BEST BODYBUILDING GYM EVER!!! It's small but has everything you need. It feels like a family here! Super clean and amazing staff.

I'm incredibly grateful that this gym exists and that it's so close to my home in Arizona. It's like having your own gym at home but with all the booty and leg day equipment your imagination has actualized. If you're into standard bodybuilding or exercising in a "no frills" and "no BS perks" kind of gym, this is YOUR gym. Since I used to body build and compete everything here is perfect for me to get in a decent workout anytime I want. On top of that, even when there is more than a few people at this gym at certain peak hours, everyone is very respectful and literally just there to get their workout in (no BS). The owner Whitney is a well-known competitor and coach in the bodybuilding industry and her vibe is extremely friendly and kind. She was the one that gave me such a quick tour the day I walked in and obviously signed up for a monthly membership here. I started training at Pro Physiques with Alex about 1.5 years ago and I've been MORE THAN impressed with the quality of coaching I've received! I've had quite a few online coaches and Alex is definitely the most attentive, knowledgable & supportive coach I've had. She is so kind and patient, but doesn't let me slack off either - on my diet or in the gym! The online portal they use is so awesome - keeps track of all of your check-in photos, macros, training plans etc. I've also trained a couple of times in the gym & everyone there has been so friendly & helpful! Wow....where do I begin!? I've been training with Brittany S. since last November. If you haven't heard about Little b, listen up! I go AZ Pro Physiques 1-3x a week and spend 30 minutes training with Brittany and she knows exactly what she is doing with every client. I had a daughter about a year ago and although I was active before, the entire time I was pregnant, I didn't go to the gym one time. I know when I have my next child I will commit to being active and not using it as an excuse to be lazy and eat excessive amounts of chocolate cake :) I gained a ridiculous amount of weight and have worked hard to lose about half the baby weight with Brittany. She made me understand the impossible Is possible. I remember crying looking in the mirror and also crying when I got back into the gym once I realized whatever stamina/strength I had before had dwindled. Although I still have a lot work to do, I have never been this strong or confident about my body. It's not perfect, but I love the skin I am in and any stress or anxiety I had about going from a 6 to a 16 is gone. I understand the important role that nutrition plays and don't feel bad being specific or "picky" about my food choices. I love knowing how to work out on my own and Brittany holds me accountable for my nutrition. Wish I could say that I felt any empathy when I had a health issue related to my training from the owners, but they immediately became defensive. I contacted the owners with my issue so that they could prevent this issue from happening to any other clients in the future. They were immediately on the defensive and seemed more concerned that I was going to sue them instead of being concerned if I was alright. So disappointed as they came highly recommended. Customer service is key in any business and this company failed miserably, not only in customer service but mostly for not being kind or coming across as they cared at all. This gym studio deserves more than 5 stars for sure! This place is equipped with hard core trainers some of which hold the highest record of pro hits in one show in one year. It's owned by big names like, Whitney Jones and Felicia Romero just to name a couple. They know who has talent and they know who can train hard. No effin around with this tiger, she knows what you need and she's not very easy on you which is much appreciated if you want results. I've had the privilege of working with Pro Physiques off and on for almost three years. Damien and Whitney "know their stuff;" they're professional and they run a well-oiled machine. For that reason, I've just hired them for the third time. I've done their online training and I've trained with them in-person. They're honest, understanding and supportive during your weight loss journey. I always felt welcomed and encouraged, no matter my appearance, my weight and no matter my experience level. When I started with them, I didn't even know what a Smith machine was. Their healthy, personalized guidance to weight-loss is wonderful. It works. RESCIND prior stmnt: From biz standpnt, this is very respectable thing 2 do. Was happy w/my trnr, his enrgy/motivation & even noted in my rvw the facility seemed decent. Sure u picked up on this by my happy-go-lucky, bubbly demeanor. Positive u didnt pick up on this thru our "multiple convos," as we never had any. The depth of our encounters consisted of "Hi how r u?" Disturbed u would post "u gave many unsolicited compliments so shocked 2 read such neg things". When u called Mndy 8/17 @6pm, I had just walked in2 work & told u I would call back in AM. Our convo was less than 3 min, most of which was u explaining how my trnr quit. While I told u I was disappointed 2 hear he left & happy w/ reslts I achieved from him, I had 2 cut the convo short w/u b/c I was @ work. At no time in that 3 min did I give u "many unsolicited compliments." Also, my rvw was not overtly neg, & shift in attitude came from u not doing what u said u were going 2. Sorry 2 hear u parted ways w/ trnr 4 "very serious matters that [u] will not discuss." Being in biz is never an easy endeavor; disagreements ensue, feelings get hurt, & sometimes lawsuits arise. I can assure u that ur doing right by "not discussing" any details of the employer-employee dissolution (or is it employer-indep contrctr?), as that could lead 2 rumors. Sorry 2 hear u say he's gone out of way 2 try & "tarnish" ur co "out of retaliation & anger". I choose 2 ignore that comment b/c its hearsay & angry. Think u should take ur own advice & "not discuss" any disgruntles of ur biz relations. At no time did I have a convo w/u re contnuatn of my training w/ T (ur insinuating I currently train w/ him). I find it disturbing that once again ur having "conversations" w/me that never took place. My neg perspctv that I highlighted stemmed from actions of a reimb that never took place. 1. Refund-U did agree 2 void out the contract as evidenced by ur VCE MSG 8/18 @3pm. Full mnth was 600, I trained half (300), minus cx fee (150); there4 should have seen 150 credit. Believe u have me confused w/ another client who left AZP b/c we NEVER "discussed this in detail on the phone," as our cx convo were BOTH over vce msg (my msg 2 u 8/18 in AM when I got off work & ur rspnse 8/18 PM). Based off what u promsd in my vce msg, I rvwd u by stating "From a biz standpoint, this is a respectable thing 2 do". I was refrng 2 u agreeing 2 cx contract & reimb the remainder of Aug. However, this didnt happen & thus led 2 my neg perspctv. 2. Im aware ur website had issues, as that is something I highlighted in my rvw. Not sure how my current trnr (Shaun T) can explain why ur website had issues? Ur correct in ur stmt "our staff may not have been entirely accurate". Since site has been down 4 awhile, cant remember all the peeps who were pictured but not actually there. Believe a few of them might have been Felicia, Erik, Kristen, Michelle & Alicia (Note: May b off w/ names b/c been so long, but I dont recall seeing trnrs). 3. In re 2 my stmt "He helped me achieve my goals w/out drugs/injections". In no way was I insinuating anything AZP does aligns w/ that. I was simply making a stmt (1st Amd Rght) that I did whole diet/exercise w/out HCG or B12 injections! I read up on bikini pro prior 2 contacting u & was upfront w/my trnr that I wanted 2 do this all natural. I never in any way made comment in rvw that AZP employees use/endorse any drugs. In re 2 the trnr telling her client 2 spry Windex on cake so she wouldnt pull it out of the garbage & eat it, this was NOT taken out of context, nor was I misunderstd. I have no hearing prob. And yes ur correct, this is a bold stmt...ON BEHALF OF UR EMPLOYEE! I was disgusted & appalled; shaped my overall perception of facility. My rvw was based on facts, not hearsay, as I actually heard it w/my own ears. Hearsay is when u hear stuff thru 3rd party. Agree in that u should not take comments like this lightly. This 1 time I caught my old dog eating garbage from my neighbors toppled over can & then she got sick, so this is no matter 2 take lightly. (In no way making an accusation or insinuating my dog had eaten cake sprayed w/ Windex). 4. Clean-Glad 2 hear u clean equipment "midday, @ the end of day [&] throughout the day." I must have missed every single 1 of those cleanings in the 10 wks I was there. Now thats an anomaly! 5. Equip-The piece of equipment was out of service 4 the 10 wks I was training. Theres really not much else 2 discuss on this...ur correct in ur confrmtion that it was down 4 several wks. Have 2 say Im SHOCKED @ reading ur response. U completely overlooked pstvs & honed in on negs. 2 boot, u tried 2 twist my negs as "assumptns, insinuatns, or misundrstandngs". If Im disappointed in smthng then I should b able 2 share! Sad 2 hear u think Ive had a "change of heart" from some prior postn I never discussed w/u; unsettled that u "can definitely assume" as 2 why u believe my postn chngd on AZP from a prior postn, since Ive never expressed any postn of AZP w/u read more

