These are people with careers, as they are professionals. There are high school, university, and even trade school students, so there's a little bit of everyone here. Everyone does their best and encourages everyone at whatever fitness level, so everyone is welcome. I know I feel welcomed when I first joined :) The only improvement I can say is because this box is so strong in community, a little less chatter in the warm-up and focus on the workout. I am guilty of that too, so I promise I'll do better. Also, thank you for not dropping the "Crossfit," out of the name because of a few bad apples in Crossfit headquarters. The trainer did not stop the class, everyone kept working out and no one helped me. The trainer Justin told me not to bother going to the hospital because he broke his ankle several times. I cried and hobbled to my truck and drove myself to the hospital. I am still traumatized by this and to this day they will not allow me out of my membership and try to charge my account even though I am unemployed and pregnant. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I would give zero stars if it were an option and moving forward I hope they handle these situations with more care which is why I'm speaking out.
