These are people with careers, as they are professionals. There are high school, university, and even trade school students, so there's a little bit of everyone here. Everyone does their best and encourages everyone at whatever fitness level, so everyone is welcome. I know I feel welcomed when I first joined :) The only improvement I can say is because this box is so strong in community, a little less chatter in the warm-up and focus on the workout. I am guilty of that too, so I promise I'll do better. Also, thank you for not dropping the "Crossfit," out of the name because of a few bad apples in Crossfit headquarters. Very scrupulous sales team. We stopped by to see about their silver sneakers program which…read moreessentially is a free membership that allows you access to the facility in a limited capacity without any instruction. We were then introduced to a sales specialist who wanted to sell us a membership that included one on one training. When we asked for a free trial for a couple days we were told that we could get a couple free days but we needed to sign up for a 3 month membership at 280 dollars every two weeks to unlock the free trial, but we could cancel within 3 days no questions asked. We decided the next day it wasn't for us. When we stopped in we were told not to worry that they would take care of the cancellation and call us later that day to confirm. Three texts later trying to convince us to reconsider the salesperson relented and said that they would handle the cancellation. That night I received a email stating that I would be getting biweekly charges of 280 dollars. The next morning I was informed that I had to come in and personally cancel my membership because he couldn't get it done without me. I went there and he pulled up his screen and after a couple minutes stated that I had been successfully canceled. However there was nothing he could give me in writing. I asked to take a screenshot of his monitor and he allowed me to. I then asked why I had to come in at all since I didn't have to sign anything and he said that they wanted him to have another shot at selling me the membership. Two weeks later and they still have not credited my credit card even though I received a email from corporate that my membership is canceled. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

The trainer did not stop the class, everyone kept working out and no one helped me. The trainer Justin told me not to bother going to the hospital because he broke his ankle several times. I cried and hobbled to my truck and drove myself to the hospital. I am still traumatized by this and to this day they will not allow me out of my membership and try to charge my account even though I am unemployed and pregnant. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. I would give zero stars if it were an option and moving forward I hope they handle these situations with more care which is why I'm speaking out.
