Rivak is so knowledgeable and great to work with that I HIGHLY recommend him. He can work with…read moreclients at every level, but let me give you my profile since that is what I can speak to directly. -I am a professional who works many, many hours, so efficiency is super important to me. Rivak comes to lead my workouts in my modest home gym, so I can get my workout in in less time than I was taking to commute to and from the gym, and pricing is very reasonable. -I am 53 and, while I have always been active, I've lost ground in the last few years between hitting 50 and working too much (including relocating to a rural part of New England (and back again to AZ, yay!)). Rivak is great at pushing me enough to get back to where I want to be, and hopefully past that. -I have a few injuries and arthritis issues to work around, plus challenges from sitting at my desk too much and letting my busy schedule impact my eating habits, and I totally trust that Rivak is knowledgeable enough to help me take control of those challenges while I helping me get stronger and NOT injure me further as less experienced "trainers" have done. -I am pretty highly motivated, so Rivak is a great fit for me on that front. His level of fitness, nutrition, and time management are impressive! -He has great life experience that makes him a pleasure to talk with (when I can catch my breath!) during workouts. I hope that helps you if you are making a personal trainer decision! Go for it--you have only one life, make it a fit one, a longer one!

I ended up purchasing an Ohm at home suit, which is very easy to operate, via the Ohm fitness at home app. I have a lot of muscle atrophy from my stroke and EMS really gets the blood flowing to these muscles. It's been about 2 months of workouts and there are signs of progress. I highly recommend Ohm Fitness to Seniors and especially those that have disabilities. You are not lifting heavy weight , but you do have to do the work. You could do almost nothing, but your improvements will take longer. I wrote an email addressed to the Suffer City ownership team in July regarding my concerns about…read moreCourtney's treatment of me and my daughter. Rather than allowing my concerns to reach the other owners as I intended, Courtney intercepted and concealed the email from her colleagues while insisting that she and I needed to speak privately. I repeatedly agreed to meet with her; my only request was that another owner be present so there would be transparency and a mutual understanding of what was discussed. She refused. Over the next two months, my account was repeatedly deactivated by Courtney, and the situation continued to escalate until another owner, Courtney's husband, Jason, finally became involved. While he was the one to re-establish my account each time, he remained unaware of my letter addressed to him. It was during my last conversation with Jason that I realized he had never received or read the email I had addressed to him, Brian, and Jennifer. Instead, he had been given Courtney's creative rewording of what I had written, which materially differed from my actual words. He was reacting to her version of my concerns while still unaware that a respectful, detailed email addressed directly to the ownership team had existed for two months. That was particularly troubling because I had made every effort to communicate openly and respectfully from the beginning. I specifically addressed my concerns to the entire ownership team and repeatedly requested the involvement of another owner, yet the very people I was attempting to reach were kept from seeing what I had actually written. My experience at Suffer City was unnecessarily stressful and, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend beginning a fitness routine here. A gym should be somewhere you can focus on your health and your workout, not somewhere you have to worry about interpersonal conflict or whether concerns addressed to ownership will actually reach them.
