I came into this journey already having accomplished a lot on my own--I had overcome obesity and…read moreeven maintained a three-year running streak without missing a single day. But I knew I needed more. I wanted to lose additional fat, build lean muscle, and truly tone my body, but I didn't have the knowledge or structure to get there on my own. That's where Coach Josiah made all the difference. From the very beginning, he took the time to get to know me on a personal level before ever introducing his program. That stood out immediately. Our communication was consistent and meaningful, and that accountability was exactly what I needed. I was able to be open about injuries and limitations, and instead of letting those hold me back, he guided me through them with a plan that kept me progressing safely and effectively. Because of Josiah's coaching, I am now at the lowest weight I've been since I was a young teenager. More importantly, I feel stronger, more confident, and more informed about how to maintain and continue improving my fitness. If you're looking for someone who truly cares, communicates, and knows what they're doing, I can confidently say he is someone you can trust. I'm excited to keep building on this progress and am grateful to have had him guide me the way.

I found Ryan Gallegos a couple years ago and trained with him at Lifetime, he was awesome, then he left. Over the course of the past year I've dealt with a couple health issues. So I now want to get back into shape and reached out to Ryan. I met him at Physiq Fitness where he has been training now for over a year. First, I'm so happy to back with Ryan as he is well educated in fitness and knows what he's doing. I'm also amazed at this wonderful gym!!!! It's big and well equipped with every type of machine or weight. There's also an indoor pickleball court!!!! Membership is extremely reasonable and you can always get on the machines. If you want a gym that provides and EXCELLENT workout, without the hype and expense of Liftime or the humdrum of Planet Fitness, and not jammed like EOS, then this is the gym for you. And if you want an AWESOME trainer that really knows his stuff, ask for Ryan G (there are 2 Ryans)!!

It's a Planet Fitness, so remember this is not going to be your HARDCORE CRAZY EQUIPMENT AND PUMP IT UP vibe. It has what you need for a solid workout and nothing more. If you're expecting a Gold's Gym vibe, not it. That said, there is no where I'd rather pop into in the morning for a chill workout where I don't need to worry about waiting for a ton of machines. Also- I saw zero people sitting on their phone's on machines. This was a relief. My old gym, people would camp out on their phones because the gym was a social scene, not a place to workout.
