No terms & conditions were shown to me or provided to me in writing. Brianna made me sign something electronically which I shouldn't have done because she didn't tell me what it was. After waiting an hour for my appointment, Brianna then said they couldn't provide the treatment because their equipment wasn't working and she didn't know what to do, so I left stating I wanted a refund. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. Now the store isn't answering my calls. If the issue is resolved, I will update my review to reflect that.

That double standard alone tells you everything you need to know. The lack of communication, respect, and basic professionalism is repulsive. Letting go of your best provider with no warning and leaving loyal clients scrambling is not how a reputable business operates. The owner's behavior feels shady at best, and I no longer trust this practice with anything related to my face or my money. If you're looking for quality aesthetics, transparency, and professionalism, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. There are far better providers who actually value their clients.
