We were then introduced to a sales specialist who wanted to sell us a membership that included one on one training. When we asked for a free trial for a couple days we were told that we could get a couple free days but we needed to sign up for a 3 month membership at 280 dollars every two weeks to unlock the free trial, but we could cancel within 3 days no questions asked. We decided the next day it wasn't for us. When we stopped in we were told not to worry that they would take care of the cancellation and call us later that day to confirm. Three texts later trying to convince us to reconsider the salesperson relented and said that they would handle the cancellation. That night I received a email stating that I would be getting biweekly charges of 280 dollars. The next morning I was informed that I had to come in and personally cancel my membership because he couldn't get it done without me. I went there and he pulled up his screen and after a couple minutes stated that I had been successfully canceled. However there was nothing he could give me in writing. I asked to take a screenshot of his monitor and he allowed me to. I then asked why I had to come in at all since I didn't have to sign anything and he said that they wanted him to have another shot at selling me the membership. Two weeks later and they still have not credited my credit card even though I received a email from corporate that my membership is canceled. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

I asked specifically for a trial pass. Instead, the sales rep signed me up as a full member and assured me I had 14 days to cancel without being charged the annual membership fee. Based on what I was told, I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it out. On day 13, I walked in to cancel since it just wasn't going to work for me or my wife. That's when they told me I would be charged the $90 annual fee plus one full month, because cancellation supposedly requires 30 days notice. How exactly am I supposed to give 30 days notice when I had only been a member for 13? I asked for a manager, who basically shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. She even asked if I had tried the 3-day trial pass -- the same trial pass I originally asked for and was told didn't exist! So now I'm being charged an annual fee and a month of membership for a gym I only went to because I was misled by their sales staff. The whole experience felt dishonest and manipulative, and they absolutely refused to make it right. Be extremely careful before signing anything here. Don't trust what the sales reps tell you -- get everything in writing. I wish I never walked in the door.

She is tough but patient, and really kicks my butt! As a bariatric patient, not many trainers are knowledgeable of the needs and restrictions. Trisha researched, asked questions, and even read my materials to better progress my training. That all being said, I should add that she is not only a fitness trainer, but specializes in tactical conditioning and is a certified nutritionist. She has experience in all areas and skill levels, from fitness show to beginner, teen to elderly. Her equipment is top-notch, and she makes sure that your form using them is correct before you get out that second rep. Every day, I feel stronger. My monthly measurements and photos attest to the gains/losses I am attaining. We talk about hydration, nutrition, supplements, stress and hormones - which can all affect your day-to-day. Sometimes, when she sees that I need some extra oomph, she doesn't even let me go home after work! I have to stop and bust out some cardio. "If you go home, you get comfortable." She's right. You don't own the equipment until you're completely finished. Sitting on a machine scrolling your phone for several minutes while others wait is rude and inconsiderate. And please--clean what you've touched. Wipe down machines, benches, and mats when you're done. It's basic courtesy and hygiene in a shared space. Gyms are shared spaces. Be aware of your surroundings, be efficient, and respectful of other members' time. A little consideration would go a long way in improving the overall experience here.
