I love that someone is always watching for form, giving modifications if anyone needs one and the trainers are MOTIVATING, they make you challenge yourself! I love that the workout area is always clean, they have so much equipment, clean restrooms and different time slots throughout the day/week. I'm a mom of two with a busy schedule so I love the flexibility, the modifications and the motivation I get as a member here and I can't wait to continue to see my progress and have their support in achieving my goals!

I've worked out all my adult life and I've had several trainers over the years, some good, some not…read moreso good. I've also done Figure competions so I know a good trainer when I find one. I found Ryan Gallegos a couple years ago and trained with him at Lifetime, he was awesome, then he left. Over the course of the past year I've dealt with a couple health issues. So I now want to get back into shape and reached out to Ryan. I met him at Physiq Fitness where he has been training now for over a year. First, I'm so happy to back with Ryan as he is well educated in fitness and knows what he's doing. I'm also amazed at this wonderful gym!!!! It's big and well equipped with every type of machine or weight. There's also an indoor pickleball court!!!! Membership is extremely reasonable and you can always get on the machines. If you want a gym that provides and EXCELLENT workout, without the hype and expense of Liftime or the humdrum of Planet Fitness, and not jammed like EOS, then this is the gym for you. And if you want an AWESOME trainer that really knows his stuff, ask for Ryan G (there are 2 Ryans)!!

Orland, Colton, Ryan, Ryan Horne, and other support staff are very helpful, and they greet and talk to you. It has such a family atmosphere that you get one of the cleanest gyms in town, which is not crowded or intimidating for newcomers. I have been around the Phoenix metro Gym scene for the past 30 yrs, but I have to say Physique is very unique in the sense it feels like a very neighborhood gym feel with large gym equipment and setup. Finally, the staff is what makes it more welcoming and I truly enjoy going there.

This place has changed my life! I have tried so many diets, workouts, & many different gyms over…read morethe years. This is the only workout program that has worked for me. I started at the beginning of August 2022, and I am proud to say that I am the healthiest I have been in my entire life. It is two 20 minute workouts twice a week. That's it! Anyone can make time for that. It is an investment, but why wouldn't you want to invest in your own health!?!? If your on the fence... try it! You will not regret it. I promise. It feels amazing to be strong! My metabolism is like it was in my 20's. I'm in my 50's now and loving every minute of it. They also have a great team here. So for cool points and theatrics, Rumble gets all the stars. However, as an actual gym that pays attention to new comers and individuals this is where I removed a star. This was my first time coming in for a workout and I truly had no idea what to expect, which is fine by me, I like being surprised, however some people may not have liked the experience as a newbie. My friend told me to come meet her, and gave me the heads up to buy hand wraps online to save money. So I did that. When I arrived I checked in. I was told first class I could rent boxing gloves for free. After that it's $5 rental. I asked "how does this work" about the class and workout. I was given a brief explanation and then I requested help with wrapping my new hand wraps. That went fine. Then the teacher called everyone into the back gym area. No greeting or checking in with me that I'm new. We just went to work. Now for me, this was all fine. I workout a lot and I do other group classes elsewhere and have a personal trainer, so I'm very aware how to workout without hurting myself and I pick stuff up pretty easily because I have a foundational base of safely lifting weights and body mechanics. But for someone new to fitness this class would have been a lot to grasp and not injure oneself by doing too much or using poor technique. (Since I was given no instruction). Long story short, Rumble is a cool boxing gym but maybe could use some encouragement to check in with new folks for any questions and give a high level overview, with a brief tutorial on how to safely do the moves (aka punches). I'll definitely go back, as I said it's a good and hard workout. I attended via ClassPass as I do most things, maybe that is why the experience was different? But either way, I've been to other places where they (meaning front desk staff and teachers) are more accommodating to a new person in their gym.

Stefania is an amazing trainer that has helped fix my unhealthy relationship with food. I'm incredibly grateful that this gym exists and that it's so close to my home in Arizona…read more It's like having your own gym at home but with all the booty and leg day equipment your imagination has actualized. If you're into standard bodybuilding or exercising in a "no frills" and "no BS perks" kind of gym, this is YOUR gym. Since I used to body build and compete everything here is perfect for me to get in a decent workout anytime I want. On top of that, even when there is more than a few people at this gym at certain peak hours, everyone is very respectful and literally just there to get their workout in (no BS). The owner Whitney is a well-known competitor and coach in the bodybuilding industry and her vibe is extremely friendly and kind. She was the one that gave me such a quick tour the day I walked in and obviously signed up for a monthly membership here. It's also nice to feel motivated when you're at this gym when you see present-day competitors training here.

He will start you on a program designed just for you and he will stay with you until you are comfortable on your own. I have never had a trainer teach me so thoroughly and all without every pressuring me or charging me. Every other gym I have been at gives you 1 free session and then you have to pay a lot more for help. Did I mention the amazing massage aqua beds and massage chairs (whichever your prefer) that take away any soreness or just to relax are free with the Black Member program which is not expensive at all. I highly recommend this place!
