill out my info and assessment. It took about 5-10 minutes to complete at their cozy waiting area (the mist machine and the armchairs set the tone!) After that, we went into a small meeting room for a quick consultation. Next, the tour! I have no idea how deep the studio went! The vibrant orange and the calm beige balanced out really well. The studio was so clean with just the right amount of lighting. The soothing playlist filled each room with the perfect volume as well! Evan took the time to show me every service they provide. After a quick circle, he guided me to an almost dark room for the 30-min leg compression and red-light therapy session. After that was a 40-min red light, 151F sauna where I almost fell asleep, it was time for the final experience: cryotherapy. Even it was just a 1-minute session...omg...getting 52F air blown straight at me got me lightheaded. Clearly, I was not breathing enough. The final step after this breathtaking (literally) experience, Evan concluded the session with some suggestions and next step. I appreciated his attentiveness to my needs and understanding of my financial situation. I mentioned that along the tour, I was intrigued by the PEMF service, which is why I decided to come back the second time for just that. It's hard to put into words on the feeling, so I am gonna say just go try it out at least once. You won't be disappointed. I came here for a 40 min infrared sauna session and Bryce helped me around. I completed a few digital forms and then was given a tour of the facility. I would suggest coming in 15 min before your session if it is your first visit. There are lots of services offered including infrared sauna, dry salt therapy, cryotherapy, body sculpting, PEFM, IV fluids and other services I can't recall right now. I was completely overwhelmed with all the services available! I was shown to sauna room #3 and Bryce gave me instructions on how to use the sauna, and showed me where the towels were, including cold lavender towels in a mini fridge. She also gave me a bottle of water (bring the reusuable water bottle back to the front). I got into the sauna and was familiar with it but the control panel took a little fidgeting with to get my phone connected. I kept the sauna at 145F and was on red light mode. It felt good to sweat and enjoyed the 40 min of being in the sauna. When I was finished, I was given an explanation of all the memberships offered, a lot of it went over my head as I was kind of a space cadet after my relaxing, sauna session. I did sign up for 10 sessions and plan to try a few other services out. They have a special if you sign up for packs, so 10 classes for $350, which works out to $35/session, which isn't bad really. You're investing in your health. I'm excited to come here for all the services! You can also try this place out for free too to see if it works for you. This place is closer to me than Perspire so works out nicely for me to pop in when I have some free time each week. Hours are a bit limited, so that's why I didn't give this place 5 stars.

Wtf?! Um excuse me, I too am a customer! Right then I knew going there was a mistake. So I asked her, you cut kids hair too right? (with my daughter already sitting in the chair ready to go..)She explains, yes we do but only if they stay quiet and don't move. Again WTF? What kind of salon is this I asked her? She continues to explain, well the owner is kind of moody and she dislikes noise in her salon as she's trying to make this an upscale massage and hair salon and has customers in the next room.
