They offer so many services & they try to sell you on all the services. Or it felt that way.. so there's cryotherapy, infrared light therapy, iv drip, various shots, oxygen bed, compression, hydra-facials , etc etc etc not even asking what I'm wanting or needing. I hated it. So everyone is very friendly & nice, especially the nurse. However the front desk personnel was not friendly or really personable. I also didn't like the infrared was stand up panels versus bed. The cryotherapy chamber is fine. But they offer robes & towel versus shorts and sports bra like a near competitor,iCRYO...

Then did the infra-red sauna followed by the ice bath hot tub back to the ice back and finished in the hot tub. I have dealt with chronic pain for over 23 years. This therapy has been the best thing I have have ever tried. I also did an add-on. I forget the name of it but it has the Tesla coil in the room and I was told it helps ground you. I am not sure how much beneficial that was. However it was a great time meditate . I highly recommend this place. It is welcoming and inviting. I can tell you having this done before that hours of sitting at a desk my back needed some much-needed relief. Also my shoulders were stressed from the same reason everybody else's felt stressed the pandemic and only now being able to go out into public. The person checking us in was polite Her name was Angel You fill out paperwork that if any bad things happen to you they are not liable in any way whatsoever. Pretty much common fair when it comes to paperwork and gyms. You are asked to change into a robe and then you come out and you are sized to what platform you can stand on so you're not submerged in the liquid nitrogen being vaporized around you. I can tell you the area was completely clean pleasantly smelling. Now the cooling process you will feel a tingling throughout your body and I mean everywhere and you are rotating every 15 seconds so that not one spot gets too cold. Each session is 3 minutes long and then you're out I can tell you that I feel absolutely invigorated and relaxed. I bet when the temperature hits to be 122° this year this will be a welcome the slice of heaven to just cool down. Decided to give The Wellness Bar a shot after being told I need to calm the inflammation party…read morehappening in my back. Apparently, I've got a slipped disc pressing on my root nerve--aka the source of all my current misery. Surgery's not really on the table, so I'm doing my best to heal the natural way (with a side of physical therapy). At this point, even tying my shoes feels like an Olympic event, so I'm willing to try anything that might help. I signed up for a month since it's $99 and unlimited...total no-brainer. I've done the sauna, which is amazing and private. There's even a TV in the room, so you can watch your favorite show, listen to their zen music, or (like me) blast your playlist and reflect on this next chapter in life. I also tried cryotherapy, which feels incredible and hits -100 degrees--basically the perfect follow-up to the sauna. And then there's the vibrating plate surrounded by infrared lights... that one was fun, but I couldn't stop giggling the whole time. Don't ask me why...it's just one of those things.. LOL. The service here is top-notch, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I actually have a sauna place just five minutes from home, but I still drive 25 minutes to come here--because when you find the spot, you stay loyal. The comeback is in full swing, and once this back is healed, I'm rising as Superwoman 2.0--stronger, sharper, glowing harder than ever, and still blasting my playlist while I take on the world like it owes me something.

Cryo and physical training are also offered here so there is a variety of services that anyone can make use of. Kaine, Dan and Chad have all helped train me as well as some student PTs, and they always make you feel like it's one on one, even if they are busy. You can really feel that Move is a family owned business and it feels like you're family when you're there. Overall, I have no complaints about Move. Unless you experience a serious injury or some kind of strain, you can't appreciate how amazing it is to find a PT gym that cares about and loves what they do.