By far the BEST personal training I have ever experienced! I stepped out of my comfort zone when I joined AZ Pro and walked into a place that I was NOT comfortable... However every trainer and client has been so friendly and I am becoming more comfortable each and every session. My trainer Deborah is amazing and I adore everything about her. I signed a three month contract for the online program. What a waste of time and money. My trainer was super unresponsive until I finally contacted them and said I wanted a new trainer. I was given 1 meal plan and workout plan a month. Other than receiving this monthly email I probably would have never heard from my trainer. When I first started she never offered to help with explaining macros and the workouts were long, repetitive and super boring. She never checked in on her own in the three months I was with them to see how things were going for me, if I had questions or just needed a little motivation. Unless I contacted her there was no contact and many times it took her a day or two to respond to me and sometimes I never received a response at all. It was hard to stay motivated and interested in the program when you feel like you are left out there alone. Unfortunately, the program was a big disappointment and a total waste of time and money. read more

I signed up (and encouraged several others to sign up) with this business. I had seen ads for sometime in Gilbert magazine and they appeared professional in the ads. All of us were sorely disappointed. The owner - Felicia - spent most of her time texting, talking on the phone and interrupting sessions to recruit new business. She often bragged how busy they were getting but ignored the grumbling of the clients who had already signed - no refunds allowed per the contract. Furthermore she regularly canceled - accidentally "double-booked" ,called in sick within minutes or our appointments or most egregious ....did not even complete the full 30 minute session! Often stopping at 20-25 minutes!! Not right when you are paying 35 dollars for 30 minutes of her time. Once I completed my sessions and shared my experience at my gym I was surprised to hear from a number of other trainers and customers of similar experiences or from the trainers - that they knew of her rep and my experience was not unique. I would never send more business their way unless you made sure you booked with the other owner Whitney who appeared to be more focused on her clients from what I could see. This was disappointing and not worth the almost 900 dollars I paid for what I thought would be "professional" fitness training. read more
