Then did the infra-red sauna followed by the ice bath hot tub back to the ice back and finished in the hot tub. I have dealt with chronic pain for over 23 years. This therapy has been the best thing I have have ever tried. I also did an add-on. I forget the name of it but it has the Tesla coil in the room and I was told it helps ground you. I've done everything from , a blocker shot, steroid epidural shots, physical therapy, physio therapy, chiropractor, therapeutic massage, and acupuncture. I get a good couple of days of benefit out of it. Maybe that doesn't sound like a lot but when you have constant pain? that's an amazing amount of time to feel good. For those of you reading this - let me be clear - this is not a miraculous place where all aches and pains are immediately resolved and you lose inches! You have to fully understand what happens to your body when you do cryotherapy and any red light therapy along with compression, stretching, etc. Thats for another post and your personal research, but here is my experience. I am a health conscience person that works out enough to keep my old bones moving and I pay attention to aging process by eating healthy, taking supplements, etc. My dr had always said that combo of Cryo and Red light therapy with compression would help my inflammation issues, but I didnt dig the whole steel tube locked in kinda thing. Here's what I love about Restore: their Cryo is like a walk in freezer! Perfect for those that hate small spaces. LOVE! With a combo of compression, Cryo, and Photo Bio Modulation (PBM)/ or Infared Sauna I have seen a half inch decrease in my ankles and a quarter inch in my wrists. I have also felt a lot better when working out, meaning, its not a chore to do those 12 burpees and there's a bit more bounce in my step when working out. Also- that sluggish AZ summer feeling is gone and Ive got more energy to take on the day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the staff. Amazing people. There's red light therapy which is going to be a hit or miss on people and even less effective for darker skinned individuals and males. There's compression therapy which is great for extra blood flow; so that covers people who are over using certain body parts as well as under using. Massage gun and stretching. If you consider yourself a living person, you need this every one in a while. They do a great job in making sure you're stretched out and feeling good. You WILL feel better after this. If you consider yourself an athlete, you might even need to come here every couple months or more frequently depending on how intense your training is. THIS IS THEIR BEST SERVICE. Don't be a fool and ignore aching joints, tendons, and over tensed muscles. Go there, get a day pass. Try everything out and see what made and impact on you, then you'll realize you probably need to be going there more often.
